Claims (8)

  1. Fertigungslinie zur Herstellung spezieller Faserbahnqualitäten, insbesondere maschinengeglätteter Faserbahnqualitäten, wobei die Fertigungslinie eine Formierpartie mit einem Stoffauflauf (100) und einer Formiereinheit (200), eine Pressenpartie (300), eine Trockenpartie mit einem Yankee-Trockner (500), einen Kalander (700) und einen Aufwickler (800) aufweist, wobei der Yankee-Trockner (500) einen umgekehrten Yankee-Zylinder (50) aufweist und in dem die obere Fläche der Faserbahn (W) gegen die Fläche des Yankee-Zylinders (50) anliegt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Trockenpartie der Fertigungslinie einen ersten Siebtrocknungsteil (400) aufweist, der wenigstens eine einzelne Siebtrocknungsgruppe aufweist, und dass der erste Siebtrocknungsteil (400) in der Fertigungslinie vor dem Yankee-Trockner (500) angeordnet ist.
  2. Fertigungslinie nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Trockenpartie der Fertigungslinie einen zweiten Siebtrocknungsteil (600) aufweist, der wenigstens eine einzelne Siebtrocknungsgruppe aufweist, und dass der zweite Siebtrocknungsteil (600) in der Fertigungslinie nach dem Yankee-Trockner (500) angeordnet ist.
  3. Fertigungslinie nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Siebtrocknungsteil (600), der nach dem Yankee-Trockner (500) angeordnet ist, derart nach unten verläuft, dass eine Mittellinie eines Trocknungszylinders (61) bezüglich einer Mittellinie seines nachfolgenden Trocknungszylinders (61) sich in einer höheren Position befindet.
  4. Fertigungslinie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Formierpartie nur eine Formiereinheit (200) und einen Stoffauflauf (100) aufweist, und dass die Formiereinheit (200) eine Fourdrinier-Formiereinheit oder eine Hybridformiereinheit ist.
  5. Fertigungslinie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Yankee-Trockner (500) wenigstens eine Walze (52,53) aufweist, die einen Nip gegen den Yankee-Zylinder (50) bildet.
  6. Fertigungslinie nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Yankee-Trockner (500) zwei Walzen (52,53) aufweist, die jede einen Nip gegen den Yankee-Zylinder (50) bilden, und dass eine der Walzen (52,53) eine glatte Walze und eine der Walzen (52,53) eine gerillte Walze ist.
  7. Fertigungslinie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Pressenpartie (300) eine Zentrums-Walzen-Pressenpartie ist, und dass in der Pressenpartie eine glatte Walze (30) gegen die untere Fläche der Faserbahn (W) anliegt.
  8. Fertigungslinie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    in der Fertigungslinie der Trockenfeststoffgehalt der Faserbahn (W) 45 - 55 % beträgt, wenn die Faserbahn (W) die Oberfläche des Yankee-Zylinders (50) erreicht.
