Claims (14)
- Kiste (1), welche ein Unterteil (15) und mehrere Seitenwände (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) umfasst, die jeweils mit einer ersten horizontalen Querstrebe (4a) und einer zweiten horizontalen Querstrebe (4b) versehen sind, die jeweils mit einem oberen Rand (5a) und einem unteren Rand (5b) versehen sind, die wenigstens lokal die Gesamthöhe (H) der ersten bzw. zweiten horizontalen Querstrebe definieren, wobei die Kiste (1) ein erstes Verbindungsteil (6) umfasst, das die Schnittstelle zwischen einem Paar benachbarter Seitenwände (2c, 2d) von den mehreren Seitenwänden und dem Unterteil (15) bildet, wobei das erste Verbindungsteil (6) für jede Seitenwand des Paares benachbarter Seitenwände (2c, 2d) mit einem Sitz (7) zur Aufnahme eines Teils der entsprechenden ersten horizontalen Querstrebe versehen ist, wobei das erste Verbindungsteil (6) an jedem Sitz (7) eine äußere seitliche Trennwand (14) und ein Halteorgan (8), das einen elastisch verformbaren Teil (9) und einen Haltekopf (10) aufweist, umfasst, wobei die zwei Sitze (7) jeweils ein erstes Ende und ein zweites Ende umfassen, wobei die ersten Enden proximal und die zweiten Enden distal sind, wobei der elastisch verformbare Teil am distalen Ende in der Verlängerung der äußeren seitlichen Trennwand (14) ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Verbindungsteil (6) wenigstens einen Anschlag (26), der dazu bestimmt ist, mit wenigstens einer Seitenfläche des Unterteils (15) in Kontakt zu kommen, und eine Trennwand (23) am gemeinsamen proximalen Ende jedes Sitzes (7) umfasst. - Kiste nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (26) an der wenigstens einen Seitenfläche des Unterteils (15) mithilfe von in die wenigstens eine Seitenfläche eindringenden Bolzen befestigt ist, um ein Halten der Seitenwand in Bezug auf das Unterteil (15) der Kiste (1) zu ermöglichen.
- Kiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltekopf (10) eine erste Fläche (11), die dazu bestimmt ist, in eine Position gegenüber einem oberen oder unteren Rand einer horizontalen Querstrebe zu gelangen, und eine zweite Fläche (12) in einer in Bezug auf einen Boden (13) des Sitzes (7) schräg verlaufenden Ebene, die eine Schnittstelle mit der ersten Fläche (11) besitzt, aufweist, so dass in einer Konfiguration des Zusammenbaus der Kiste (1) für jede Seitenwand des Paares benachbarter Seitenwände (2c, 2d) der untere und der obere Rand (5a, 5b) der entsprechenden ersten horizontalen Querstrebe sich wenigstens teilweise gegenüber und vorzugsweise in Kontakt mit dem Boden (13) des entsprechenden Sitzes des ersten Verbindungsteils (6) bzw. mit dem entsprechenden Haltekopf (10) des ersten Verbindungsteils (6) befinden.
- Kiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Verbindungsteil (6) die Schnittstelle mit dem Unterteil (15) der Kiste herstellt, wobei jede erste horizontale Querstrebe (4a) eine untere Querstrebe ist, und dadurch, dass sie ein zweites Verbindungsteil (16) umfasst, welches für jede Seitenwand des Paares benachbarter Seitenwände (2c, 2d) einen Sitz (17) zur Aufnahme eines Teils der entsprechenden zweiten horizontalen Querstrebe, die eine obere horizontale Querstrebe bildet, und ein Halteorgan (18), das einen elastisch verformbaren Teil (19) und einen Haltekopf (20) aufweist, umfasst, und dadurch, dass in der Konfiguration des Zusammenbaus der Kiste (1) für jede Seitenwand des Paares benachbarter Seitenwände (2c, 2d) der untere und der obere Rand der zweiten horizontalen Querstrebe der betreffenden Seitenwand sich wenigstens teilweise gegenüber und vorzugsweise in Kontakt mit einem Boden (21) des entsprechenden Sitzes (17) des zweiten Verbindungsteils (16) bzw. mit dem Haltekopf (20) des zweiten Verbindungsteils (16) befinden.
- Kiste nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere Paare benachbarter Seitenwände (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) umfasst, wobei jedes Paar mit einem entsprechenden ersten Verbindungsteil (6) und einem entsprechenden zweiten Verbindungsteil (16) zusammenwirkt.
- Kiste nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Verbindungsteil (16) eine Form aufweist, die von dem ersten Verbindungsteil (6) verschieden ist.
- Kiste nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Sitz (17) des zweiten Verbindungsteils (16) zwei seitliche Innenflächen (22a, 22b) aufweist, die einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind und deren Abstand (E1) im Wesentlichen der Dicke der zweiten horizontalen Querstrebe entspricht, die in dem Sitz (17) aufgenommen ist.
- Kiste nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Sitz (17) des zweiten Verbindungsteils (16) eine zusätzliche Innenfläche (22c) aufweist, deren Abstand (E2) zu einer der zwei seitliche Innenflächen (22a) die Aufnahme eines Teils der entsprechenden zweiten horizontalen Querstrebe sowie eines Teils einer vertikalen Stütze, die an der entsprechenden zweiten horizontalen Querstrebe angebracht ist, ermöglicht.
- Verbindungsteil (6), welches dazu bestimmt ist, in einem unteren Teil einer Kiste angeordnet zu werden, und zwei Sitze (7) umfasst, die sich in verschiedenen Richtungen erstrecken, um mit zwei benachbarten Seitenwänden und einem Unterteil der Kiste zusammenzuwirken, wobei jeder Sitz dafür ausgelegt ist, eine horizontale Querstrebe der entsprechenden Seitenwand der Kiste aufzunehmen, mit welcher das Verbindungsteil zusammenbaubar ist, wobei das Teil an jedem Sitz (7) eine äußere seitliche Trennwand (14) und ein Halteorgan (8), das mit einem elastisch verformbaren Teil (9) und einem Haltekopf (10) versehen ist, umfasst, wobei das Verbindungsteil einen Sockel umfasst, der mit einer Oberseite, an welcher sich die zwei Sitze befinden, die jeweils ein erstes Ende und ein zweites Ende aufweisen, wobei die ersten Enden proximal und die zweiten Enden distal sind, wobei der elastisch verformbare Teil (9) am distalen Ende jedes Sitzes (7) in der Verlängerung der äußeren seitlichen Trennwand (14) ausgebildet ist, und mit einer Unterseite versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsteil (6) zwei Anschläge (26) umfasst, die sich von der Unterseite aus erstrecken und in verschiedenen Ebenen enthalten sind, wobei die zwei Anschläge (26) dazu bestimmt sind, mit zwei benachbarten Seitenflächen des Unterteils der Kiste in Kontakt zu kommen, und dadurch, dass das proximale Ende jedes Sitzes (7) von dem anderen Sitz (7) durch eine Trennwand (23) getrennt ist.
- Verbindungsteil (6) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltekopf (10) eine erste Fläche (11), die dazu bestimmt ist, in eine Position gegenüber einem Rand einer horizontalen Querstrebe zu gelangen, und eine zweite Fläche (12) in einer in Bezug auf einen Boden des Sitzes (7) schräg verlaufenden Ebene, die eine Schnittstelle mit der ersten Fläche (11) besitzt, aufweist, welche eine eindringende Form begrenzen, die somit derart gestaltet ist, dass sie beim Einsetzen der Seitenwand in den Sitz (7) in Reibeingriff entlang der Seitenwand gelangt, um die Verformung des elastisch verformbaren Teils (9) zu ermöglichen.
- Teil (6) nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
- Verfahren zum Verpacken von Waren, welches die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Bereitstellen mehrerer Seitenwände (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), die jeweils mit einer ersten horizontalen Querstrebe (4a) und einer zweiten horizontalen Querstrebe (4b) versehen sind, die jeweils mit einem oberen Rand (5a) und einem unteren Rand (5b) versehen sind, die wenigstens lokal eine Gesamthöhe (H) der ersten bzw. zweiten horizontalen Querstrebe definieren,- Bereitstellen eines Unterteils (15), das mehrere erste Verbindungsteile (6) umfasst, welche die Schnittstelle zwischen einem Paar benachbarter Seitenwände (2c, 2d) von den mehreren Seitenwänden bilden, wobei jedes erste Verbindungsteil (6) für jede Seitenwand des Paares benachbarter Seitenwände (2c, 2d) mit einem Sitz (7) zur Aufnahme eines Teils der entsprechenden ersten horizontalen Querstrebe versehen ist und an jedem Sitz (7) eine äußere seitliche Trennwand (14) umfasst, wobei die zwei Sitze (7) jeweils ein erstes Ende und ein zweites Ende umfassen, wobei die ersten Enden proximal und die zweiten Enden distal sind, wobei jedes Verbindungsteil (6) mit einer Trennwand (23) an einem proximalen Ende, das zwei Sitzen gemeinsam ist, und mit einem Halteorgan (8), das einen am distalen Ende in der Verlängerung der äußeren seitlichen Trennwand (14) ausgebildeten elastisch verformbaren Teil (9) und einen Haltekopf (10) aufweist, versehen ist, wobei wenigstens ein erstes Verbindungsteil (6) wenigstens einen Anschlag (26) aufweist, welcher mit wenigstens einer Seitenfläche des Unterteils (15) in Kontakt kommt, um ein Halten der Seitenwand in Bezug auf des Unterteil (15) zu ermöglichen,- Einschieben eines Paares benachbarter Seitenwände (2c, 2d) von den mehreren Seitenwänden in eines der Verbindungsteile (6),- Anordnen der Waren auf dem Unterteil (15),- Einschieben der anderen Seitenwände (2a, 2b) in die anderen Verbindungsteile (6), um eine Kiste (1) zur Verpackung der Waren herzustellen.
- Verfahren zum Verpacken nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Anschlag (26) zuvor an wenigstens einer Seitenfläche des Unterteils (15) mithilfe von in die wenigstens eine Seitenfläche eindringenden Bolzen befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, welches einen Schritt umfasst, der darin besteht, ein zweites Verbindungsteil (16) auf wenigstens ein Paar benachbarter Seitenwände (2c, 2d) von den mehreren Seitenwänden aufzuschieben.
