Claims (9)

  1. Récipient (1) pour des articles à fumer allongés, le récipient comprenant :

    dans lequel la partie de couvercle (14) peut pivoter autour de la ligne d'articulation pour ouvrir le récipient et accéder aux articles à fumer (21) ;
    dans lequel une hauteur interne (H) du récipient est inférieure à la longueur (L) des articles à fumer (21) et dans lequel les articles à fumer (21) sont agencés dans la partie de boîte (10) de sorte que les axes des articles à fumer (21) sont inclinés par rapport à un axe longitudinal de la partie de boîte (10) ;
    dans lequel les articles à fumer dans différentes rangées du groupe sont agencés avec leurs axes longitudinaux parallèles les uns aux autres ou avec leurs axes longitudinaux transversaux les uns aux autres.
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie de boîte (10) définit un volume interne et les axes longitudinaux des articles à fumer (21) dans le groupe (20) forment un angle avec les parois latérales (12) de la partie de boîte (10), de sorte qu'une première partie (V1) du volume interne de la partie de boîte exempte d'articles à fumer est prévue à une extrémité supérieure de la partie de boîte (10).
  3. Récipient selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'angle formé par les axes longitudinaux des articles à fumer (21) dans le groupe (20) avec les parois latérales (12) de la partie de la boîte (10) est compris entre 0 et 90 degrés.
  4. Récipient selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'angle formé par les axes longitudinaux des articles à fumer (21) dans le groupe (20) avec les parois latérales (12) de la partie de boîte (10) est d'environ 5 à environ 45 degrés.
  5. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel une deuxième partie du volume interne de la partie de boîte exempte d'articles à fumer prévue à une extrémité inférieure de la partie de boîte (10) comprend un élément de remplissage.

    - la formation d'un récipient comprenant une partie de boîte, la partie de boîte comprenant une paroi inférieure, une paroi avant, une paroi arrière et deux parois latérales s'étendant entre la paroi avant et la paroi arrière, où une hauteur intérieure du récipient est inférieure à la longueur des articles à fumer ; le récipient comprenant en outre une partie de couvercle articulée sur la partie de boîte le long d'une ligne d'articulation s'étendant à travers une paroi arrière du récipient, la partie de couvercle comprenant une paroi supérieure de couvercle, une paroi arrière de couvercle et un bord arrière supérieur entre la paroi supérieure de couvercle et la paroi arrière du couvercle ; où un côté supérieur de la partie de boîte est ouvert pour fournir une ouverture supérieure à travers laquelle les articles à fumer peuvent être retirés ; et
    - le positionnement du groupe dans la partie de boîte entre la paroi inférieure de la partie de boîte et la paroi supérieure du couvercle de la partie de couvercle, de sorte que les axes des articles à fumer dans la partie de boîte soient obliques par rapport à un axe longitudinal de la partie de boîte, la partie de couvercle pouvant pivoter autour de la ligne d'articulation pour ouvrir le récipient et accéder au groupe d'articles à fumer allongés.

    - la formation autour du groupe d'articles à fumer allongés d'un récipient comprenant une partie de boîte, la partie de boîte comprenant une paroi inférieure, une paroi avant, une paroi arrière et deux parois latérales s'étendant entre la paroi avant et la paroi arrière, le récipient comprenant en outre une partie de couvercle articulée à la partie de boîte le long d'une ligne d'articulation s'étendant à travers une paroi arrière du récipient, la partie de couvercle comprenant une paroi supérieure du couvercle, une paroi arrière du couvercle et un bord arrière supérieur entre la paroi supérieure du couvercle et la paroi arrière du couvercle ; dans lequel un côté supérieur de la partie de boîte est ouvert pour fournir une ouverture supérieure à travers laquelle les articles à fumer peuvent être retirés ; dans lequel une hauteur interne du récipient est inférieure à la longueur des articles à fumer, de sorte que le groupe est agencé à l'intérieur de la partie de boîte entre la paroi inférieure de la partie de boîte et la paroi supérieure du couvercle de la partie de couvercle et de telle sorte que les axes des articles à fumer à l'intérieur de la partie de boîte sont inclinés par rapport à un axe longitudinal de la partie de boîte ; la partie de couvercle pouvant pivoter autour de la ligne d'articulation pour ouvrir le récipient et accéder au groupe d'articles à fumer allongés.
