Claims (6)

  1. Lock, in particular automatic lock, having means for activating and deactivating of a day function in the lock, in particular in the automatic lock, respectively, wherein the lock comprises locking elements which are operable using a push rod (1), and wherein the device comprises a rotary switch (3) projecting through the face-plate (2), the rotation axis of which extending normally to the face-plate (2), and which is cooperating via at least one control projection (4) with a corresponding recess (5) on the push rod (1) in order to block this one at activated day function in its unlocked position, and wherein the rotary switch (3) includes retaining projections (6) at its inner free end facing away from the face-plate (2), which engage behind the push rod (1) in respective activated and deactivated position of the rotary switch (3), whereby the rotary switch (3) is retained within a receptacle (7) in the faceplate (2), characterized in that in the unlocked position of the push rod (1) and in an intermediate position of the rotary switch (3) between the activated and deactivated position, the retaining projections (6) are aligned with the recesses (5) in the push rod (1), thereby allowing the rotary switch (3) to be inserted and removed.
  2. Lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotary switch (3) includes, at its face-plate side end, a collar (8) whose diameter is larger than the diameter of the receptacle (7) of the rotary switch (3) in the face-plate (2).
  3. Lock according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the rotary switch (3) includes a handle (9) at its outer face-plate side free end, for example in the shape of a radially extending web or slot.
  4. Lock according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the rotary switch (3) includes two control projections (4), opposite to each other, protruding radially from the axis of rotation, which at activated function and respective position of the push rod (1) engage respective recesses (5) in the push rod (1).
  5. Lock according to claim 4, characterised in that the rotary switch (3) includes at its inner free end facing away from the face plate (2) four retaining projections (6) protruding radially from the axis of rotation, wherein in each case two retaining projections (6) are opposing each other and two of the retaining projections (6) are extending in the same direction as the control projections (4).
  6. Lock according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the rotary switch (3) is formed integrally.
