Von dem Verschluss 6 ist ein auf der längsbeweglichen Treibstange 5 angeordnetes, als Schließzapfen ausgebildetes Verriegelungselement 9 und ein an dem Rahmen 1 aus Figur 1 montiertes Schließblech 10 dargestellt. Die Überwachungseinrichtung 8 hat einen ersten Detektor 11 mit einem hervorstehenden Taster 12 zur Erfassung der Stellung des Flügels 2 gegenüber dem Rahmen 1 und einen zweiten Detektor 13 mit einem sich an dem Verriegelungselement 9 abstützenden Arm 14. Der Arm 14 ist parallel zu der Treibstange 5 verschieblich geführt. Sämtliche Bauteile der Überwachungseinrichtung 8 sind in oder an einem Gehäuse 15 angeordnet. Das Gehäuse 15 hat Befestigungsausnehmungen 16 zur Verschraubung mit dem Flügel 2. Elektrische Leiter 21 des Stromkreises 20 sind schematisch und nur zur Verdeutlichung hervorgehoben dargestellt. Der Stromkreis 20 verbindet die Schalter 18, 19 in Reihe mit einem Signalgeber 24 einer Signaleinrichtung 22 und mit einer Stromquelle 23. Bei der Stromquelle 23 handelt es sich bevorzugt um eine handelsübliche Batterie. Der Taster 12 des einen Detektors 11 und der Arm 14 des anderen Detektors 13 haben jeweils Federelemente 25, 26, mit denen sie in eine Grundstellung vorgespannt sind. Der Stromkreis 20 ist geschlossen, wenn sich das Verriegelungselement 9 in der Verriegelungsstellung in dem Schließblech 10 befindet und gleichzeitig der Flügel 2 von dem Rahmen 1 entfernt wird. Bei diesem Schließen des Stromkreises 20 wird der Signalgeber 22 mit elektrischem Strom aus der Stromquelle 23 versorgt und erzeugt ein vorgesehenes Signal. Bei dem Signal kann es sich um ein akustisches Signal handeln oder um ein Funksignal oder ein WLAN Signal zur Auslösung eines stillen Alarms oder zur Ansteuerung eines nicht dargestellten Computernetzwerks. Damit kann der Flügel 2 ohne Ansteuerung des Signalgebers 22 von dem Rahmen 1 entfernt werden. Claims (7)

  1. A monitoring device (8) of a drive rod fitting (3) for a casement (2) pivotable against a frame (1), in particular of a window or a French window, having a first detector (11) for detecting the position of the casement (2) in the frame (1), having a second detector (13) for detecting the position of locking means for locking the casement (2) in the frame (1) and having a signal device (22) for signalling an unauthorized opening of the casement (2), wherein the second detector (13) is designed for the direct detection of a locking element (9) locking the casement (2) in the frame (1) and means are provided for controlling the signal device (22) when locking element (9) is located in the locking position and for the simultaneous removal of the casement (2) from the frame (1) and wherein the detectors (11, 13) have switches (18, 19) and the switches (18, 19) close or open an electric circuit (20) in the one position of the locking element (9) or of the casement (2), characterized in that the switches (18, 19) and the signal device (22) are arranged in a common housing (15) and that the housing (15) has means for screwing in a rebate surface of the casement (2) or of the frame (1).
  2. A monitoring device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the means for controlling the signal device (22) are designed as a series circuit of the switches (18 19), the signal device (22) and of a current source (23).
  3. A monitoring device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the current source (23) has an energy accumulator and is arranged in the housing (15).
  4. A monitoring device according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the detector (11) for detecting the position of the casement (2) in the frame (1) has a protruding button (12) and in the mounted state protrudes into the movement of the frame (1) or of the casement (2).
  5. A monitoring device according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the detector (13) for detecting the position of the locking element (9) has an arm (14) pretensioned by a spring element (26) and that the arm (14) is arranged in the mounted state parallel to a drive rod (5) moving the locking element (9).
  6. A monitoring device according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the signal device (22) has an acoustic signal transmitter (24).
  7. A monitoring device according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the signal device (22) has a transmitter for the wireless transmission of a signal.
