Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum automatisierten Wiederauffinden von fehlerhaften Druckbildstellen eines bedruckten Bandes und zur Synchronisation der Bandförderung auf einer Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine, wobei die Material- und/oder Druckfehler mittels eines Detektors und die jeweiligen Abstände der Fehlerstellen erfasst und in einem Rollenprotokoll gespeichert werden. Zur Verbesserung der Qualitätskontrolle wird vorgeschlagen, dass nach Beendigung des Druckvorgangs das Bandende mit einem auslesbaren Etikett versehen wird, das beim Wiedereinlegen des Bandes zur Festlegung einer Nullmarke dient, durch die die Orte der Material- und/oder Druckfehlerstellen lagegenau auffindbar sind.The invention relates to a method for the automated retrieval of defective printed image areas of a printed tape and for synchronizing the belt conveyor on a further processing machine, wherein the material and / or printing errors are detected by means of a detector and the respective distances of the fault locations and stored in a roll log.
