Claims (13)
- Procédé de formage à chaud d'une pièce (1), en particulier d'un flan, en tôle d'acier,- dans lequel on chauffe la pièce (1) avant le formage,- dans lequel on forme à chaud ensuite la pièce chauffée (1) dans un outil de formage (2), qui présente deux composants d'outil (3, 4), sous la forme d'une matrice (3) et d'un poinçon (4), par contact avec les deux composants d'outil (3, 4), et- dans lequel on expose ensuite la pièce formée (1) au moins en partie directement à un gaz entourant l'outil de formage (2) et de cette manière on la refroidit,caractérisé en ce que
l'on éloigne après le formage au moins une partie de composant d'outil (4.1) d'un premier composant d'outil (4), qui est de forme annulaire autour d'un axe central (M), qui s'étend parallèlement à la direction de mouvement (X) du composant d'outil (4) avec la partie de composant d'outil (4.1), du côté (1a) de la pièce formée (1) tourné vers ce composant d'outil (4), tandis que le côté (1b) de la pièce formée (1) détourné de ce composant d'outil (4) reste encore entièrement en contact respectivement avec l'autre composant d'outil (3). - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
