Claims (9)
- Presse à main (1) pour la réalisation d'un raccord de tuyau de préférence inamovible avec un appareil, groupe ou un élément d'équipement soumis à pression, dans laquelle la presse à main(1) présente un boîtier (10) allongé, pouvant être entouré de préférence par la main d'un opérateur, avec une section de préhension (12), dans laquelle est logé un entraînement électrohydraulique, ainsi que deux mors (30) logés au niveau de pivots (20), dans laquelle au moins un des mors (30) est actionnable par l'entraînement électrohydraulique d'une position de montage à une position de compression pour la compression d'un manchon de compression déformable poussé au-dessus d'un tuyau, les mors (30) présentent respectivement une zone de compression de manchon de tuyau (31) opposée pour la réception d'au moins une partie d'un manchon de compression,
caractérisée en ce que

- Presse à main (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que des logements de manchon de compression (33) diamétralement opposés sont prévus de préférence dans les deux zones de compression de manchon de tuyau (31) des mors (30) pour le logement ou pour le serrage d'un manchon de compression déformable.
- Presse à main (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les logements de manchon de compression (33) forment respectivement trois sections de paroi latérale plates, lesquelles sont orientées respectivement en biais l'une par rapport à l'autre et définissent une surface de compression efficace de préférence sous la forme d'un hexagone semi-cylindrique.
- Presse à main (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les mors (30) présentent une section de mors (34) avant, frontale, espacée, de préférence le plus, du boîtier (10) au niveau de laquelle des logements de manchon de compression (33) sont moulés ou réalisés à une distance de 4 mm à 7 mm, de préférence à une distance de 6 mm à 7 mm mesurée depuis le début du logement de manchon de compression (33) par rapport à l'extrémité avant (34a) de l'arête latérale extérieure (34b) de la section de mors (34).
- Presse à main (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'entraxe du milieu (M) des logements de manchon de compression (33) mesuré le long de l'arête latérale (31a) de la zone de compression de manchon de tuyau (31) sont formés ou réalisés à une distance de 5 mm à 10 mm, de préférence à une distance de 8 mm à 10 mm par rapport à l'extrémité frontale avant (34a) de l'arête latérale extérieure (34b) de la section de mors (34).
- Presse à main (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la presse à main a intégré un accumulateur d'énergie et peut fonctionner de manière autosuffisante en énergie autrement dit sans alimentation par une source d'énergie externe.
