Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device for packaging a product refill, in particular a cosmetic product.
  • the packaging device comprises a sheath having an open end and a removable assembly adapted to be removably attached to the open end of the sheath between a locked position in which the refill is retained in the sheath and an unlocked position in which the refill can be extracted from the sheath.
  • Devices of this type are known, in particular for refills of cosmetic products that may be of the vaporizer, pump or bottle type.
  • this type of refill has been developed with the aim of reducing the manufacturing costs of packaging of cosmetic products, and their impact on the environment.
  • the type of packaging device must be easy to use and must allow easy extraction of the refill it contains and an easy introduction of a new refill, that is to say, requiring little effort and attention on the part of the user.
  • the packaging device must also allow easy locking of the removable assembly to the open end of the sleeve.
  • the maintenance of the refill in the conditioning device must be reliable, that is to say that the removable assembly does not go into unlocked position inadvertently.
  • Reconditioning devices for a refill of a product are known from US Pat. No. 3,080,989, in which the removable assembly comprises an activation element retained in the sheath which is provided with elastic tabs protruding from the body. open end of the sheath.
  • the removable assembly further comprises a retaining cap having two lumens, arranged on the sheath so that the bulges of the elastic tongues of the activation element cling into the slots of said cap.
  • the retaining cap has to be put in place until again engaging the bulges of the elastic tongues in the lights of said cap.
  • this conditioning device is unreliable because during handling of the packaging device, it is possible that the user inadvertently presses on the bulges of the tabs, causing their accidental disengagement of the lights of the cap.
  • this packaging device is relatively unattractive because of the lower part of the particularly visible retaining cap.
  • An object of the present invention is to substantially remedy the aforementioned drawbacks.
  • the removable assembly comprises a retaining interface, which cooperates with the open end of the sheath and which has an anchoring member, and an activation member which cooperates with the retaining interface being able to be displaced axially with respect to it, the activation member thus being able to be brought by an axial displacement with respect to the retaining interface into an activation position in which the activation member urges the anchoring of the anchoring member to the open end of the sleeve and a disengaging position in which it releases the anchoring member and allows the disengagement of the removable assembly of the open end of the sheath.
  • the user can use the refill as if he had it directly in the hands. It is therefore understood that the conditioning device does not interfere with the distribution element of the refill.
  • the refill is of the type having a neck, which is for example the case when it comes to a bottle.
  • the removable assembly is arranged around this neck.
  • the refill has a handling element, for example a spray head, a stopper or the like.
  • the removable assembly is arranged such that the handling element protrudes from the removable assembly.
  • the conditioning device according to the invention is therefore reliable because there is little risk for the activation member to move axially in an undesired manner, in particular when the user manipulates the handling element of the refill for allow the use of the product it contains.
  • the fingers of the user are not within the reach of the activation member, which prevents accidental unlocking of the removable assembly.
  • the removable assembly When the activation member reaches its disengaged position, the removable assembly is unlocked from the open end of the sheath and can be removed from the open end of the sheath. The user can then remove the used refill from the scabbard and replace it with a new refill.
  • the packaging device according to the invention is particularly simple and intuitive to use. It suffices here for the user to push the activation member by means of its two inches, for example, to lock or unlock the removable assembly of the open end of the sleeve.
  • the removable assembly forms a unitary assembly.
  • unitary unit that the removable assembly forms a whole.
  • the user removes the removable assembly from the open end of the sleeve in one go, without any part of this set remaining in place on or in the scabbard.
  • the detachable assembly further comprises biasing means able to urge the movement of the activation member towards its disengaged position after an axial displacement of said member from its position. activation.
  • the biasing means are disposed between a bottom of the retaining interface and the activation member.
  • said axial displacement of the activation member from its activation position is achieved by a thrust of said member towards the inside of the sleeve (ie in the direction of the bottom of the sleeve), and the axial displacement of said member organ to its disengagement position is achieved by a thrust of said organ into a direction of exit of the sheath (ie in the opposite direction to the bottom of the sheath).
  • the user presses the activation member towards the inside of the sleeve while maintaining the sleeve, so that the body of activation compresses the means of solicitation.
  • the biasing means are "released” and push the activation member in the output direction of the sleeve, which reaches its disengagement position.
  • the biasing means comprise a spring.

  • the transition from one to the other stable positions is effected by an axial displacement of the activation member relative to the retaining interface.
  • the follower pin is provided on a leg of one of the holding interface and the activating member.
  • the follower pin is formed on a free end of said tab.
  • the retaining interface has at least one anti-loosening stop disposed opposite the tab so as to prevent the release of the tracking pin from the core path.

  • the activation member comprises at least one bearing surface capable of pushing the tongue towards the wall of the sleeve to anchor the anchor member to the open end of the sleeve.
  • the bearing surface of the activation member progressively pushes the tongue of the anchoring member into position. direction of the sheath into a position in which the projection of the tongue is engaged in the recess in the wall of the sheath.
  • the tongue is elastic, and has a natural position that does not allow anchoring of the anchor member to the open end of the sleeve.

This causes moving the follower pin 68a in the disengagement track 455 to the first stable position PS1 in which the activation member is in its disengaged position.
  • the clipping tabs 36 of the anchoring member 30 are no longer subjected to the pressure exerted by the bearing portions 69 of the activation member 60 and, because of their natural elasticity, fall back in the opposite direction to the wall of the sheath 202.
  • the user can therefore remove the removable assembly 20 from the open end 204 of the sheath 202, as shown by the arrow E on the figure 9 .
