Claims (15)
- Final position retraction and damping device (1) for a slidable leaf as a sliding leaf or slidable rising sliding leaf (2) of a window or a door, comprising an energy accumulator for retracting the sliding leaf (2) into the closed position, and a damping element for braking the sliding leaf (2) before the sliding leaf arrives at the final and closed position, wherein the energy accumulator and the damping element are formed solely by a gas pressure spring (4), and a push rod (5), and a common housing (6) accommodating the two elements, the elements being arranged mounted in housing (7) of the final position retraction and damping device (1), further comprising a driver and control device (8), with which the push rod (5) is operationally connected to a driver (9) which can be secured to a frame (3) of the window or door, which is configured such as to lock the energy accumulator in an open position of the sliding leaf (2),
characterized in that
the final position retraction and damping device (1) can be arranged lying in a receiving groove (10) of a sliding leaf (2) in a covered manner, wherein the gas pressure spring (4) is axially movable in the sliding direction (14) of the sliding leaf (2) by means of the rotational axis (13) of the gas pressure spring by means of one end (11) of the push rod (5) using a guide pin (12) and is secured in a pivotable manner transversely to the sliding direction, that the driver and control device (8), configured as U-shaped, consist of two limbs (15, 16) and a central body which can connect the limbs (15, 16), which comprise in each case two guide pins (12, 20) spaced apart at an interval, wherein the guide pin (12) is received by a bore (18), wherein the guide pins (12, 20) are guided in a movable manner in a slotted guide (22) section (21) which runs in the sliding direction of the sliding leaf (2),that a curved end portion (23) is formed so as to face away from the frame (3) in extension of the slotted guide (22) on the side oriented towards the gas pressures spring (4), which, in the mounted state of the final position retraction and damping device, faces away from the frame (3) of the window or door, and wherein, with the receiving of at least the guide pin (12) into the curved end portion (23), the driver and control device (8) adopt an external engagement position of the driver (9) and forms the locked position of the energy accumulator. - Final position retraction and damping device (1) according to claim 1,

the driver and control device (8) comprise a cut-out opening (24) which is U-shaped in cross-section about the rotational axis (13) in order to accommodate the push rod (5), and which is configured depending on the pivotable movement of the gas pressure spring (4) and the driver and control device (8). - Final position retraction and damping device (1) according to claim 1,

the housing (7) is open on the side facing towards the frame (3), consisting of the release element (27) for the housing (6) and a lateral guide receiver (30) for the push rod (5) and for the driver and control device (8), on a length for attaining the final and closed position of the gas pressure spring (4). - Final position retraction and damping device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 5,

the driver and control device (8) projects with the two limbs (15, 16) out of the lateral guide receiver (30) of the housing (7) in the direction of the frame (3), wherein, with the passing of the driver (9) over the limbs (15, 16), the gas pressure spring (4) can be released from an energy accumulating parked position (31) and is guided along a stroke distance (32), with the emission of the accumulated energy, into an end position (23), which corresponds to the closed end position (34) of the sliding leaf (2). - Final position retraction and damping device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 6,

the driver (9) can be moved on a guide rail (36), arranged on the frame (3) opposite the receiving groove (10) of the sliding leaf (2), by a sliding element (37) in a groove (38), engaging behind it, and can be secured by means of a clamping screw (39) in a freely locatable position. - Final position retraction and damping device (1) according to claim 9,
