Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device and a method for receiving, transporting and dispensing plastic bags according to the preamble of claim 1 or according to claim 10.
  • the object of the invention is to safely enable the picking up, transporting and dispensing of foil bags even at high machine speeds.
  • the device for receiving, transporting and dispensing of foil bags comprises a foil bag magazine with several, parallel magazine shafts for providing the foil bag and two independently drivable, circulating conveyor belt devices with foil bag receptacles arranged thereon, wherein the conveyor belt devices revolve around two common axes, which are designed to be drivable independently and drive each one of the two conveyor belt devices.
  • This device therefore makes it possible at the same time in a batch mode, ie at a stopped first conveyor belt device, to transfer film bags from the film bag magazine simultaneously from a plurality of parallel magazine slots to a plurality of foil bag receivers of the first, stopped conveyor belt device.
  • the foil bag from their foil bag receptacles to a transfer wheel delivered, ie during the delivery of the film bag, the second conveyor belt device is driven by means of one axis, so that the film bag receptacles arranged on it move together with her. From there, the foil pouches can be transferred directly, eg to a spout welding machine and / or a filling machine.
  • this can be set in motion by driving by means of one of the two axes and thereby the foil bag receptacles are moved to the transfer wheel. Meanwhile, the second conveyor belt device can be moved with the emptied film bag receptacles, so that the foil bag receptacles arranged on it are moved into a position below the magazine shafts.
  • the speed during the continuous movement to deliver the foil bag to the transfer wheel can be adapted to the circumstances of the transfer wheel and the delivery.
  • the apparatus may include a first drive device rotatably formed about a first axis and drivable from the first axis and a second drive device rotatably formed about a second axis and drivable from the second axis, the first axis and the second axis are formed separately drivable.
  • the apparatus may include a first deflecting device rotatable about the second axis without being drivable by the second axis, and a second deflecting device rotatably formed about the first axis without being drivable from the first axis.
  • a first number of foil bag receptacles can be arranged on the first conveyor belt device, wherein the first conveyor belt device extends around the first drive device and around the first deflection device and can be driven by the first drive device.
  • the foil bag receptacles are positionable below the magazine shafts for receiving the foil bag in a foil bag receiving position.
  • a second number may be attached to the second conveyor belt device Be arranged film bag receptacles, wherein the second conveyor belt device extends around the second drive device and the second deflecting device and is drivable by the second drive device, wherein the film bag receptacles are positioned below the magazine slots for receiving the film bag in the film bag receiving position.

  • the first conveyor belt device and the second conveyor belt device preferably have the same length since they both revolve around the first axis and the second axis.
  • the first and second conveyor belt devices are preferably at least approximately aligned with each other, i.
  • the projections of the first and second conveyor belt devices are viewed in a plane perpendicular to the first axis and the second axis, respectively, they are preferably one above the other. This arrangement ensures that in the independent drive of the first and the second conveyor belt device, the film bag receivers, which are arranged on the first and the second conveyor belt device, do not come into contact with the second and the first conveyor belt device.
  • the film bag receptacles of the first conveyor belt device or of the second conveyor belt device can come to lie beneath the magazine slots of the film bag magazine so that film bags can be transferred to them
  • the film bag receptacles preferably have a spacing from each other which corresponds to the distance between the magazine wells.
  • the transfer of the foil bags from the magazine shafts to the foil bag receptacles can take place in a foil bag receiving position.
  • the foil bag receiving position, for example, of the first conveyor belt device is achieved when all of the film bag receivers arranged on it have arrived below the magazine shafts and are stopped there.
