Claims (17)

  1. Pompe à double membrane,
    - dans laquelle une première membrane (10) est prévue, laquelle forme une paroi d'une première chambre de pompe (13),
    - dans laquelle la première membrane (10) peut être déplacée au moyen d'un premier moyen d'entraînement mécanique (15),
    - dans laquelle une seconde membrane (110) est prévue, laquelle forme une paroi d'une seconde chambre de pompe (113),
    - dans laquelle la seconde membrane (110) peut être déplacée au moyen d'un second moyen d'entraînement mécanique (115) qui est indépendant du premier moyen d'entraînement (15),
    - dans laquelle une commande (30) pour les moyens d'entraînement (15, 115) est prévue, laquelle est réalisée et peut être exploitée de telle sorte qu'elle commande les deux moyens d'entraînement (15, 115) en fonction d'une ou plusieurs conditions.
  2. Pompe à double membrane selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la condition se rapporte au temps, à la pression, à la course et/ou à la position.
  3. Pompe à double membrane selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans laquelle la commande (30) est réalisée et peut être exploitée de telle sorte qu'elle contribue déjà à une montée en pression dans l'autre chambre de pompe (113 ; 13) avant même que la membrane (10 ; 110) ait atteint son point mort dans une des chambres de pompe (13 ; 113).
  4. Pompe à double membrane selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans laquelle la commande (30) est réalisée et peut être exploitée de telle sorte qu'elle contribue à une montée en pression dans cette chambre de pompe (113 ; 13) lorsque la dépression (p13 ; p113) dans une des chambres de pompe (13 ; 113) tombe en dessous d'une certaine valeur seuil.
  5. Pompe à double membrane selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans laquelle la commande (30) est réalisée et peut être exploitée de telle sorte qu'elle commande les deux moyens d'entraînement (15, 115) de manière décalée dans le temps l'un par rapport à l'autre de sorte que les deux membranes (12, 112) se déplacent de manière décalée dans le temps l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  6. Pompe à double membrane selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans laquelle la commande (30) est réalisée et peut être exploitée de telle sorte qu'elle commande les deux moyens d'entraînement (15, 115) de manière isochrone l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  7. Pompe à double membrane selon une des revendications 1 à 6,
    - dans laquelle une première chambre de pression (14) est prévue, laquelle est séparée de la première chambre de pompe (13) par la première membrane (10),
    - dans laquelle une seconde chambre de pression (114) est prévue, laquelle est séparée de la seconde chambre de pompe (113) par la seconde membrane (110).
  8. Pompe à double membrane selon une des revendications 1 à 7,
    dans laquelle au moins un des moyens d'entraînement (15, 115) est un moyen d'entraînement pouvant être exploité avec de l'air comprimé.
  9. Pompe à double membrane selon une des revendications 1 à 8,
    dans laquelle les moyens d'entraînement (15, 115) présentent chacun un piston (12, 112) mobile dans un cylindre (11, 111) ou une membrane qui peut être déplacée avec de l'air comprimé.
  10. Pompe à double membrane selon une des revendications 1 à 8,
    dans laquelle les moyens d'entraînement (15, 115) présentent chacun un piston (12, 112) mobile dans un cylindre (11, 111) ou une membrane qui peut être déplacée avec un élément élastique au moins dans une direction.
  11. Pompe à double membrane selon une des revendications 1 à 10,
    dans laquelle les moyens d'entraînement (15, 115) présentent chacun au moins un capteur pour la détection de la position finale.
  12. Pompe à double membrane selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle la commande (30) est réalisée et peut être exploitée de telle sorte qu'elle commande les deux moyens d'entraînement (15, 115) en fonction du signal provenant du capteur (35 à 38).
  13. Pompe à double membrane selon la revendication 11 ou 12,
    dans laquelle la commande (30) est réalisée et peut être exploitée de telle sorte qu'elle provoque une inversion de direction des moyens d'entraînement (15, 115) lorsque le capteur (35) est actionné par le premier moyen d'entraînement (15) et le capteur (37) est actionné par le second moyen d'entraînement (115).
  14. Pompe à double membrane selon une des revendications 1 à 13,
    - dans laquelle la première et la seconde chambre de pompe (13, 113) présentent chacune une sortie de chambre de pompe (13.3, 113.3), et
    - dans laquelle les sorties de chambre de pompe débouchent dans une sortie de pompe commune (3).
  15. Pompe à double membrane selon une des revendications 1 à 14,
    - dans laquelle la commande (30) présente une soupape différentielle (32),
    - dans laquelle la soupape différentielle (32) relie dans une des positions (A) une source d'air comprimé (50) au premier moyen d'entraînement (15) de sorte qu'elle déplace la première membrane (10) de sorte qu'une dépression apparaît dans la première chambre de pompe (13),
    - dans laquelle la soupape différentielle (32) relie dans l'autre position (B) la source d'air comprimé (50) au second moyen d'entraînement (115) de sorte qu'elle déplace la seconde membrane (110) de sorte qu'une dépression apparaît dans la seconde chambre de pompe (113).
  16. Pompe à double membrane selon la revendication 15,
    - dans laquelle la soupape différentielle (32) relie dans une des positions (A) la source d'air comprimé (50) au second moyen d'entraînement (115) de sorte qu'elle déplace la seconde membrane (110) de sorte qu'une surpression apparaît dans la seconde chambre de pompe (113),
    - dans laquelle la soupape différentielle (32) relie dans l'autre position (B) la source d'air comprimé (50) au premier moyen d'entraînement (15) de sorte qu'elle déplace la première membrane (10) de sorte qu'une surpression apparaît dans la première chambre de pompe (13).
  17. Pompe à double membrane selon la revendication 15 ou 16,
    dans laquelle la commande (30) présente une soupape va-et-vient (31) qui peut être commandée avec des interrupteurs de bout de course (35, 36, 37, 38) et qui commande la soupape différentielle (32).
