Claims (10)
- Baugruppe, gebildet aus - einer Kraftfahrzeug-Abgasaufhängung (1), umfassend einen in einem elastischen Material ausgeführten Körper (2), der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Arm (3) zusammenzuwirken, der aus einer Abgasleitung (5) hervorgeht, und ein Unterteil (4), das mit mindestens einer Öffnung (11) ausgestattet ist, die dazu ausgebildet ist, einen Durchtritt von einem Mittel zum Befestigen (12) der Abgasaufhängung (1) an einem Element (40) zu gestatten, das sich unter einem Kraftfahrzeugboden befindet, und -einer mechanischen Montageplatte (15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (4) weiter Mittel zum Ausrichten (14) der Abgasaufhängung (1) in Bezug auf eine mechanische Montageplatte (15) durch Zusammenwirken zwischen mindestens zwei Ausrichtzapfen (17) und zwei entsprechenden Führungslöchern (16) umfasst.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtmittel (14) aus zwei in dem Unterteil (4) ausgeführten Führungslöchern (16) bestehen, die dazu ausgebildet sind, mit den zur mechanischen Montageplatte (15) gehörenden Ausrichtzapfen (17) zusammenzuwirken.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Führungslöcher (16) in Laschen (19) ausgeführt sind, die aus Längskanten des Unterteils (4) hervorgehen.
- Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Führungslöcher (16) einander diametral gegenüberliegen.
- Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Führungslöcher (16) Abmessungen aufweist, die im Wesentlichen mit denjenigen des entsprechenden Ausrichtzapfens (17) identisch sind, wohingegen das andere Führungsloch (16) von länglicher Form Abmessungen besitzt, die geringfügig größer als diejenigen des entsprechenden Ausrichtzapfens (17) sind.
- Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (4) mindestens einen Abstützbereich (21) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, sich an einer entsprechenden Stützfläche (30) der mechanischen Montageplatte (15) abzustützen.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (4) zwei Abstützbereiche (21) umfasst, die sich beidseits des Körpers (2) vorstehend erstrecken.
- Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (2) eine Quaderform aufweist, die zwei abgeschrägte Winkel (9) besitzt, die auf einer dem Unterteil (4) gegenüberliegenden Seite befinden.
- Verfahren zum automatischen Montieren einer Abgasaufhängung (1) und einer mechanischen Montageplatte (15), die die Baugruppe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren umfasst:- einen Schritt des Anbringens der Abgasaufhängung (1) auf einer mechanischen Montageplatte (15) über die Ausrichtmittel (14),- einen Schritt des Bewegens des Organträgers in die Nähe eines Elements (40), das sich unter einem Boden des Kraftfahrzeugs befindet,- einen Schritt des Montierens, insbesondere durch mechanische Mittel, vorzugsweise durch Verschrauben, der Abgasaufhängung (1) an dem Element, und- einen Schritt des Zurückziehens der mechanischen Montageplatte (15).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Anbringens der Abgasaufhängung darin besteht, die in dem Unterteil (4) der Abgasaufhängung (1) gefertigten Führungslöcher (16) mit den Ausrichtzapfen (17) der mechanischen Montageplatte (15) zusammenwirken zu lassen.
