Claims (9)

  1. Behälter (1) für längliche Raucherartikel, wobei der Behälter aufweist:
    einen Schachtelteil (10) mit einer Bodenwand (13), einer Vorderwand (11), einer Rückwand und zwei Seitenwänden (12), die sich zwischen der Vorder- und der Rückwand erstrecken,
    wobei eine obere Seite des Schachtelteils (10) offen ist, um eine obere Öffnung bereitzustellen, durch die Raucherartikel entnommen werden können;
    einen Deckelteil (14), der an dem Schachtelteil (10) entlang einer Scharnierlinie klappbar angebracht ist, die sich über eine Rückwand des Behälters hinweg erstreckt,
    wobei der Deckelteil (14) eine Deckeloberseitenwand (15), eine Deckelrückwand und eine Deckeloberseitenhinterkante zwischen der Deckeloberseitenwand (15) und der Deckelrückwand aufweist; und
    eine Gruppe (20) von länglichen Raucherartikeln (21), wobei die Gruppe mindestens zwei Reihen von Artikeln aufweist, die Artikel eine Länge (L) aufweisen und in jeder Reihe mit ihren Längsachsen parallel zueinander angeordnet sind,
    wobei die Gruppe (20) innerhalb des Schachtelteils (10) zwischen der Bodenwand (13) des Schachtelteils (10) und der Deckeloberseitenwand (15) des Deckelteils (14) positioniert ist;
    wobei der Deckelteil (14) um die Scharnierlinie schwenkbar ist, um den Behälter zu öffnen und Zugang zu den Raucherartikeln (21) zu erhalten;
    wobei eine Innenhöhe (H) des Behälters kleiner ist als die Länge (L) der Raucherartikel (21), und wobei die Raucherartikel (21) innerhalb des Schachtelteils (10) derart angeordnet sind, dass die Achsen der Raucherartikel (21) relativ zu einer Längsachse des Schachtelteils (10) geneigt sind;
    wobei die Raucherartikel in verschiedenen Reihen der Gruppe mit ihren Längsachsen parallel zueinander oder mit ihren Längsachsen quer zueinander angeordnet sind.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schachtelteil (10) ein Innenvolumen definiert und die Längsachsen der Raucherartikel (21) in der Gruppe (20) einen Winkel mit den Seitenwänden (12) des Schachtelteils (10) bilden, sodass ein erster Abschnitt (V1) des Innenvolumens des Schachtelteils, der frei von Raucherartikeln ist, an einem oberen Ende des Schachtelteils (10) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Winkel, der durch die Längsachsen der Raucherartikel (21) in der Gruppe (20) mit den Seitenwänden (12) des Schachtelteils (10) gebildet wird, zwischen 0 Grad und 90 Grad liegt.
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Winkel, der durch die Längsachsen der Raucherartikel (21) in der Gruppe (20) mit den Seitenwänden (12) des Schachtelbereichs (10) gebildet wird, zwischen ungefähr 5 und ungefähr 45 Grad liegt.
  5. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei ein zweiter Teil des Innenvolumens des Schachtelteils, der frei von Raucherartikeln ist und an einem unteren Ende des Schachtelteils (10) vorgesehen ist, ein Füllelement aufweist.
  6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Füllelement ein elastisches Material aufweist.
  7. Behälter nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Füllelement Karton aufweist.
  8. Verfahren zum Verpacken von länglichen Raucherartikeln, aufweisend:
    - Bilden einer Gruppe von länglichen Raucherartikeln, die mindestens zwei Reihen von länglichen Raucherartikeln aufweist, wobei die Raucherartikel in jeder Reihe eine Länge aufweisen und mit ihren Längsachsen parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und die Raucherartikel in verschiedenen Reihen der Gruppe mit ihren Längsachsen parallel oder mit ihren Längsachsen quer zueinander angeordnet sind;
    - Bilden eines Behälters, der einen Schachtelteil aufweist, wobei der Schachtelteil eine Bodenwand, eine Vorderwand, eine Rückwand und zwei Seitenwände aufweist, die sich zwischen der Vorder- und der Rückwand erstrecken, wobei eine Innenhöhe des Behälters kleiner ist als die Länge der Raucherartikel; der Behälter weiter einen Deckelteil aufweist, der an dem Schachtelteil entlang einer Scharnierlinie klappbar angebracht ist, die sich über eine Rückwand des Behälters hinweg erstreckt, wobei der Deckelteil eine Deckeloberseitenwand, eine Deckelrückwand und eine Oberseitenhinterkante zwischen der Deckeloberseitenwand und der Deckelrückwand aufweist; wobei eine obere Seite des Schachtelteils offen ist, um eine obere Öffnung bereitzustellen, durch die Raucherartikel entnommen werden können; und
    - Positionieren der Gruppe innerhalb des Schachtelteils zwischen der Bodenwand des Schachtelteils und der Deckeloberseitenwand des Deckelteils, sodass die Achsen der Raucherartikel innerhalb des Schachtelteils relativ zu einer Längsachse des Schachtelteils geneigt sind, wobei der Deckelteil um die Scharnierlinie schwenkbar ist, um den Behälter zu öffnen und Zugang zu der Gruppe von länglichen Raucherartikeln zu erhalten.
  9. Verfahren zum Verpacken von länglichen Raucherartikeln, aufweisend:
    - Bilden einer Gruppe von länglichen Raucherartikeln, die mindestens zwei Reihen von länglichen Raucherartikeln aufweist, wobei die Raucherartikel in jeder Reihe eine Länge aufweisen und mit ihren Längsachsen parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und die Raucherartikel in verschiedenen Reihen der Gruppe mit ihren Längsachsen parallel zueinander oder mit ihren Längsachsen quer zueinander angeordnet sind;
    - Bilden eines Behälters um die Gruppe von länglichen Raucherartikeln herum, der einen Schachtelteil aufweist, wobei der Schachtelteil eine Bodenwand, eine Vorderwand, eine Rückwand und zwei Seitenwände aufweist, die sich zwischen der Vorder- und der Rückwand erstrecken, wobei der Behälter weiter einen Deckelteil aufweist, der an dem Schachtelteil entlang einer Scharnierlinie klappbar angebracht ist, die sich über eine Rückwand des Behälters hinweg erstreckt, wobei der Deckelteil eine Deckeloberseitenwand, eine Deckelrückwand und eine Oberseitenhinterkante zwischen der Deckeloberseitenwand und der Deckelrückwand aufweist; wobei eine obere Seite des Schachtelteils offen ist, um eine obere Öffnung bereitzustellen, durch die Raucherartikel entnommen werden können; wobei eine Innenhöhe des Behälters kleiner ist als die Länge der Raucherartikel, sodass die Gruppe innerhalb des Schachtelteils zwischen der Bodenwand des Schachtelteils und der Deckeloberseitenwand des Deckelteils angeordnet ist, und sodass die Achsen der Raucherartikel innerhalb des Schachtelteils relativ zu einer Längsachse des Schachtelteils geneigt sind; wobei der Deckelteil um die Scharnierlinie schwenkbar ist, um den Behälter zu öffnen und Zugang zu der Gruppe länglicher Raucherartikel zu erhalten.
