Claims (14)

  1. A storage device (1) for bladed instruments comprising at least one receptacle (10) that is demarcated by at least one edge (13A), known as the upper edge, extending along a substantially horizontal plane when the device is in the usage position, an opening (12) that is co-planar with the upper edge (13A) and intended for the insertion of the blades of the instruments, and at least two walls (13, 14) facing each other and extending transversally to the upper edge (13A), that is to say vertically, and spaced so as to create a groove (11) near the opening (12), where the groove (11) is designed to form a volume that receives the blades of the instruments, and said walls (13, 14) close the two respective sides of the receptacle (10), where the groove (11) comprises holding means (6) intended to hold the instruments in place in said groove (11), characterised in that the holding means (6) are suitable for setting the blades of the instruments against a wall (13), known as the application wall, where the holding means form an elastic return means extending in a plane that is substantially parallel to the walls.
  2. A device according to claim 1, characterised in that the holding means (6) for forming the elastic return means comprise a flexible sheet or blade in metal, such as stainless steel, mounted so as to be elastically bent; the metal sheet is preferably flat, and has a straight surface when the metal sheet is taken in isolation and separated from the device, where the sheet is elastically bent by fixing it by its upper end at the opening (12) of the receptacle on a surface (14A) that is tilted in relation to the wall (14) extending said surface, where the tilt converges towards the inside of the groove (11).
  3. A device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that at least the application wall is in plastic material, such as polypropylene.
  4. A device according to any of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the receptacle (10) comprises a bottom (15) connecting the two walls (13, 14) opposite the opening (12), and the bottom (15) preferably has a multitude of through holes (15A).
  5. A device according to any of the foregoing claims, characterised in that it comprises two receptacles (10) facing each other that are arranged along the two longitudinal sides (1A, 1B) of the device, and the device preferably has a central tray (1C) placed between the two opposite receptacles.
  6. A device according to any of the foregoing claims, characterised in that it comprises means (8) to close said storage device and a support structure (9) for the closing means (8), in particular the support structure (9) has longitudinal, transverse and top openings when these are not blocked by the closing means (8).
  7. A device according to the foregoing claim, characterised in that the support structure (9) is tubular, preferably made from tubes with a diameter of about 16 mm, and comprises two arched members (90, 91) joined to each other by an elongated member (7), incidentally forming a carry handle for the device, where each arched member (90, 91) comprises two spaced branches (90A, 90C, 90B, 90D; 91B, 91D, 91A, 91C) extending vertically and bent at a certain height to extend horizontally and join in a transverse part (90E, 91E) that is integral with the elongated member, where the transverse parts of the arched members are preferably placed at about a third of the length of the device.
  8. A device according to claim 7, characterised in that the two horizontal branches (90C, 90D; 91C 91D) of each arched member (90, 91) are spaced, preferably by at least the width of the central tray (1C), and no more than the width separating the two application walls (13) against which the blades of the instruments are intended to be set; in that latter case, the application walls (13) are titled to converge towards the bottom of the groove (11) so as to create a free lateral space between the branches and near the upper edges (13A) of the receptacles (10) for the instruments.
  9. A device according to any of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the application wall (13) of the groove (11) of a receptacle, against which the instrument blades are to be set, is tilted to converge towards the bottom of the groove.
  10. A device according to claims 6 to 8, characterised in that the closing means (8) are for example made up of a cover, preferably a flexible one suitable for bending and/or rolling around the support structure (9) and attached by attaching means (81), such as Velcro strips.
  11. A device according to any of the foregoing claims, characterised in that it comprises a base (10A) comprising a receptacle (10) at least on its upper side and protruding studs (18) on its lower side.
  12. A toolbox (2) particularly a box for painters, comprising a storage device (1) according to any of the foregoing claims, characterised in that it comprises a bottom tray (3) with which said device is associated, where the device is fastened on the tray so as to be removable, preferably with two removable fastening systems (5) of the latch type (51) placed on two opposite sides respectively.
  13. A box according to the foregoing claim, characterised in that the bottom tray (3) comprises a handle (31), where the storage device (1) preferably has a base (10A) that is added to the top of the bottom tray and comprises a volume (19) on its lower side for accommodating at least the handle (31) of the bottom tray.
  14. A box according to claim 12 or 13, characterised in that the bottom tray (3) is divided into compartments; in particular, it comprises a compartment (32) for storing hardware, and particularly for vertically accommodating a box or a case (33).
