Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Bilden von Gruppen aus hochkant stehenden Produkten (P), umfassend:- eine Versorgungseinheit (14), die dafür konfiguriert ist, mindestens eine fortlaufende Anordnung hochkant stehender Produkte (P) zuzuführen, und- mindestens eine Portionierungseinrichtung (16), die zum Entgegennehmen aufeinanderfolgender Gruppen aus hochkant stehenden Produkten (P) von der Versorgungseinheit (14) eingerichtet ist,wobei die Versorgungseinheit (14) konfigurierbar ist, um der Portionierungseinrichtung (16) Produkte (P) in einem volumetrischen oder einem numerischen Betriebsmodus zuzuführen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgungseinheit (14) eine Ausgabeeinrichtung (50) umfasst, die in der Lage ist, aus der fortlaufenden Anordnung hochkant stehender Produkte (P) einzelne Produkte (P) auszugeben, wenn die Versorgungseinheit (14) konfiguriert ist, die Produkte (P) im numerischen Betriebsmodus zuzuführen, und wobei die Vorrichtung eine volumetrische Führung (34V) und eine numerische Führung (34N) umfasst, die gegeneinander austauschbar und anstelle der jeweils anderen selektiv auf der Versorgungseinheit (14) installierbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die volumetrische Führung (34V) mindestens einen Kanal (36) mit einem Austrittsabschnitt (38) und einem Eintrittsabschnitt (40) besitzt, die in einer Querrichtung zueinander versetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die numerische Führung (34N) mindestens einen Kanal (42) mit einem Austrittsabschnitt (44) umfasst, welcher ein vorderes Anschlagelement (46) und ein seitliches Anschlagelement (48) umfasst, die ein Austrittsfenster für die Produkte definieren, das bezüglich der Längsachse des Kanals (42) seitlich verlagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend eine Führung (70), die mindestens einen Kanal (72) mit einer Bodenwand, einem vorderen Anschlagelement (78), einem seitlichen Anschlagelement (80) und zwei Seitenwänden (82) aufweist, wobei die Seitenwände zwischen einer volumetrischen Konfiguration und einer numerischen Konfiguration bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend eine Führung (70), die mindestens einen Kanal (72) mit einer Bodenwand, einem vorderen Anschlagelement (78), einem seitlichen Anschlagelement (80) und einem Paar Seitenwände (82) aufweist, wobei das vordere Anschlagelement (78) und das seitliche Anschlagelement (80) zwischen einer volumetrischen Konfiguration und einer numerischen Konfiguration bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Ausgabevorrichtung (50) ein in einer Querrichtung (C) bewegbares Schubelement (52) umfasst, wobei das Schubelement (52) in Richtung einer ersten Position federbeaufschlagt ist und durch einen zyklisch in einer Querrichtung bewegbaren Querbalken (60) in Richtung einer zweiten Position geschoben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Schubelement (52) mittels eines Arretierkolbens (64) in der zweiten Position arretierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Portionierungseinrichtung (16) zyklisch zwischen einer angehobenen Position, in der sie mit der jeweiligen Führung (34V, 34N, 70) ausgerichtet ist, und einer abgesenkten Position zum Abladen der Portion auf einer unteren Fördereinrichtung (68) bewegbar ist.
