Claims (15)

  1. Device (1) for attaching covering elements (100, 200) to a top face (52) of a floor batten (50), each having at least one edge provided with a groove (150, 250), said device comprising at least one body (20) configured so as to be fixed to the floor batten (50) and a head (12) configured so as to engage with at least one groove (150, 250) of at least one covering element (100, 200) in order to lock said covering element (100, 200), the attachment device (1) comprising a clamping means (10) having a rod (11) intended to engage with said body (20) and with the head (12), and the attachment device (1) comprising at least one holding means (30, 40) intended to be at least partly inserted in the body (20) and in a side (51) of the floor batten (50) so as to attach the body (20) to the side (51) of the floor batten (50) and so that traction or compression applied to said head (12) exerts a shear stress at the holding means (30, 40).
  2. Device according to the preceding claim, wherein the body (20) comprises a first face (27) configured so as to bear on said side (51) of the floor batten (50).
  3. Device according to the preceding claim, wherein the body (20) comprises at least one longitudinal opening (21) intended to receive the clamping means (10).
  4. Device according to the preceding claim, wherein the body (20) comprises at least one transverse opening (22, 23), extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal opening (21) and from the first face (27) as far as a second face (28) of the body (20), opposite to the first face (27).
  5. Device according to the preceding claim, comprising the at least one holding means (30, 40) able to engage with the at least one transverse opening (22, 23).
  6. Device according to the preceding claim, wherein the at least one holding means (30, 40) comprises a rod (31, 41) intended to penetrate the floor batten (50) and extending in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the rod (31, 41) carrying the head (12) of the clamping means (10) extends.
  7. Device according to the preceding claim, comprising a first spacing (L) between a first holding means (30, 40) and the axis of the longitudinal opening (21), and a second spacing (I) between a second holding means (30, 40) and the axis of the longitudinal opening (21); the difference between said first (L) and second (I) spacings being at least equal to the diameter of the rod (31, 41) of said holding means (30, 40).
  8. Device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the body (20) and at least the clamping means (10) are preassembled.
  9. Device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the clamping means (10) comprises a relief on the bottom face of the head (12).
  10. Device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the body (20) comprises a first face (27) configured so as to bear on said side (51) of the floor batten and wherein the first face (27) of the body (20) comprises at least one attachment means (25) forming a projection.
  11. Assembly comprising at least one attachment device (1), at least one covering element (100, 200) and at least one floor batten (50); the covering element (100, 200) being kept fixed on the floor batten (50) by at least one attachment device (1) according to any of the preceding claims.
  12. Assembly according to the preceding claim, comprising at least one first and second covering element (100, 200), and wherein the rod (11) of the clamping means (10) of the attachment device (1) is configured so that the diameter thereof represents a minimum spacing (E) separating the first and second covering elements (100, 200), in positioning.
  13. Method for attaching at least one first covering element (100) on a floor batten (50) by means of an attachment device (1) according to any of claims 1 to 10,
    characterised in that it comprises at least:
    - a step of attaching at least one attachment device (1) to a side (51) of the floor batten (50);
    - a step of positioning the first covering element (100) opposite a top face (52) of the floor batten (50), said top face (52) extending perpendicularly to the side of the floor batten (50), until the head (12) of the attachment device is partially inserted in a groove (150) of the first covering element (100);
    - a step of tightening the clamping means (10) in order to ensure locking of said covering element (100) on the top face (52) of the floor batten (50).
  14. Method according to the preceding claim, wherein the step of positioning the first covering element (100) is performed until the covering element (100) abuts against the rod (11) of the clamping means (10).
  15. Method according to either of the preceding two claims, wherein the attachment step comprises the translational driving of the holding means (30, 40) by means of a driving tool so as to at least partially pass through the thickness of the floor batten (50).
