Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Befülladapter für einen mit Medien (z.B. Öle, Gase, Kältemittel und dergleichen) zu befüllenden Behälter, insbesondere für eine Erstbefüllung von Behältern mit Betriebsstoffen an Montagelinien zur Herstellung von Kraftfahrzeugen, wobei der Befülladapter mit einem Schlauchpaket, elektrischen, pneumatischen und hydraulischen Leitungen ausgestattet ist. Ein gattungsgemäßer Befülladapter ist aus der EP 1 538 125 A1 bekannt.
  • Für zahlreiche technische Anwendungen müssen Behälter mit Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen gefüllt werden. Ein diesbezüglich typisches Anwendungsgebiet sind Kraftfahrzeuge, für die eine Befüllung von Gehäusen, Kreisläufen, Ausgleichbehältern und dergleichen mit Kraft-, Schmier-, Kühl- und sonstigen Betriebsstoffen notwendig ist. Hierbei müssen die Fahrzeuge im Herstellungsprozess beispielsweise mit Bremsöl, Servoöl, Kühlflüssigkeit, Kältemittel, Wischwasser und Kraftstoff befüllt werden. Diese Medien werden mit Befüllanlagen über Schläuche und spezielle Adapter in die jeweiligen Kreisläufe der Fahrzeuge eingespeist. Dabei enthalten die Schläuche zumeist mehrere Leitungen mit unterschiedlichen Funktionen für Vakuumbeaufschlagung, Rücksaugen, Füllen, Belüften sowie auch elektrische Leitungen.
  • Für die Durchführung der Befüllung muss ein Werker in Abhängigkeit der jeweiligen Position der Befüllanlage den Adapter mit dem Schlauchpaket zum Fahrzeug bringen und dort am Anschluss der jeweils zu befüllenden Kreisläufe anschließen.
  • Zur Gewährleistung der Funktionsfähigkeit der Befülladapter ist es notwendig, dass diese Baugruppen regelmäßig einer Wartung unterzogen werden. Dies erfolgt bisher vorzugsweise nach definierten Zyklen, die sich beispielsweise auf kontinuierlich wiederkehrende Zeiträume oder auf die Nutzungszeit beziehen. Die Überwachung dieser Zyklen ist jedoch von der Sorgfalt der Instandhaltung (Kunde) abhängig. Somit ist nicht auszuschließen, dass die Wartungszyklen nicht exakt beachtet werden. Eine derartige Gefahr ist insbesondere erheblich, sofern Befülladapter nicht ständig ausschließlich mit derselben Befüllanlage benutzt, sondern an verschiedenen Befüllanlagen eingesetzt werden. Bei zeitbezogenen Wartungszyklen ist es außerdem fragwürdig, ob der Befülladapter tatsächlich so häufig benutzt worden ist, dass eine Wartung notwendig ist. Bei nutzungsbezogenen Wartungszyklen kann hingegen innerhalb eines kurzen Zeitintervalls für mehrere Befülladapter eine Wartung notwendig werden. Sofern diese Wartungen nicht durchgeführt werden, kann es zu unvorhergesehenen Ausfällen der Befülladapter an der Montagelinie kommen, die im Extremfall einen zeitweiligen Stillstand der Montagelinie bewirken können.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine technische Lösung zu schaffen, mit der die Notwendigkeit zur Wartung eines Befülladapters unabhängig von Sorgfalt und Qualifikation der Instandhaltung (Kunde) detektiert und rechtzeitig mitgeteilt wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Befülladapter gemäß den technischen Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Durch die Vorwarnung erhält der Werker einen ersten Hinweis, dass demnächst eine Wartung des Befülladapters notwendig wird. Sofern diese Vorwarnung einer zentralen Leitstelle, z.B. der Fertigungsleitung übermittelt wird, wird der Werker entlastet und die Funktionsfähigkeit der gesamten Befüllanlage kann verbessert werden, weil diese Leitstelle den Wechsel vorbereiten kann, ohne die Arbeit des Werkers zu beeinträchtigen. Diese Variante ist unter Fertigungsaspekten vorteilhaft, weil der zu wartende Befülladapter dann beispielsweise im Pausentakt zwischen zwei Befüllvorgängen durch einen anderen Befülladapter ausgetauscht werden kann.
  • Weiterhin ist am Adapterkopf eine elektronische Schnittstelle ausgestaltet, über die mittels einer speziellen Software eine erfolgte Wartung derart mitgeteilt wird, dass die elektronische Baugruppe (ID-Chip) zur Wartungskontrolle in einen neuen Startzustand zur Erfassung der Nutzungszeit des Befülladapters geschaltet wird.
  • Mit dieser technischen Lösung wird die Notwendigkeit zur Wartung eines Befülladapters unabhängig von der Sorgfalt und Qualifikation eines Werkers detektiert und bereits zu einem frühen Zeitpunkt mitgeteilt. Somit wird eine planbare Wartung ermöglicht und unerwartete Zwischenfälle im Fertigungsablauf, z.B. ein gleichzeitiger Wechsel mehrerer Befülladapter, können reduziert werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Sicherheit gegen Manipulationen, weil mit dem ID-Chip die tatsächlichen Nutzungsbedingungen dokumentiert werden. Somit ist der Einsatz eines Befülladapters an verschiedenen Befüllanlagen ohne Nachteile bezüglich einer Wartung möglich.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich. Hierbei ist der grundsätzliche Aufbau eines Befülladapters mit Adapterkopf 1, Anschlussgehäuse 2 für ein Schlauchpaket 3 und Anlagensteuerung 4 ersichtlich. Im Adapterkopf 1 ist eine elektronische Baugruppe 6 für eine Wartungskontrolle integriert, die über eine Adapterelektronik 7 mit der Anlagensteuerung in Wirkverbindung steht. Die elektronische Baugruppe 6, vorzugsweise ein ID-Chip, erfasst die Anzahl der Nutzungszyklen des Befülladapters und vergleicht diese mit vorab einstellbaren Parametern derart, dass bei einer Näherung an diese Parameter mindestens eine Vorwarnung ausgelöst und beim Erreichen dieser Parameter eine zugeordnete Steuerung 4 über die nunmehr fällige Wartung informiert wird.
  • Weiterhin ist am Adapterkopf 1 eine elektronische Schnittstelle 5 ausgestaltet. Über diese Schnittstelle 5 wird eine erfolgte Wartung mittels einer speziellen Software derart mitgeteilt, dass die elektronische Baugruppe / ID-Chip 6 zur Wartungskontrolle in einen neuen Startzustand zur Erfassung der Anzahl der Nutzungszyklen des Befülladapters geschaltet wird.

Claims (3)

  1. Befülladapter für einen mit Medien zu befüllenden Behälter, insbesondere für eine Erstbefüllung von Behältern mit Betriebsstoffen an Montagelinien zur Herstellung von Kraftfahrzeugen, wobei der Befülladapter mit einem Schlauchpaket, elektrischen, pneumatischen und hydraulischen Leitungen und mit einer zugeordneten Anlagensteuerung (4) ausgestattet ist, wobei im Adapterkopf (1) des Befülladapters eine elektronische Baugruppe für eine Wartungskontrolle integriert ist, welche die Nutzungszeit des Befülladapters erfasst und mit einer vorab einstellbaren Nutzungszeit derart vergleicht, dass bei einer Näherung an diese vorab einstellbare Nutzungszeit mindestens eine Vorwarnung ausgelöst und beim Erreichen dieser vorab einstellbaren Nutzungszeit die zugeordnete Anlagensteuerung (4) über die nunmehr fällige Wartung informiert wird.
  2. Befülladapter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vorwarnung direkt den an der Befüllanlage tätigen Werker und/oder einer zentralen Leitstelle übermittelt wird.
  3. Befülladapter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass am Adapterkopf (1) eine elektronische Schnittstelle (5) ausgestaltet ist, über die mittels einer speziellen Software eine erfolgte Wartung derart mitgeteilt wird, dass die elektronische Baugruppe zur Wartungskontrolle in einen neuen Startzustand zur Erfassung der Nutzungszeit des Befülladapters geschaltet wird.
