Description

The invention relates to a device for cleaning flues of a boiler system with a cleaning hose which can be inserted through an access in a flue.

Moreover, the invention relates to a method for cleaning flues of a boiler system with a cleaning hose, wherein the cleaning hose is unrolled from a hose storage and is introduced through an opening in a flue.

In particular, the invention relates to a method for cleaning the Leerzüge a boiler. The Leerzüge or so-called radiation trains are designed as gas-tight welded membrane wall construction and are used in boiler systems as heat exchanger surfaces. The fly ash transported in the flue gas is partly fixed during operation on the membrane walls of the Leerzüge and can develop in the course to hard caking. The result is a reduced heat exchange across the membrane walls, which leads to the rise of the flue gas temperature and the resulting reduction in the efficiency of such a thermal power plant. Since the salts present in the adhering contaminants react corrosively with the steel, the cleaning of the membrane walls also provides increased protection against corrosion.

By regularly cleaning the dirty membrane walls, the flue gas temperature in radiation trains or before entry into downstream convective heating surfaces is kept at an acceptable level. This leads to an increase in the availability of the entire system.

In a conventional manner, the cleaning hose is unrolled by a drum-type hose store manually or motorized and led to an opening in the ceiling of the boiler system. There, the hose is inserted into an opening through which the hose is led to the flue. This is laborious and time consuming.

As possibilities of a hose cleaning refers the DE 10 2010 051 657 A1 on mechanical cleaning agents, such as brushes, or spraying devices for compressed air or cleaning fluids. As a preferred embodiment, a pneumatic blow-off nozzle is used.

The invention is based on the object to develop a generic device to the effect that it is easier to clean with the cleaning hose flues.

This object is achieved with a device having the features of patent claim 1. Blowing the cleaning hose with compressed air makes it possible to blow off dust particles from the cleaning hose or to dry moisture resulting from wet cleaning of the hose.

The combination of a pneumatic dry cleaning with a wet cleaning makes it possible for the hose cleaning device to first clean the hose with sprayed water and then to dry it by air spraying and to clean it afterwards.

It is advantageous if the device has a cleaning hose delivery module, with which the cleaning hose from the hose storage into the hose guide, which extends between the ceiling of the boiler and a platform, is pushed.

If the hose guide has a vertical and a horizontal direction component, a hose can be pushed not only in the hose guide vertically down into the boiler but it can be the inputs of Hose guides are arranged on a line or a bend, while the openings in the boiler ceiling are not arranged in a line or a curve.

Pushing the cleaning hose makes it possible to also use bends greater than 30 ° with a bending radius of at least 500 mm for the hose guide. It is advantageous if the hose guide also has bends of less than 45 ° and preferably even less than 40 °. Thus, more acute-angled bends are possible than before.

It is particularly advantageous if the hose drum is arranged horizontally. This makes it possible to arrange the hose storage above the platform even in limited space.

The cleaning hose delivery module allows the cleaning hose to be removed from the hose reel at a defined constant speed and inserted into the hose guide so that the hose can be conveyed automatically from the hose repository to the flue gas flue.

It is advantageous if the cleaning hose delivery module is arranged immediately in front of the hose guide. This makes it possible to push the flexible cleaning hose by means of the Reinigungsschlauchfördermoduls in the hose guide to thereby promote him through a long tubular hose guide to the flue. In particular, the hose can thus be pushed into the hose guide to guided in the hose guide to find the way to the opening and in the flue. This is particularly advantageous for long hose guides.

An advantageous embodiment provides that the cleaning hose delivery module has prestressed pressure rollers by means of spring force. Thus, the cleaning hose can be conveyed gently and effectively.

Depending on whether the hose is still completely on the drum of the hose storage or already largely unrolled, a pull on the hose with a defined force to a different unwinding speed. It is therefore proposed that the speed of the cleaning hose driven by the cleaning hose delivery module is controlled by a feed drive.

In order to achieve multiple accesses of hose guides by pivoting an arm on which the cleaning hose delivery module is arranged, it is proposed that the majority of the inlets of hose guides be arranged in a circular path. This makes it possible to promote with a centrally positioned unit via a radially extending arm the hose to several hose guides, each leading to different flues or different locations on the ceiling of flues.

A constructional embodiment provides a cleaning hose positioning device, which guides the cleaning hose on a defined path to a plurality of hose guides. This makes it possible with the cleaning hose positioning device to bring the cleaning hose to a hose guide and stop there, so that the hose can be unwound from the hose storage and inserted into the hose guide.

The path of the cleaning hose positioning device is preferably located on a circular line. However, it is also possible to form the Reinigungsschlauchpositioniereinrichtung so that the web lies on a straight line. For this purpose, the cleaning hose positioning device has a cleaning hose holding arm, which is laterally displaceable or pivotable, in order to position the cleaning hose along a plurality of line guides arranged on a line.

The Reinigungsschlauchpositioniereinrichtung is also essential to the invention independently of the aforementioned features of the invention and in particular without Reinigungsschlauchfördermodul.

An advantageous embodiment provides that the Schlaureinigungseinrichtung is attached to the cleaning hose delivery module and can be connected to the hose guide. This makes it possible to provide a single hose cleaning device on the cleaning hose conveying module and to clean the cleaning hose with the same hose cleaning device when pulling out the cleaning hose from different flue gas flaps.

The object underlying the invention is also achieved with a method for cleaning flues of a boiler plant with the features of claim 15.

This makes it possible to guide the cleaning hose with a cleaning hose delivery module over long distances in the tubular hose guide over vertical, oblique and even almost horizontal distances to an opening in a flue. Almost horizontal in this case, a slope of less than 20 ° to the horizontal. Pushing the hose through a tubular hose guide also makes it possible to convey the hose on a defined path from the hose storage to the flue in difficult to access areas. The movement of the hose and the cleaning of the hose can be carried out fully automatically.

The tubular tube guide is flushed with a lubricant before, during or after the cleaning tube is pushed into the tube guide. This lubricant is water in the simplest case. However, the slip properties of the water may also be enhanced by surfactants or other chemicals, or hydrophobic substances may be used.

FIG. 4
a cleaning hose cleaning device and
FIG. 5
a partially sectioned side view of the entire system.

The Figures 1 and 2 schematically show how in a device 1 for cleaning flues of a boiler plant 2 a Reinigungsschlauchpositioniereinrichtung 3 a cleaning hose 4 to several hose guides 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 5 ', 6', 7 ', 8', 9 'leads , The tube guides 5 to 9 lie on a straight line 10, while the tube guides 5 'to 9' lie on a circular line 11.

The cleaning hose positioning device 3 has long since the direction of the arrow 12 of the arrow on a straight path slidable to guide the cleaning hose 4 to the hose guides 5 to 9. By contrast, the cleaning hose positioning device 3 'has long been pivotable about a point 14 of the arrow 13 in order to guide the cleaning hose 4' to the hose guides 5 'to 9'.

The FIG. 3 shows the Reinigungsschlauchpositioniereinrichtung 3 which stands with a base 15 on a platform 16. In a linear arrangement of the base is connected to a kind of rail system, so that the Reinigungsschlauchpositioniereinrichtung 3 moves in an axis. In the case of a semicircular arrangement of the nozzle 17 of the hose guides 5 'to 9', this base 15 is rotatably mounted. The rotation of the Cleaning hose positioning device 3 'via a geared motor flanged to the frame until the position above the desired nozzle 17 is reached.

At the cleaning hose positioning device 3, 3 ', a hose reel 37 is arranged as a hose repository 18 and by means of the cleaning hose conveying module 19 the cleaning hose 4 is guided to a hose guide 5 to 9.

So that the hose, which is driven by the cleaning hose conveying module 19 and does not roll off the hose reel 37, does not buckle before entering the hose guide 5 to 9, the cleaning hose conveying module 19 is arranged directly in front of the hose guide.

The cleaning hose conveying module 19 has a feed roller 20 with a circumferential groove 21, in which the hose 4 is guided. The tube 4 can be held in the groove 21, so that a circumferential force of the roller 20 upon rotation of the roller 20 transmits to the tube 4. It is advantageous if several pressure rollers 22 to 25 press the tube into the groove 21.

The FIG. 4 shows a hose cleaning device 26. At the front end of the hose 4, a nozzle 27 is arranged, which can be pushed through the hose cleaning device 26 and through the nozzle 17 in the hose guide 5. The nozzle 27 then passes into the boiler system 2 and there into the flue 28 to clean there heat exchanger surfaces and membrane walls.

When driving in and pulling out the nozzle 27, the hose 4 comes into contact with flue gases. As a result, the cleaning hose 4 with its typical metal fabric as a protective outer shell transports a considerable amount of fly ash when it is pulled out of the interior of the boiler. This can lead to contamination on the slide 29, the nozzle 17 and the hose reel 37 of the hose accumulator 18. Also, the cleaning hose delivery module 19 is through such contamination affected. Therefore, with the hose cleaning device 26, the hose 4 and possibly also the nozzle 27 are cleaned.

The hose cleaning device 26 is a tubular element as a flushing pipe 30, to which a gas inlet 31 and a liquid access 32 are arranged. The gas inlet 31 communicates with a pressurized gas line (not shown) while the liquid access 32 communicates with a cleaning fluid line such as a service water line (not shown).

When pulling out the dirty hose 4 from the hose guide 5, the hose 4 is thus first sprayed through nozzles 33 with cleaning liquid and then dried by means of a pneumatic Schlauchbedüsung. Each part of the tube 4 thus passes when pulling out of the tube first a Schlauchbedüsung 34 with a liquid and then a pneumatic Schlauchbedüsung 35 to leave the flushing pipe 30 cleaned.

In order to introduce the hose 4 exactly into the cleaning device 26, a lifting cylinder unit 36 is provided which is arranged between the cleaning device 26 and the cleaning hose conveying module 19.

So that only a hose cleaning device 26 is required for many nozzles 17 of hose guides 5 to 9, the hose cleaning device 26 is fastened to the cleaning hose conveyor module 19.

When using the device 1 for cleaning flue gas trains 28, the cleaning module is positioned with a first drive motor of the cleaning hose positioning device 3 via a connection 17 of a hose guide 5. A second motor accomplishes the winding and unwinding of the hose. By means of two clutches either the feed roller 20 for lowering or the hose reel 37 of the hose accumulator 18 for pulling out the hose 4 is connected to the drive. For safety against unintentional unwinding of the hose, the hose reel 37 is held by a brake 38.

When the hose cleaning device 26 is positioned above the desired nozzle 17 by a geared motor arranged on the frame of the hose positioning device 3, the hose cleaning device 26 is lowered by means of a pneumatic cylinder 36 through a slide 29 into the nozzle 17. The hydraulic Schlauchbedüsung 34 and the pneumatic Schlauchbedüsung 35 act as a rinsing and drying unit. By their positioning in a funnel (not shown) of the nozzle 17, the rotational movement of the Reinigungsschlauchpositioniereinrichtung 3 is sufficiently locked. An additional fixation of this position is not required. This creates a nearly closed system, which can reduce the outflow of flue gases due to, for example, deflagration.

By closing a first clutch, a pulley is now connected to a drive shaft and with the aid of the integrated cleaning hose delivery module 19, the hose 4 is inserted with its nozzle 27 into the hose guide 5. For this purpose, the spring-loaded pressure rollers 22 to 25 press the tube 4 into the groove 21 of the feed roller 20, so that it is pulled by the hose reel 37 due to the frictional engagement with the feed roller. The drive of the feed roller 20 is effected by a drive shaft via the first clutch, a toothed belt and a deflection gear. The prerequisite for this is that both the second clutch and the brake are open so that the hose reel can rotate freely.

The cleaning hose delivery module 19 has the advantage that both a vertical and a horizontal insertion of the hose 4 in a hose guide 5 is possible. In addition, by using the cleaning hose delivery module, sheets greater than 30 ° with a radian measure of at least 400 to 500 mm can be used, so that structural bottlenecks or small space in the area between the boiler cover of the boiler 2 and platform 16, in which the hose guides run, no problems.

To pull out the hose 4, the first clutch is opened, so that the feed roller 20 can rotate freely. The hose reel 37 is connected via the second clutch to the drive shaft. When the tube 4 is completely pulled out of the flushing tube of the tube guide 5, the brake 38 is closed, so that a sagging of the nozzle 27 is excluded. The second clutch is then reopened.

Finally, the hose cleaning device 26 is pulled out of the pipe 17. Now, the cleaning hose positioning device 3 can either stay in this position or be moved to the next pipe 17 of another hose guide 6. It is advantageous if the Reinigungsschlauchpositioniereinrichtung 3 is driven after completion of the cleaning to a defined parking position, which is located on a rule lying outside certain nozzle or in an area outside the nozzle.
