The object is for example an acoustic speaker or an electroacoustic amplifier.

The invention also relates to an assembly of such an object and such a package.

An object such as a loudspeaker or an amplifier has, for example, typically a mass of between 2 and 25 kg. To package such an object, it is known to place it in a carton or box opening upwards. Elements, for example expanded polystyrene, are used to wedge the object. The object is for example placed in a protective bag.

To open the package, a user removes the lid of the box or opens the flaps of the carton. Then, he grasps the object in general with both hands and moves it upward to finally place it on a receiving surface. Then he removes the bag.

In general, before opening, the package is placed on a surface lower than the receiving surface, to facilitate the extraction movement of the object. Nevertheless, since the object typically has a mass of between 2 and 25 kg, the extraction movement remains difficult for the user to perform.

As visible on the figure 1 , the assembly 1 advantageously has a parallelepiped shape. The assembly 1 rests on a surface S, for example substantially flat and preferably substantially horizontal, in a support direction D substantially perpendicular to the surface S, that is to say substantially vertical in this case.

According to a variant not shown, the surface S forms an angle with the horizontal and the support direction D is not vertical.

With reference to figures 2 , 3 and 4 , the assembly 1 comprises an object 5, and a package 10 adapted to pack and unpack the object 5.

The object 5 is for example an acoustic enclosure. Alternatively, the object 5 has any general shape, usual or not, for an acoustic enclosure.

The object 5 has for example a mass of between 2 and 25 kg.

According to a variant not shown, the object 5 is any object in the field of acoustics or consumer electronics, for example an amplifier. The package 10 comprises a body 15 comprising at least two parts 15A, 15B, etc. and mobile between a closed configuration represented on the figure 3 , and an open configuration represented on the figure 4 .

The package 10 further comprises a member 20 ( Figures 1 and 2 ) adapted to fix the two parts 15A, 15B one on the other in the closed configuration of the body 15.

L'organe 20 comporte par exemple quatre faces adaptées pour ceinturer le corps 15 autour de la direction T2.The member 20 forms for example a holster adapted to be slid on the body 15 in a direction T2 when the body 15 is in the closed configuration. The member 20 comprises for example four faces adapted to surround the body 15 around the direction T2.

The member 20 comprises for example a handle 22 on one of its faces, adapted to allow transport of the assembly 1 in the manner of a suitcase.

La direction T2 est par exemple sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction d'appui D.The member 20 is for example printed cardboard or plastic. The direction T2 is for example substantially perpendicular to the support direction D.

The body 15 has for example a generally parallelepipedal general shape, advantageously adapted to cooperate with the member 20. The body 15 defines in the closed configuration ( figure 3 ) a lower face 24 intended to rest on the surface S in the support direction D when the member 20 is removed.

Dans la configuration fermée (figure 3), le corps définit un logement 32 adapté pour recevoir l'objet 5.In the closed configuration ( figure 3 ), the body defines a housing 32 adapted to receive the object 5.

The body 15 is advantageously shaped so that the passage of the closed configuration ( figure 3 ) to the open configuration ( figure 4 ) is done by a displacement of the parts 15A, 15B relative to each other in a path substantially perpendicular to the support direction D.

Avantageusement, le logement 32 épouse sensiblement la forme externe de l'objet 5.Advantageously, the housing 32 substantially matches the external shape of the object 5.

In the closed configuration, the parts 15A, 15B are in contact with each other in a plane S '( figure 3 parallel to the support direction D.

According to a variant not shown, the parts 15A, 15B are in contact with each other in the closed configuration according to any surface.

Still in the closed configuration, the portions 15A, 15B define an opening 34 of the housing 32 towards the outside of the body 15 through which the base 30 extends.

Chaque partie 15A, 15B comprend un bord 36A, 36B délimitant l'ouverture 34.Each portion 15A, 15B comprises an edge 36A, 36B delimiting the opening 34.

In the open configuration, the portions 15A, 15B are spaced from each other with respect to the closed configuration to allow removal of the object 5 from the housing 32. The parts 15A, 15B are located away from the base 30 to provide direct access to the object 5 in an access direction A ( figure 4 ) substantially perpendicular to the support direction D.

Dans l'exemple représenté, la partie 15B est montée pivotante sur la partie 15A autour d'un axe C avantageusement sensiblement parallèle à la direction d'appui D.In the example shown, the portion 15B is pivotally mounted on the portion 15A about an axis C advantageously substantially parallel to the support direction D.

In the example shown, the parts 15A, 15B are substantially symmetrical to each other with respect to the plane S ', so only the portion 15A will be described in detail below.

As visible on the figure 4 the portion 15A has a generally parallelepipedal general shape. On the side of its face intended to be in contact with the portion 15B in the closed configuration of the body 15, the portion 15A defines a housing 38A which represents in the example described half of the housing 32.

As visible on the figure 2 the portion 15A comprises, successively from the inside of the body 15 towards the outside, an inner shell 40A, a blocking block 42A, and an outer layer 44A.

The inner shell 40A substantially matches the object 5 and a peripheral edge 48 of the base 30. The inner shell 40A is for example polystyrene, preferably made of sweetylene, or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (or ABS), or is made in any another material adapted to prevent the appearance of scratches on the object 5 and / or participate in its protection against shocks or intrusion of blunt objects in the blocking block 42A.

The blocking block 42A is a honeycomb or foam structure adapted to receive on one side, for example in the direction T2, the shell 40A, and to fit on the other side in the outer layer 44A.

The edge 36A defines a shoulder 50A adapted to cooperate with a shoulder 52 of the peripheral edge 48 of the base 30 so as to prevent disengagement of the base in the support direction D.

The base 30 defines a portion of the lower face 24 ( figure 3 ) of the body 15. The base 30 is, in the example shown, separate from the two parts 15A, 15B.

The base 30 is adapted to rest on the surface S and to support the entire weight of the object 5 when the body 15 is in the open configuration ( figure 4 ).

Par exemple, en vue selon la direction d'appui D, l'embase 30 se situe intégralement à l'intérieur du logement 32.The base 30 advantageously forms a pedestal of the object 5 in the open configuration. For example, in view in the support direction D, the base 30 is located entirely inside the housing 32.

L'embase 30 définit un logement de stockage 54 propre à recevoir par exemple un cordon (non représenté) d'alimentation électrique de l'objet 5.The base 30 defines a storage housing 54 capable of receiving, for example, a cord (not shown) for powering the object 5.

The operation of the package 10 is easily deduced from its structure and will now be described.

In the packaged state, the object 5 is in the form of the assembly 1 shown in FIG. figure 1 . The assembly 1 is for example placed on the surface S, which is advantageously the upper surface of a table or a display.

To unpack the object 5, initially the member 20 is removed. For example, the body 15, which is in the closed configuration, is slid with respect to the member 20 in the direction T2. We then obtain the body 15 as represented on the figure 3 , the object 5 being in the housing 32 inside the body 15.

La face inférieure 24 du corps 15 repose alors sur la surface S.The lower face 24 of the body 15 then rests on the surface S.

In a second step, an operator (not shown) passes the body 15 of the closed configuration represented on the figure 3 to the open configuration represented on the figure 4 . The operator rotates the portions 15A, 15B relative to each other about the C axis.

Les faces inférieures des parties 15A, 15B glissent sur la surface S et libèrent l'embase 30 et l'objet 5.The two parts 15A, 15B then move relative to each other in a path substantially perpendicular to the bearing direction D. More precisely, they pivot about the axis C according to the arrows FA and FB represented on the figures 3 and 4 . The lower faces of the parts 15A, 15B slide on the surface S and release the base 30 and the object 5.

The object 5 then rests "in majesty" on the base 30 which forms a pedestal of the object.

It is then possible for the operator to enter the object 5 according to the direction of access A represented on the figure 4 and remove it from the base 30 to possibly put it elsewhere.

The handle 22 makes it easy to place the assembly 1.

Dans la configuration fermée, l'embase 30 joue le rôle d'un fond et ne se déboîte pas grâce aux épaulements 50A, 52.In the closed configuration, the base 30 acts as a bottom and does not break through the shoulders 50A, 52.

The base 30 is placed on the surface S. The object 5 is placed on the base 30.

The portions 15A, 15B are brought close and closed one on the other so as to surround the object 5 and the base 30, until the closed configuration of the body 15 is obtained.

The member 20 is then replaced so that it secures the two parts 15A, 15B in the closed configuration. Set 1 is again easily transportable.

With the above features, the package 10 makes easy the unpacking operations of the object 5, and its possible repackaging.

En outre, dans la configuration ouverte du corps 15, l'emballage 10 permet d'exposer l'objet 5 à la vue de tous, l'objet reposant sur l'embase 30.In addition, in the open configuration of the body 15, the package 10 makes it possible to expose the object 5 in the view of all, the object resting on the base 30.
