Claims (13)

  1. Nockenfolgerrollenvorrichtung für einen Verbrennungsmotor für eine Automobil- oder Industrieanwendung, umfassend einen Stößelkörper (12), einen in dem Stößelkörper montierten Stift (14) und eine an dem Stift montierte Rolle (16) und umfassend eine innere Bohrung (24b) und eine Außenfläche (22a), wobei die Rolle (16) einen inneren axialen Abschnitt (24) umfasst, der mit der inneren Bohrung versehen ist, einen äußeren axialen Abschnitt (22), der mit der Außenfläche versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ferner einen Körper (26; 30) umfasst, der zwischen dem inneren und äußeren axialen Abschnitt radial zwischengeschaltet ist, wobei die Dichte des Materials des Körpers kleiner als die des Materials oder der Materialien des inneren und äußeren axialen Abschnitts ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Körper (26; 30) der Rolle in radialen Kontakt mit dem inneren und äußeren radialen Abschnitt montiert ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Körper (26; 30) der Rolle durch zwei gegenüberliegende Stirnflächen (26c, 26d; 32c, 34c) axial begrenzt wird, die bündig mit benachbarten Stirnflächen des inneren und äußeren axialen Abschnitts (24, 22) sind oder die in Bezug auf die gegenüberliegenden Stirnflächen axial nach innen oder außen versetzt sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Körper (26; 30) der Rolle aus einem flexiblen Material hergestellt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Rolle (16) ferner einen radialen Zwischenabschnitt (28) beinhaltet, der den inneren und äußeren Abschnitt (24, 22) verbindet, wobei sich der Körper (26; 30) auf beiden Seiten des radialen Zwischenabschnitts axial erstreckt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei der radiale Zwischenabschnitt (28) der Rolle in eine radiale Mittelebene der Rolle versetzt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei der Körper (30) mindestens zwei getrennte Teile (32, 34) umfasst, die axial auf jeder Seite des radialen Zwischenabschnitts (28) angeordnet sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Körper (26; 30) der Rolle umspritzt ist auf den äußeren und inneren axialen Abschnitt (22, 24).
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei der innere axiale Abschnitt (24) und/oder der äußere axiale Abschnitt (22) der Rolle Vertiefungen (36, 38) umfassen, in die ergänzende Rippen des Körpers (26; 30) vorstehen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Körper (26; 30) der Rolle aus synthetischem Material hergestellt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der Körper (26; 30) der Rolle aus Metall wie beispielsweise Aluminium oder Titan hergestellt ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Enden des Stiftes (14) in Durchgangslöchern montiert sind, die an dem Stößelkörper ausgebildet sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, ferner umfassend einen in dem Stößelkörper montierten Einsatz, wobei die Enden des Stiftes (14) mindestens an dem Einsatz montiert sind.
