Claims (16)

  1. Ensemble de gaufrage-laminage (10) comprenant :
    au moins un rouleau de gaufrage (11) couplé le long d'une génératrice à un contre-rouleau de gaufrage (11') pour gaufrer une feuille de papier (V1) passée entre eux,
    un rouleau distributeur de colle (13) couplé le long d'une première génératrice audit rouleau de gaufrage (11) pour distribuer de la colle (17) sur ladite feuille de papier gaufrée (V1), et le long d'une seconde génératrice à un rouleau transporteur (14) qui collecte la colle (17) dans une chambre docteur (15) comprenant un réservoir (16),
    dans lequel est prévue au moins une paroi (19) couplée étroitement contre la surface intérieure de la paroi du réservoir (16) et audit rouleau transporteur (14),
    ladite au moins une paroi (19) étant mobile parallèlement à l'axe dudit rouleau (14) pour modifier la largeur de la chambre dudit réservoir (16) contenant ladite colle (17) en se basant sur la largeur de ladite feuille de papier (V1),
    caractérisé en ce que ledit réservoir (16) est fermé par des parois latérales (18) couplées étroitement contre ledit rouleau transporteur (14),
    et en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens aptes à appliquer un lubrifiant (23) sur la surface dudit rouleau transporteur (14) non concernée par la colle (17).
  2. Ensemble de gaufrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'application d'un lubrifiant (23) sur la surface dudit rouleau transporteur (14) sont constitués par au moins une chambre (22) délimitée par ladite au moins une paroi intermédiaire (19) et par une paroi latérale correspondante (18), ladite chambre (22) étant apte à contenir ledit lubrifiant (23) sous la forme d'eau ou d'huile.
  3. Ensemble de gaufrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'application d'un lubrifiant sur la surface dudit rouleau transporteur (14) consistent en au moins un corps de type boîte (26) comprenant une série de buses (25) aptes à pulvériser ledit lubrifiant (23) sous la forme d'un mélange atomisé d'air et d'huile de manière à former une fine couche de lubrifiant sur ledit rouleau transporteur (14).
  4. Ensemble de gaufrage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines desdites buses (25) peuvent être fermées de manière à varier la largeur de la couche de lubrifiant pulvérisée par ces buses.
  5. Ensemble de gaufrage selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps de type boîte (26) supportant la série de buses (25) est placé sur ledit réservoir (16) de la chambre docteur (15) adjacente à ladite au moins une chambre latérale (22).
  6. Ensemble de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une paroi mobile intermédiaire (19) comporte un revêtement en caoutchouc (20) le long de son périmètre.
  7. Ensemble de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux parois mobiles intermédiaires (19), chacune étant apte à être positionnée substantiellement à la même distance d'une paroi latérale correspondante (18), de sorte que ledit lubrifiant (23) est appliqué sur des sections terminales du rouleau transporteur (14).
  8. Ensemble de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit réservoir (16) de la chambre docteur (15) est substantiellement en forme de C et est pourvu d'un élément racleur à lame (21) apte à limiter l'épaisseur de la colle (23) appliquée sur le rouleau transporteur (14).
  9. Dispositif distributeur de colle d'un ensemble de gaufrage-laminage, comprenant
    un rouleau distributeur de colle (13) qui peut être couplé le long d'une première génératrice à un rouleau de gaufrage (11) d'un ensemble de gaufrage-laminage pour distribuer de la colle (17) sur une feuille de papier gaufrée (V1), et le long d'une seconde génératrice à un rouleau transporteur (14) qui collecte la colle (17) dans une chambre docteur (15) comprenant un réservoir (16),
    étant prévue au moins une paroi (19) couplée étroitement contre la surface intérieure de la paroi du réservoir (16) et audit rouleau transporteur (14),
    ladite au moins une paroi (19) étant mobile parallèlement à l'axe dudit rouleau (14) pour modifier la largeur de la chambre dudit réservoir (16) contenant ladite colle (17) en se basant sur la largeur de ladite feuille de papier (V1),
    caractérisé en ce que ledit réservoir (16) est fermé par des parois latérales (18) couplées étroitement contre ledit rouleau transporteur (14),
    et en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens aptes à appliquer un lubrifiant (23) sur la surface dudit rouleau transporteur (14) non concernée par la colle (17).
  10. Dispositif distributeur de colle selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'application d'un lubrifiant (23) sur la surface dudit rouleau transporteur (14) sont constitués par au moins une chambre (22) délimitée par ladite au moins une paroi intermédiaire (19) et par une paroi latérale correspondante (18), ladite chambre (22) étant apte à contenir ledit lubrifiant (23) sous la forme d'eau ou d'huile.
  11. Dispositif distributeur de colle selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'application d'un lubrifiant sur la surface dudit rouleau transporteur (14) consistent en au moins un corps de type boîte (26) comprenant une série de buses (25) aptes à pulvériser ledit lubrifiant (23) sous la forme d'un mélange atomisé d'air et d'huile de manière à former une fine couche de lubrifiant sur ledit rouleau transporteur (14).
  12. Dispositif distributeur de colle selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines desdites buse (25) peuvent être fermées de manière à varier la largeur de la couche de lubrifiant pulvérisé par lesdites buses.
  13. Dispositif distributeur de colle selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps de type boîte (26) supportant la série de buses (25) est placé sur ledit réservoir (16) de la chambre docteur (15) adjacente à ladite au moins une chambre latérale (22).
  14. Dispositif distributeur de colle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une paroi mobile intermédiaire (19) comporte un revêtement en caoutchouc (20) le long de son périmètre.
  15. Dispositif distributeur de colle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux parois mobiles intermédiaires (19), chacune étant apte à être positionnée substantiellement à la même distance d'une paroi latérale correspondante (18), de sorte que ledit lubrifiant (23) est appliqué sur les sections terminales du rouleau transporteur (14).
  16. Dispositif distributeur de colle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 15, dans lequel ledit réservoir (16) de la chambre docteur (15) est substantiellement en forme de C et est pourvu d'un élément racleur à lame (21) apte à limiter l'épaisseur de colle (23) appliquée sur le rouleau transporteur (14).
