Claims (13)

  1. A cabinet, in particular a vertical cabinet, with a cabinet carcass (2) and a cabinet pull-out element (1), which cabinet pull-out element (1) is capable - by means of a lower pull-out guide (8) which comprises a carcass rail (10) fixed with respect to the cabinet carcass and a displaceable pull-out rail (12) and by means of an upper pull-out guide (9) which comprises a carcass rail (13) fixed with respect to the cabinet carcass and a displaceable pull-out rail (15) - of being withdrawn out of the cabinet carcass (2) in a withdrawal direction (7) and of being inserted in a direction opposed to the withdrawal direction (7), and which cabinet pull-out element (1) in the withdrawn state is pivotable by at least 45°, preferably by at least 90° on both sides, about a vertical axis (18) with respect to a normal position in which it is orientated parallel to the withdrawal direction (7), and which cabinet pull-out element (1) in the withdrawn state pivoted with respect to the normal position is blocked so as to prevent it from being inserted by a blocking apparatus which has a locking arm (23) which is jointly moved by the pull-out rail (15) of the upper pull-out guide (9) during the displacement of the pull-out rail (15) and which is pivoted about a pivot axis (24) situated transversely to the withdrawal direction (7) during the pivoting of the cabinet pull-out element (1) between a release position, in which it permits an insertion of the cabinet pull-out element (1), and a locking position, in which it blocks an insertion of the cabinet pull-out element (1) by resting against at least one stop (26) fixed with respect to the cabinet carcass, characterized in that the pivot axis (24) of the locking arm (23) is situated in an angular range of from 0° to 45° with respect to the horizontal, and the pivoting of the locking arm (23) from its release position occupied in the normal position of the cabinet pull-out element (1) into its locking position occupied in the pivoted state of the cabinet pull-out element (1) takes place as a result of gravity.
  2. A cabinet according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pivot axis (24) of the locking arm (23) is orientated horizontally.

A cabinet according to Claim 5, characterized in that a displacement part (32) is present, which is pivoted jointly with the cabinet pull-out element (1) during the pivoting of the latter and which co-operates with the bearing slide (31) and which displaces the said bearing slide (31) during a pivoting of the cabinet pull-out element (1) starting from the normal position of the cabinet pull-out element (1) in the direction towards the cabinet carcass (2).
  7. A cabinet according to Claim 6, characterized in that the displacement part (32) is arranged on an intermediate member (33) which is connected to the cabinet pull-out element (1) in a rotationally fixed manner and has a bore (35) through which an axial pin (34) forming the vertical axis (18) passes.
  8. A cabinet according to Claim 7, characterized in that a setting sleeve (40), which is capable of being turned about the vertical axis (18) and which has a bore (41) which receives the axial pin (34) and is arranged eccentrically with respect to the vertical axis (18), is inserted in the bore (35) in the intermediate member (33).
  9. A cabinet according to Claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the cam-like displacement part (32) projects into a depression (37) in the bearing slide (31).
  10. A cabinet according to any one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that, in order to pivot the locking arm (23) from its locking position into its release position as the cabinet pull-out element (1) pivots back into its normal position, an actuating part (28) of the cabinet pull-out element (1) has at least one run-up slope (30) and/or the locking arm (23) has at least one run-up slope (29).
  11. A cabinet according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that an actuating part (28) of the cabinet pull-out element (1) pivoting the locking arm (23) from its locking position into its release position as the cabinet pull-out element (1) pivots back into its normal position is capable of being deflected in a springing-resilient manner in the vertical direction.
  12. A cabinet according to any one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the locking arm (23) has portions which are situated adjacent to the pull-out rail (15) of the upper pull-out guide (9) on both sides as viewed in cross-section and which have in each case an abutment face (25) co-operating with a stop (26) in the locking position of the locking arm (23).
  13. A cabinet according to any one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that a blocking lever (19), which is pivotable about a tilting axis orientated parallel to the pull-out direction (7) and which has arms (20, 21) projecting on opposite sides with respect to a vertical plane in which the tilting axis is situated, is mounted on the pull-out rail (12) of the lower pull-out guide (8), wherein the blocking lever (19) is pivoted about its tilting axis during the pivoting of the cabinet pull-out element (1) starting from its normal position, and the arm (20, 21) pivoted downwards in this case co-operates with a stop fixed with respect to the cabinet carcass and blocks the insertion of the pull-out rail (12) of the lower pull-out guide (8).
