Definitions
- the invention relates to a suit for a newborn or premature baby according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Newborn suits are already known in the art in which a newborn is surrounded by a sheet-like material to be protected from cold and dehydration. In general, these suits are essentially square or rectangular in construction, with a back and a front, which are joined together at the edges. From the publication US 4,083,064 However, an embodiment is described which is modeled on the shape of a shirt.
- the various embodiments of the prior art have a high rigidity, which leads in particular to PE material to wrinkle, which can bring about skin damage, for example via pressure points.
- Another disadvantage is a certain volume by crackling when wrapping the newborn and a lack of access to the newborn from the outside. Especially immediately after birth, it is crucial that the newborn child quickly enters a protective environment. However, this is costly in known suits, so valuable seconds are lost.
- EP 2 543 269 A1 discloses a neonatal sleeve having various smaller windows which are closable with a removable sheet to allow access from the outside to the newborn.
- the shape of this type of suit is substantially square with a front and back, with a closable side of the square is fully openable, so that a newborn can be placed here, while an adjacent side of the square in a central region has a smaller opening, through which the head of the newborn can peek out.
- a disadvantage of this embodiment is that the introduction of the newborn is very expensive, with injuries can occur.
- the publication US 2010/0300459 A1 discloses a sheet-shaped casing for a newborn, which consists of a biodegradable and suitable for medical purposes plastic material.
- the sheath is sterile, with no static charge, transparent, flexible enough to wrap around the newborn, non-abrasive to the neonate's skin, and impermeable to liquids.
- the suit for a newborn from a film-like material.
- the suit includes a back support back portion, a leg support leg rest, and two wing members for wrapping around the breast, arm, and abdominal regions of the newborn, with the leg portion disposed adjacent the back portion and the two wing members adjacent the arm side are arranged to the back portion, wherein the wing members are shaped so that each wing member can be hit arm side of the spine portion of an arm of the newborn, so that this arm with the adjacent shoulder, the abdominal area and the chest of the newborn completely covered by this wing element are.
- the core idea of the invention is that the wing elements (6, 8) in the form of the wings of a hawk are modeled and arm side to the outside of the back portion (2) initially have an increasing head-foot extent and then each to a wing tip (9) converge. This is advantageous because the cover over the turning a particularly good adaptation to the skin of the newborn is possible. It is much more pleasant than the square molds of the prior art. Because the size of both wing elements covers the abdominal and thoracic areas when folded over, it is possible to beat one wing element over an arm and a shoulder of the newborn in such a way that the other shoulder and the other arm are not covered by this wing element is.
- the wing elements are modeled after the shape of the wings of a sparrowhawk and have arm side outward from the back portion initially an increasing head-foot extension and then run together to form a wing tip.
- the initially increasing shape makes it possible to cover the entire thoracic and abdominal area of the newborn from the side, wherein the subsequent converging shape to a wing tip advantageously makes it possible to release the respectively opposite arm of a wing element.
- the initially increasing shape also makes it possible to cover the opening of the pocket element. This form is not meant to be limiting. So any other forms are conceivable, the corresponding important areas advantageous to cover the newborn, including round shapes, angular shapes and any pattern shapes.
- the dimensions of the head-foot extension and the lateral extension of the wing elements are adapted to the size of the newborn.
- the course of the upper edge of the wing element is preferably initially formed as an upper wing edge adjacent to the shoulder edge, said upper wing edge from the back portion outwardly approximately aligned in the direction of the legs of the newborn, but is almost parallel to a lateral direction.
- one shoulder of the newborn is advantageously covered, while the upper edge of the wing then lays over a neck area of the newborn without covering the other shoulder.
- the advantage of this lies in the rounded upper wing margin at the neck area. This is beneficial because it covers the entire chest area of the newborn.
- an outer upper wing edge which is directed more towards the outside of a leg area of the newborn, so that when folded, this outer upper wing edge lays along an opposite arm of the newborn, leaving this arm free from the side.
- a wing tip is recommended, which merges into a lower outer wing edge, which advantageously extends in a folded state below the opening of the pocket element.
- a rounded lower edge of the wing directed from the outside inward advantageously a rounded lower edge of the wing, which merges into an inner lower edge of the wing, which lays when turning along a side line of the bag member, so that an opening of the bag member is advantageously completely covered by the wing member.
- the entire form description is preferably not restrictive.
- the film-like material consists of preferably transparent plastic, more preferably of PE film, PVC, biopolymers or polyurethane, very particularly preferably of polyurethane.
- a material composition is chosen that is transparent, since newborns, in particular premature babies, are still largely visually observed and assessed. Therefore, an unhindered Look at the skin of the newborn necessary. Furthermore, the requirement is made for the Materiafkomposition that this is largely water vapor-tight. Within the suit is formed a saturated water vapor atmosphere, which prevents the drying out of the skin.
- the material should preferably be very thin and light, so that the newborn is not hindered by weight when breathing or moving.
- the material should advantageously be tear-resistant, so that nursing measures do not cause damage to the suit. Another preferred requirement is a very soft feel, so that no sharp-edged drape forms so that the skin of the newborn is not affected, which also allows for easier storage of the newborn. The material hugs the body easily. Furthermore, the material should advantageously allow by optimized shaping with, for example, wings and hood easy and quick wrapping of the newborn and adaptation to the body. Furthermore, the material should preferably be low-sore, so that in nursing measures by the still sensitive hearing of the newborn no unnecessary stress. As a particularly advantageous in terms of the features mentioned has a thin polyurethane film has been found, which is preferably only a few microns.
- the suit of the invention touches soft and clings to the body, while other suits from the prior art are much stiffer and stand up again automatically.
- the suit of the invention shows only a very slight rustling, while suits of the prior art have a loud rustling and crackling.
- the leg portion is formed together with a leg sleeve portion as a pocket member having an opening facing the back portion for inserting the legs of the newborn.
- leg portion together with a leg sleeve portion as a pocket element allows easy placement of the newborn.
- the legs of the newborn are covered directly and protected against the environment.
- the two wing elements are formed arm side in a plane with the back portion. This is advantageous because in this way the wing elements no obstacle to represent the placement of the newborn and this can easily be introduced with the legs in the pocket element and placed with his back on the back section. In this way, subsequent wrapping of the breast, arm and abdominal regions of the newborn by means of the two wing elements is possible.
- the leg portion is advantageous in a film plane in the back section over. This is advantageous because the newborn thus comes to rest on a smooth surface without sutures.
- the pocket section is directed away from the newborn. In this way, the shape adapts very well to a leg area of a newborn.
- the newborn has both a way to stretch the legs, as well as to keep them in a pulled tailor similar position, also called fetal position, to keep.
- the leg section on a side facing the newborn side laterally rounded pocket edge curves. This is advantageous to avoid a risk of injury to the newborn.
- the leg shell section is modeled on the shape of the leg portion.
- the newborn is advantageously accommodated in a steam atmosphere for stabilizing the body core temperature between the leg portion and the leg cover portion.
- Seams are preferably attached to the side edges between the leg portion and the leg sleeve portion. This is advantageous because in this way slipping of the leg cover portion is prevented by a kicking process of the newborn.
- the seams are present on both side edges only in a partial region of the overall length, particularly preferably adjacent to a side edge facing away from the newborn. This is advantageous because in this way, despite the lateral connection between leg portion and leg cover portion a large part of the leg cover portion at the side ends free and so the body shape of the newborn remains well adaptable.
- the suit comprises a head portion as a head pad of the newborn, which is disposed adjacent to the back portion.
- this head portion is connected in a film plane with the back portion.
- the head portion has the shape of a semicircle, in which the opening of the semicircle faces the back portion centrally. In this way, material saving is a particularly good Adaptation to the shape of the newborn's head possible.
- the back portion is advantageously over the head portion over it, so that the shoulders of the newborn can be placed particularly advantageous.
- shoulder edges are aligned here as delimiting edges of the back portion parallel to a width direction of the newborn.
- the head portion is formed together with a head wrap portion as a hood member having an opening facing the back portion for introducing the head of the newborn, preferably such that the face of the newborn is uncovered.
- a head wrap portion as a hood member having an opening facing the back portion for introducing the head of the newborn, preferably such that the face of the newborn is uncovered.
- the head section and the head cover section are advantageously connected to one another by a seam. In this way, it is possible to pass the head portion in a film plane in the back portion and still form a hood element.
- the mouth and nose region in the suit remains uncovered. This allows unhindered access to them and unhindered visual contact with the parents.
- the suit is made of a plastic material, which is advantageously impermeable to water vapor and suitable for long-term contact with the skin of the newborn.
- the suit comprises envelope elements for optionally accessible wrapping of the legs of the newborn, which are arranged arm-side on the leg portion.
- envelope elements for optionally accessible wrapping of the legs of the newborn, which are arranged arm-side on the leg portion.
- An edge of an envelope element adjoining the wing element is preferably formed in its shape complementary to the shape of a lower edge of the wing element. This makes it very easy to manufacture and cut.
- a side edge is preferably arranged parallel to a head-foot extension of the newborn, while a lower edge particularly advantageously runs parallel to a lateral width direction of the newborn. That way the cover element fold particularly advantageous to the inside over the bag element and thus cover a leg area of the newborn.
- the cover elements are extended on the arm side of the leg portion to the outside so that they overlap when turning over to the middle of the leg cover portion, so that the legs of the newborn can be accommodated in the space between the leg cover portion and envelope elements and laterally from the outside are accessible.
- the wing elements overlap the turnup elements in a folded state, so that arm, shoulder, chest, abdomen and leg areas of the newborn are completely covered even when accommodating the legs in the space between the leg cover section and turnup elements.
- Such a configuration of the wing elements represents the particularly advantageous character of the invention is particularly clear. The suit allows versatile variants of the application and placement of the newborn. Thus, combinations of the individual envelope elements in the covered or uncovered state are possible, so that certain areas of the newborn are accessible without permanently disturbing the microclimate of the other areas of the newborn.
- an inner side of the suit is populated with physiological microorganisms.
- the skin of newborns, and in particular premature babies differs from that of those born in infancy and adults. It is still immature, much thinner in its stratification than normal skin. As a result, the newborn loses significantly more water through the skin. This transdermal water loss dramatically affects the water balance and thermoregulation of the newborn.
- the lack of or little pronounced epithelial layer and its keratinization causes a high risk of injury to the skin through "plasters", electrodes, edged seams or friction. This injured skin and the rapid dehydration without proper maturation of the same causes entrance ports for bacteria and germs. In the hospital these germs are mostly pathogenic germs of often high resistance to antibiotics.
- An early bacterial colonization with natural germs therefore plays a special role for the newborn, especially for the premature baby.
- Physiological way is located On the human skin, depending on the body region, a dense lawn of commensal microorganisms, ie bacteria and also fungi. These microorganisms exist on the human skin, without harming it, even more, they produce the natural acid mantle and provide natural protection against pathogenic, so aggressive and disease-causing germs.
- Fig. 1 1 shows a suit 1 with back section 2, wing elements 6, 8, with leg section 4 and leg cover section 5 as well as with cover elements 12, 14 and head section 16.
- a head cover section 17 Above the head section 16 there is further arranged a head cover section 17, which in this view is not directly from the head section 16 to distinguish.
- the leg cover section 5, together with the leg section 4 forms a pocket element which comprises an opening 10 which is directed towards the back section 2.
- a pocket kink point 45 is found, which connects the leg portion 4 with the leg cover portion 5 on this side.
- leg casing section 5 and leg section 4 pocket seams 18 are arranged, which do not run along the entire side edge, but only along a part of the side edge, which faces away from the back section 2.
- the lateral pocket edge 103 goes along a lateral upper pocket edge curve 101 into an edge region of the opening 10 over.
- a width of the leg casing section 5 tapers from the back section 2 to the side facing away therefrom along the side edge 103.
- the cover elements 12, 14 arranged laterally therefrom on the leg cover section 5 each have a parallel edge running in the head-foot direction on their side edge 122 on. Further, at the foot of the newborn, they have a lower edge of the turnup member 124 which is parallel to a width direction.
- an edge shape of a wing element 12, 14 is complementary to an edge shape of the wing element 6, 8.
- the head section 16 is connected to the head cover section 17 via a hood seam 161 extending along a semicircular shape.
- the head portion has the shape of a semicircle, which is directed with its open semicircular side to the back portion 2 out.
- the back portion 2 projects laterally beyond the head portion 16 so as to have shoulder edges 21, 23 extending in the width direction.
- the wing elements 6, 8 are arranged on the arm side adjacent to the back section 2. Adjacent to the shoulder edges 21, 23 follow each upper wing edges 63, 83 of the back portion 2 arm side facing outward.
- This curve causes a short narrowing of the respective wing element 6, 8 in the head-to-toe extension, in which case further downward outside widening takes place.
- the lower wing edge curves 77, 97 in an inner lower wing edge 75, 95, which in turn opens at its highest broadening into a rounded lower wing edge.
- the wing elements 6, 8 each have an outer lower wing edge 71, 91 which, like the outer upper wing edges 67, 87 opens into the wing tip 9. In this way, outer upper wing edge 67, 87 and outer lower wing edge 71, 91 converge toward the wing tip 9.
- Fig. 2 shows a side profile view, in particular, the formation of the pocket element with the leg cover portion 5 and the formation of the hood member with the head cover portion 17 are visible.
- Fig. 3 - 7 show successively how a newborn 3 can be wrapped in the suit 1. It is in Fig. 3 the newborn 3 is placed with its legs inside the pocket member below the leg cover portion 5, while the head is disposed in the hood member below the head cover portion 17. An arrow indicates the movement necessary to move to the next one FIG. 4 to get.
- an envelope element 12 has to be folded over the legs. In this case, it is also possible for the newborn to be arranged above the leg sleeve section 5.
- the second flap 14 is folded over the legs to access the image in FIG Fig. 5 to get. Regardless of whether the legs of the newborn 3 are arranged below or above the leg cover section 5, they are covered in this way at least by the turnup elements 12, 14.
- a wing element 8 is folded over to Fig. 6 to get.
- a second wing element 6 is folded down to the image in Fig. 7 to get.
- Fig. 8 shows the suit 1 with separated seams, so that both the leg cover portion 5 and the head cover portion 17 are in an unfolded state.
- the function of the pocket kink 45 becomes clear.
- Fig. 9 are again the folded cover elements 12, 14 shown on the suit 1 without newborns 3.

Description
The invention relates to a suit for a newborn or premature baby according to the preamble of
Newborns, especially premature babies, require an environment that maintains energy and water levels in a similar manner to an in-utero environment in the mother's womb. Disruptions in the energy and water budget lead to increased mortality and morbidity, reduce growth rates and have other unfavorable effects.
Conventional incubators, heat lamps, and heated mattresses do not provide the opportunity to provide full access to the newborn for therapeutic or nursing interventions, while maintaining a constant neonatal climate.
The various embodiments of the prior art have a high rigidity, which leads in particular to PE material to wrinkle, which can bring about skin damage, for example via pressure points. Another disadvantage is a certain volume by crackling when wrapping the newborn and a lack of access to the newborn from the outside. Especially immediately after birth, it is crucial that the newborn child quickly enters a protective environment. However, this is costly in known suits, so valuable seconds are lost.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a suit for a newborn or a premature baby, which eliminates the risk of injury from the prior art, and which is easier to apply to a newborn. Furthermore, access to the newborn from the outside should remain possible.
This object is achieved by a suit for a newborn from a film-like material. The suit includes a back support back portion, a leg support leg rest, and two wing members for wrapping around the breast, arm, and abdominal regions of the newborn, with the leg portion disposed adjacent the back portion and the two wing members adjacent the arm side are arranged to the back portion, wherein the wing members are shaped so that each wing member can be hit arm side of the spine portion of an arm of the newborn, so that this arm with the adjacent shoulder, the abdominal area and the chest of the newborn completely covered by this wing element are. The core idea of the invention is that the wing elements (6, 8) in the form of the wings of a hawk are modeled and arm side to the outside of the back portion (2) initially have an increasing head-foot extent and then each to a wing tip (9) converge. This is advantageous, as it is possible in this way to cover the newborn with only one wing element, so that the other side is accessible, while the chest and abdominal area of the newborn are still covered. Due to the double covering of the abdominal and chest area, when both wing elements are turned over, advantageously a particularly good hold of the wing elements is made possible without the need for a separate closure element. Advantageously, a very rapid provision of a protective environment for a newborn is possible in this way. Within a few seconds, a newborn is placed on the back section and with two handles, the wing elements are turned over. This is groundbreaking compared to known suits, which still require a zipper to be closed or a special packing operation to be accomplished.
The wing elements are modeled after the shape of the wings of a sparrowhawk and have arm side outward from the back portion initially an increasing head-foot extension and then run together to form a wing tip. The initially increasing shape makes it possible to cover the entire thoracic and abdominal area of the newborn from the side, wherein the subsequent converging shape to a wing tip advantageously makes it possible to release the respectively opposite arm of a wing element. Likewise, the initially increasing shape also makes it possible to cover the opening of the pocket element. This form is not meant to be limiting. So any other forms are conceivable, the corresponding important areas advantageous to cover the newborn, including round shapes, angular shapes and any pattern shapes.
Particularly preferably, the dimensions of the head-foot extension and the lateral extension of the wing elements are adapted to the size of the newborn. The course of the upper edge of the wing element is preferably initially formed as an upper wing edge adjacent to the shoulder edge, said upper wing edge from the back portion outwardly approximately aligned in the direction of the legs of the newborn, but is almost parallel to a lateral direction. In this way, when turning over, one shoulder of the newborn is advantageously covered, while the upper edge of the wing then lays over a neck area of the newborn without covering the other shoulder. The advantage of this lies in the rounded upper wing margin at the neck area. This is beneficial because it covers the entire chest area of the newborn. Accordingly, it is also preferable to have an outer upper wing edge which is directed more towards the outside of a leg area of the newborn, so that when folded, this outer upper wing edge lays along an opposite arm of the newborn, leaving this arm free from the side. Thus, advantageously, a wing tip is recommended, which merges into a lower outer wing edge, which advantageously extends in a folded state below the opening of the pocket element. Subsequently, directed from the outside inward advantageously a rounded lower edge of the wing, which merges into an inner lower edge of the wing, which lays when turning along a side line of the bag member, so that an opening of the bag member is advantageously completely covered by the wing member. The entire form description is preferably not restrictive.
Advantageously, by shaping with wings and hood a quick and easy wrapping of the newborn and adaptation to the body is possible. Arms, legs and / or head can be revealed separately while the rest of the body remains covered.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the film-like material consists of preferably transparent plastic, more preferably of PE film, PVC, biopolymers or polyurethane, very particularly preferably of polyurethane. Advantageously, a material composition is chosen that is transparent, since newborns, in particular premature babies, are still largely visually observed and assessed. Therefore, an unhindered Look at the skin of the newborn necessary. Furthermore, the requirement is made for the Materiafkomposition that this is largely water vapor-tight. Within the suit is formed a saturated water vapor atmosphere, which prevents the drying out of the skin. Furthermore, the material should preferably be very thin and light, so that the newborn is not hindered by weight when breathing or moving. Nevertheless, the material should advantageously be tear-resistant, so that nursing measures do not cause damage to the suit. Although polyurethane has a low water vapor permeability, which is why this material has not found any relevant use in the prior art, a comparison with other suits from the prior art has shown that the advantages clearly outweigh. Thus, the suit of the invention touches soft and clings to the body, while other suits from the prior art are much stiffer and stand up again automatically. The suit of the invention shows only a very slight rustling, while suits of the prior art have a loud rustling and crackling.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the leg portion is formed together with a leg sleeve portion as a pocket member having an opening facing the back portion for inserting the legs of the newborn.
The formation of a leg portion together with a leg sleeve portion as a pocket element allows easy placement of the newborn. At the same time, the legs of the newborn are covered directly and protected against the environment. Advantageously, the two wing elements are formed arm side in a plane with the back portion.
Also, the leg portion is advantageous in a film plane in the back section over. This is advantageous because the newborn thus comes to rest on a smooth surface without sutures. Advantageously, the pocket section is directed away from the newborn. In this way, the shape adapts very well to a leg area of a newborn. The newborn has both a way to stretch the legs, as well as to keep them in a pulled tailor similar position, also called fetal position, to keep. Advantageously, the leg section on a side facing the newborn side laterally rounded pocket edge curves. This is advantageous to avoid a risk of injury to the newborn. Particularly preferably, the leg shell section is modeled on the shape of the leg portion. In this way, the newborn is advantageously accommodated in a steam atmosphere for stabilizing the body core temperature between the leg portion and the leg cover portion. Seams are preferably attached to the side edges between the leg portion and the leg sleeve portion. This is advantageous because in this way slipping of the leg cover portion is prevented by a kicking process of the newborn. Preferably, the seams are present on both side edges only in a partial region of the overall length, particularly preferably adjacent to a side edge facing away from the newborn. This is advantageous because in this way, despite the lateral connection between leg portion and leg cover portion a large part of the leg cover portion at the side ends free and so the body shape of the newborn remains well adaptable.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the suit comprises a head portion as a head pad of the newborn, which is disposed adjacent to the back portion. This is advantageous because in this way the head of the newborn is protected on its underside to the lying surface. Preferably, this head portion is connected in a film plane with the back portion. This is advantageous because in this way a particularly comfortable placement of the newborn is possible. It is conceivable that the head portion has the shape of a semicircle, in which the opening of the semicircle faces the back portion centrally. In this way, material saving is a particularly good Adaptation to the shape of the newborn's head possible. The back portion is advantageously over the head portion over it, so that the shoulders of the newborn can be placed particularly advantageous. Preferably shoulder edges are aligned here as delimiting edges of the back portion parallel to a width direction of the newborn.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the head portion is formed together with a head wrap portion as a hood member having an opening facing the back portion for introducing the head of the newborn, preferably such that the face of the newborn is uncovered. This is particularly advantageous, since in this way the head can also be covered by the hood, so that here an evaporation protection for stabilizing the body core temperature of the newborn can be obtained. The head section and the head cover section are advantageously connected to one another by a seam. In this way, it is possible to pass the head portion in a film plane in the back portion and still form a hood element.
Advantageously, the mouth and nose region in the suit remains uncovered. This allows unhindered access to them and unhindered visual contact with the parents. The suit is made of a plastic material, which is advantageously impermeable to water vapor and suitable for long-term contact with the skin of the newborn.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the suit comprises envelope elements for optionally accessible wrapping of the legs of the newborn, which are arranged arm-side on the leg portion. This is advantageous because in this way it is possible to place the newborn above the leg wrap section and to cover its leg area with the flap elements. In this way, the legs of the newborn are accessible from below. An edge of an envelope element adjoining the wing element is preferably formed in its shape complementary to the shape of a lower edge of the wing element. This makes it very easy to manufacture and cut. A side edge is preferably arranged parallel to a head-foot extension of the newborn, while a lower edge particularly advantageously runs parallel to a lateral width direction of the newborn. That way the cover element fold particularly advantageous to the inside over the bag element and thus cover a leg area of the newborn.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the cover elements are extended on the arm side of the leg portion to the outside so that they overlap when turning over to the middle of the leg cover portion, so that the legs of the newborn can be accommodated in the space between the leg cover portion and envelope elements and laterally from the outside are accessible.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the wing elements overlap the turnup elements in a folded state, so that arm, shoulder, chest, abdomen and leg areas of the newborn are completely covered even when accommodating the legs in the space between the leg cover section and turnup elements. Such a configuration of the wing elements represents the particularly advantageous character of the invention is particularly clear. The suit allows versatile variants of the application and placement of the newborn. Thus, combinations of the individual envelope elements in the covered or uncovered state are possible, so that certain areas of the newborn are accessible without permanently disturbing the microclimate of the other areas of the newborn.
In a further advantageous embodiment, an inner side of the suit is populated with physiological microorganisms. The skin of newborns, and in particular premature babies, differs from that of those born in infancy and adults. It is still immature, much thinner in its stratification than normal skin. As a result, the newborn loses significantly more water through the skin. This transdermal water loss dramatically affects the water balance and thermoregulation of the newborn. In addition, the lack of or little pronounced epithelial layer and its keratinization causes a high risk of injury to the skin through "plasters", electrodes, edged seams or friction. This injured skin and the rapid dehydration without proper maturation of the same causes entrance ports for bacteria and germs. In the hospital these germs are mostly pathogenic germs of often high resistance to antibiotics.
An early bacterial colonization with natural germs therefore plays a special role for the newborn, especially for the premature baby. Physiological way is located On the human skin, depending on the body region, a dense lawn of commensal microorganisms, ie bacteria and also fungi. These microorganisms exist on the human skin, without harming it, even more, they produce the natural acid mantle and provide natural protection against pathogenic, so aggressive and disease-causing germs.
The colonization by physiologically active microorganisms happens only in the first days and weeks of life. Therefore, in the first days of life, pathogens have more optimal possibilities to colonize the newborn skin and to penetrate due to the easy vulnerability of the dry skin. In addition, especially premature babies in an intensive care unit due to their possible comorbidities require an aggressive therapy with antibiotics, which disturb the natural germ flora and thus can still support a pathogenic colonization.
A coating of the inside of the replaceable plastic suit with physiological bacteria, eg. B. germs of his own mother, which would otherwise acquire it in the course of time, would therefore be a very promising way to support the development of the natural germ flora of newborn skin and accelerate and thus suburb to protect life-threatening infections of the skin.
Hierbei zeigen:
