Claims (15)

  1. Rollenschlepphebelvorrichtung, die einen Stößelkörper (12), der sich entlang einer Achse erstreckt, einen Einsatz (18), der im Körper montiert ist, einen Bolzen (14), der mindestens am Einsatz montiert ist, und eine Rolle (16), die am Bolzen montiert ist, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stößelkörper (12) ein Andrückmittel (22), das sich von einer Innenfläche (12c) des Körpers erstreckt, und mindestens ein Zentrierteil (26; 66), das axial vom Andrückmittel vorsteht, umfasst, der Einsatz (18) axial gegen das Andrückmittel (22) montiert ist und mindestens ein Loch (46) umfasst, in das sich das Zentrierteil (26; 66) erstreckt, ein Haltemittel (60; 70) am Zentrierteil bereitgestellt ist, um den Einsatz (18) relativ zum Stößelgehäuse (12) axial zu halten.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Einsatz (18) einen zentralen Kern (40), der mit dem Loch (46) versehen ist, und mindestens zwei Seitenlaschen (42, 44) umfasst, von denen jede ein Aufnahmegehäuse (50, 52) für ein Ende des Bolzens (14) umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der zentrale Kern (40) des Einsatzes in axialem Kontakt mit dem Andrückmittel (22) des Stößelkörpers montiert ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei der Stößelkörper (12) ein axiales Blockiermittel (54, 56) zum Festhalten des Bolzens (14) in den Aufnahmegehäusen (50, 52) umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Haltemittel (60; 70) mindestens eine lokale plastische Verformung umfasst, die am Zentrierteil (26; 66) gebildet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Haltemittel (60; 70) axial am Einsatz (18) anliegt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Haltemittel (60; 70) mit Bezug auf den Einsatz (18) auf der Seite gegenüber dem Andrückmittel (22) des Stößelkörpers axial angeordnet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Einsatz (18) auf der Seite gegenüber dem Bolzen (14) und der Rolle (16) axial gegen das Andrückmittel (22) des Stößelkörpers montiert ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zentrierteil (26; 66) des Stößelkörpers auf der Seite gegenüber dem Bolzen (14) und der Rolle (16) axial vorsteht.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Andrückmittel des Stößelkörpers mindestens zwei Vorsprünge (22, 24) umfasst, von denen jeder ein Zentrierteil (26, 28; 66, 68) stützt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Rolle (14) sich in einen Raum (30) erstreckt, der von den Vorsprüngen (22, 24) begrenzt ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, wobei die Vorsprünge relativ zu einer axialen Ebene, die durch die Mitte der Rolle (16) verläuft, symmetrisch sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Stößelkörper (12) in einem Stück gefertigt ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Stößelkörper (12) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial oder aus einem Metall gefertigt ist.
  15. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Rollenschlepphebelvorrichtung, die einen Stößelkörper, einen Einsatz, der im Körper montiert ist, einen Bolzen und eine Rolle, die an dem Bolzen montiert ist, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz, der Bolzen und die Rolle in den Stößelkörper eingesetzt sind, damit der Einsatz in axialen Kontakt mit einem Andrückmittel kommt, das sich von einer Innenfläche des Körpers erstreckt, wobei mindestens ein Zentrierteil axial vom Andrückmittel vorsteht und sich in ein im Einsatz gebildetes Loch erstreckt, und dadurch, dass durch mindestens eine lokale plastische Verformung ein Haltemittel am Zentrierteil gebildet ist, um den Einsatz relativ zum Stößelgehäuse axial zu halten.
