Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Beschichtung eines Substrats (1) unter Verwendung eines Plasmas, wobei wenigstens eine Oberfläche (4, 6) des Substrats (1) in einem ersten Schritt mittels des Plasmas aktiviert und in einem zweiten Schritt im Plasma ein Silan auf die Oberfläche (4, 6) des Substrats (1) aufpolymerisiert wird, und wobei anschließend auf die Oberfläche (4, 6) des Substrats (1) ein Elastomer (2) aufgebracht wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist es vorgesehen, dass ein Silan der allgemeinen Formel R1-Si-(OY)3 verwendet wird, wobei R1 eine funktionelle Gruppe darstellt, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Amino-, Vinyl-, Chlorid-, Hydroxyl-, Methyl-, Cyano-, Epoxid-, Isocyanat- und Thiol-Gruppen und Y einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 3 C-Atomen umfasst.
