Claims (12)

  1. Behälter (10) für Konsumgüter, wobei der Behälter aufweist:
    einen Außenschachtelabschnitt (12) mit einer Länge L, die sich zwischen Außenschachtelabschnittvorder- und rückwänden (20, 22) erstreckt;
    einen Innenabschnitt (16) zum Aufnehmen von Konsumgütern, der innerhalb des Außenschachtelabschnitts aufgenommen ist, wobei der Innenabschnitt eine Innenabschnittbodenwand (38) neben der Außenschachtelabschnittbodenwand und eine Innenabschnittvorderwand neben der Außenschachtelabschnittvorderwand aufweist;
    eine Scharnierlinie (68) zwischen der Innenabschnittvorderwand und der Außenschachtelabschnittvorderwand;
    einen Deckelteil (14), der entlang einer ersten Scharnierlinie (32) von der Außenschachtelabschnittrückwand abhängig ist, wobei der Deckelteil zwischen einer geschlossenen Stellung und einer geöffneten Stellung um die erste Scharnierlinie beweglich ist; und
    einen Hubmechanismus (40), der ausgelegt ist, den Innenabschnitt zu heben, wenn der Deckelteil von der geschlossenen Stellung in die geöffnete Stellung bewegt wird, wobei der Hubmechanismus aufweist:
    eine erste Platte (42) mit einem ersten Ende und einem zweiten Ende, wobei eine Länge A der ersten Platte zwischen den ersten und zweiten Enden im Wesentlichen die gleiche ist wie eine Höhe der Außenschachtelabschnittrückwand, wobei das erste Ende der ersten Platte entlang einer zweiten Scharnierlinie (44) von dem Deckelteil abhängt, und wobei die zweite Scharnierlinie entlang dem Deckelteil von der ersten Scharnierlinie um einen Abstand X beabstandet ist; und
    eine zweite Platte (46) mit einem ersten Ende und einem zweiten Ende, wobei eine Länge B der zweiten Platte zwischen den ersten und zweiten Enden kleiner ist als die Länge der ersten Platte, wobei das erste Ende der zweiten Platte entlang einer ersten Faltlinie von dem zweiten Ende der ersten Platte abhängt, und wobei das zweite Ende der zweiten Platte von der unteren Innenabschnittwand entlang einer dritten Scharnierlinie (50) abhängig ist;
    wobei ein Abstand Y zwischen der ersten Faltlinie und einer Oberkante der Innenabschnittvorderwand variiert, wenn der Deckelteil zwischen der offenen und geschlossenen Stellung bewegt wird, sodass der Abstand Y einen Maximalwert Y(max) und einen Minimalwert Y(min) aufweist; und
    wobei die Abmessungen des Behälters die Ungleichung A - X + Y(min) > L erfüllen.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Abstand X zwischen der zweiten Scharnierlinie und der ersten Scharnierlinie mindestens 1,5 Millimeter beträgt.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Innenabschnittbodenwand ein erstes Ende neben der Außenschachtelabschnittrückwand aufweist, und wobei die maximale diagonale Abmessung des Innenabschnitts zwischen einer Ecke der Innenabschnittbodenwand am ersten Ende der Innenabschnittbodenwand und der diagonal entgegengesetzten oberen Ecke der Innenschachtelteilvorderwand mindestens 0,5 Millimeter kürzer ist als die Länge L des Außenschachtelabschnitts.
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die Abmessungen des Behälters die Ungleichung B > (A - X) * 0,5 erfüllen.
  5. Behälter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Abmessungen des Behälters die Ungleichung B < A - X erfüllen.
  6. Behälter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Hubmechanismus weiter aufweist:
    eine dritte Platte (52) mit ersten und zweiten Enden und ersten und zweiten Flächen, wobei die erste Fläche der dritten Platte an dem Deckelteil befestigt ist, und wobei das erste Ende der dritten Platte entlang der zweiten Scharnierlinie von dem ersten Ende der ersten Platte abhängig ist;
    eine vierte Platte (54) mit ersten und zweiten Enden und ersten und zweiten Flächen, wobei die vierte Platte über der dritten Platte liegt, und wobei die erste Fläche der vierten Platte an der zweiten Fläche der dritten Platte befestigt ist; und
    eine fünfte Platte (56) mit ersten und zweiten Enden, wobei das erste Ende der fünften Platte entlang einer vierten Faltlinie von dem ersten Ende der vierten Platte abhängt, und wobei die fünfte Platte über der ersten Platte liegt.
  7. Behälter nach Anspruch 6, wobei das zweite Ende der vierten Platte entlang einer fünften Faltlinie von dem zweiten Ende der dritten Platte abhängig ist.
  8. Behälter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Innenabschnitt weiter aufweist:
    eine obere Innenabschnittwand gegenüber der Innenabschnittbodenwand; und
    eine Innenabschnittöffnung, um ein Entfernen der Konsumgüter aus dem Innenabschnitt zu ermöglichen, wobei mindestens ein Abschnitt der Innenabschnittöffnung durch die Außenschachtelabschnittrückwand abgedeckt ist, wenn sich der Deckelteil in der geschlossenen Stellung befindet, und wobei mindestens ein Teil der Innenabschnittöffnung aufgedeckt ist, wenn der Deckelteil in die geöffnete Stellung bewegt wird und der Innenabschnitt durch den Hubmechanismus gehoben wird.
  9. Behälter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Innenabschnitt weiter erste und zweite gegenüberliegende Innenabschnittseitenwände aufweist, wobei eine Breite des Innenabschnitts zwischen den Innenabschnittseitenwänden kleiner ist als eine Breite des Außenschachtelabschnitts zwischen Außenschachtelabschnittseitenwänden, der Behälter weiter mindestens ein Abstandselement aufweist, das zwischen dem Innenabschnitt und dem Außenschachtelabschnitt positioniert ist, wobei die kombinierte Breite von dem mindestens einen Abstandselement und dem Innenabschnitt im Wesentlichen die gleiche wie die Breite des Außenschachtelabschnitts ist.
  10. Behälter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Innenabschnitt und der Hubmechanismus aus einem einzelnen zusammengeklappten flächigen Rohling (100) gebildet sind.
  11. Behälter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, weiter aufweisend mehrere längliche Konsumgüter, die an dem oder innerhalb des Innenabschnitts aufgenommen sind, wobei die längste Abmessung von jedem der Konsumgüter im Wesentlichen parallel mit dem Deckelteil und der unteren Außenschachtelabschnittwand ist, wenn sich der Deckelteil in der geschlossenen Stellung befindet.
  12. Behälter nach Anspruch 11, wobei die mehreren länglichen Konsumgüter mehrere Raucherartikel aufweisen.
