Claims (6)

  1. Auslagebehälter (1) zur horizontalen Anordnung von Produkten (3) mit einem elastischen Band (2), das diese Produkte (3) zum Vorderteil des Behälters (1) bringt, geformt aus einem viereckigen Pappkarton-Bogen (1.1) mit einer ersten Seite (1.2), die einer ersten Faltlinie (1.2) entspricht, von der ein erster hierzu paralleler Streifen (1.3) ausgeht, wobei aufeinander folgend eine zweite (1.4), dritte (1.5) und vierte (1.6) Seite entsprechend an einer zweiten, dritten und vierten Faltlinie angeordnet sind, wobei parallel zur vierten Seite (1.6) und nach der eben genannten Abfolge eine fünfte Seite (1.7) als Ende des Bogens (1.1) angebracht ist und auf jeder Seite des Bogens rechtwinklig zu den Seiten (1.2, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 und 1.7) eine fünfte (1.12) und eine sechste (1.17) Faltlinie angeordnet sind, die der sechsten bzw. siebten Seite entsprechen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausgehend von der fünften (1.12) und der sechsten (1.17) Faltlinie, zum nächsten zugehörigen Bogenende (1.1) hin gerichtet und übereinstimmend mit der zweiten (1.4), dritten (1.5) und vierten (1.6) Seite die entsprechenden ersten (1.22), zweiten (1.23), dritten (1.24), vierten (1.25), fünften (1.26) und sechsten (1.27) Aussparungen eingelassen sind, wobei sich die zweite (1.23), dritte (1.24) und vierte Aussparung in den Bogen hinein erstreckt und damit folgende Seiten festlegt: die Rückseite (1.8) zwischen der ersten (1.2), zweiten (1.4), sechsten (1.12) und siebten (1.17) Seite; die rechte Seite (1.9) zwischen der zweiten (1.4), dritten (1.5), sechsten (1.12) und siebten (1.17) Seite; die Vorderseite (1.10) zwischen der dritten (1.5), vierten (1.6), sechsten (1.12) und siebten (1.17) Seite sowie die linke Seite (1.11) zwischen der vierten (1.6), fünften (1.7), sechsten (1.12) und siebten (1.17) Seite; auf diese Weise sind folgende Streifen festgelegt: der zweite Streifen (1.13) zwischen der sechsten Seite (1.12) und der ersten Aussparung (1.22); der dritte Streifen (1.14) zwischen der sechsten Seite (1.12) und der ersten (1.22) und zweiten (1.23) Aussparung; der vierte Streifen (1.15) zwischen der sechsten Seite (1.12) und der zweiten (1.23) und dritten (1.24) Aussparung; der fünfte Streifen (1.16) zwischen der dritten Aussparung (1.24) und der fünften (1.7) und sechsten (1.12) Seite; der sechste Streifen (1.18) zwischen der siebten Seite (1.17) und der vierten Aussparung (1.25); der siebte Streifen (1.19) zwischen der siebten Seite (1.17) und der vierten (1.25) und fünften (1.26) Aussparung; der achte Streifen (1.20) zwischen der siebten Seite (1.17) und der fünften (1.26) und sechsten (1.27) Aussparung sowie der neunte Streifen (1.21) zwischen der sechsten Aussparung (1.27) und der fünften (1.7) und siebten (1.17) Seite; ein erster Spalt (1.28) ist in die Rückseite (1.8) und in die rechte Seite (1.9) eingelassen und ein zweiter Spalt (1.29) ist in die linke Seite eingelassen (1.11), nämlich derart, dass beim Formen des Behälters (1) der erste Streifen (1.3) mit der fünften Seite (1.7) und der erste Spalt (1.28) in der ersten Seite (1.2) mit dem zweiten Spalt (1.29) in der fünften Seite (1.7) übereinstimmt, wodurch sich eine Rinne bildet, in der das elastische Band (2) verläuft, das die Produkte (3) umschlingt, wobei dasselbe Band auch durch die zweite (1.23) und dritte (1.24) Aussparung hinter dem vierten Streifen (1.15) verläuft, und zwar derart, dass es einen konstanten Zug auf die Produkte (3) zur Vorderseite (1.10) des Behälters (1) hin ausübt, während das Band (2) vor dem Benutzer verborgen bleibt.
  2. Auslagebehälter nach Anspruch 1, wobei an mindestens einem Abschnitt der durch den ersten (1.28) und zweiten Spalt gebildeten Rinne (1.29) ein Verbindungselement (1.30) angebracht ist, über dem sich das elastische Band (2) befindet, wobei das besagte Verbindungselement (1.30) zerbrechlich ist, sodass das elastische Band (2) die Produkte (3) berührt.
  3. Auslagebehälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Segment des ersten Spalts (1.28) der rechten Seite (1.9) und der zweite Spalt (1.29) von der Vorderseite (1.10) nach oben hin zur Rückseite (1.8) geneigt sind und das Segment des ersten Spalts (1.28) der Rückseite (1.8) horizontal verläuft.
  4. Auslagebehälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche mit einer Bruchlinie, die übereinstimmend mit der siebten Seite (1.17) an der Rückseite (1.8) bis zu einer Zwischenstelle der rechten Seite (1.9) verläuft, von wo aus die Bruchlinie (1.31) zur dritten Seite (1.5) und von dort zur vierten Seite (1.6) verläuft, wodurch sie die Vorderseite (1.10) kreuzt und von dort aus zu einer Zwischenstelle der siebten Seite (1.17) in der linken Seite (1.11) verläuft und nachfolgend mit der besagten siebten Seite (1.17) übereinstimmt und hoch zur fünften Seite (1.7) verläuft, womit sich am oberen Teil des Behälters (1) ein zerbrechlicher Abschnitt bildet, der sich zur Auslage und Ausstellung der Produkte (3) eignet.
  5. Auslagebehälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche mit einer Bruchlinie (1.31), die zum leichten Brechen mindestens eine Öffnung (1.32) besitzt.
  6. Auslagebehälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dessen Pappkarton gewellt ist.
