  • the key 2 for a cylinder lock 1 according to the invention is difficult to clone, in that the two grooves 24 define shaped regions and undercuts with respect to the encoding 22 which imply the use of special machines for its production. Such shaped regions and undercuts greatly impede the cloning of the key 2 by way of simply making a cast (a cast that will not record all the geometrical features of the profile of the key 2).

Claims (8)

  1. Ein Schließzylinder von der Art, die einen festen Stator (3) und einen Rotor (4) umfasst, der in einem entsprechenden Hohlraum (5) des Stators (3) untergebracht ist und sich im Verhältnis zu dem Stator (3) drehen kann, wobei der Rotor (4) einen im Wesentlichen länglichen Raum (6) zur funktionellen Aufnahme eines entsprechenden Schlüssels (2) umfasst, wobei sich zwischen dem Rotor (4) und dem Stator (3) entsprechende Aufnahmekanäle zum Verfahren von Codierelementen befinden, wobei die Kanäle sich zu dem im Wesentlichen länglichen Raum (6) hin öffnen, wobei der im Wesentlichen längliche Raum (6) mindestens einen vorstehenden Grat (7) umfasst, der im Wesentlichen quer zu dem Raum (6) angeordnet ist und die beiden äußeren Seitenteile des Raums (6) trennt, wobei sich in mindestens einem Abschnitt des Stators (3) und des Rotors (4) mindestens ein sekundärer Kanal (8) zur verschiebbaren Aufnahme mindestens eines Stifts (9) befindet, dessen Spitze (10) in einen der beiden äußeren Seitenteile des Raums (6) hineinragt und dessen Basisende mit der Trennungsfläche zwischen Stator (3) und Rotor (4) ausgerichtet ist, wobei der mindestens eine Stift (9) sich während des Einführens des Schlüssels (2) in den Raum (6) innerhalb des mindestens einen sekundären Kanals (8) zu dem Stator (3) hin bewegt und die Spitze (10) des Stifts (9), wenn der Schlüssel (2) vollständig in den Raum (6) eingeführt ist, in einer entsprechenden Vertiefung (11) des Schlüssels (2) untergebracht ist, mit daraus folgender Ausrichtung seines Basisendes mit der Trennungsfläche zwischen Stator (3) und Rotor (4), wobei der im Wesentlichen längliche Raum (6) mindestens ein Paar von Graten (7) umfasst, die aus einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Raums (6) herausragen, wobei die Grate (7) einander zugewandt sind und nahe beeinander liegen und mindestens einen krummen intermediären Schlitz (12) zur Verbindung zwischen den beiden äußeren Seitenteilen des Raums (6) bestimmen und wobei mindestens einer der vorstehenden Grate (7) im Wesentlichen mit dem mindestens einen sekundären Kanal (8) ausgerichtet ist, wobei die Spitze (10) des Stifts (9) in der Konfiguration vollständigen Hineinragens in den im Wesentlichen länglichen Raum (6), und somit in Abwesenheit des Schlüssels (2), zumindest teilweise dem Grat (7) zugewandt ist und an ihn angrenzt, wobei der Grat (7) den seitlichen Zugang eines Geräts zu der Spitze (10) durch den Raum (6) behindert,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Rotor (4) mindestens eine Längsnut (16) umfasst, die sich zu dem im Wesentlichen länglichen Raum (6) hin öffnet, wobei die mindestens eine Nut eine Nase (17) zum Halten eines entsprechenden vorstehenden Grats (7) enthält, wobei die Nase (17) als lösbare Komponente ausgeführt ist.
  2. Der Schließzylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spitze (10) des Stifts (9) einen spitz zulaufenden Stab (13) umfasst, dessen Verbindungsbereich mit der Spitze (10) im Wesentlichen mit dem Grat (7) ausgerichtet ist, wenn der Stift sich in der Konfiguration vollständigen Hineinragens in den im Wesentlichen länglichen Raum (6) befindet, und somit in Abwesenheit des Schlüssels (2).
  3. Der Schließzylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der sekundäre Kanal (8) den Stift (9), einen Gegenstift (14) und eine axial wirkende Feder (15) enthält, wobei die Feder (15) am Boden des Statorteils des Kanals (8) angeordnet ist, wobei der Gegenstift (14) auf der Feder (15) aufliegt und der Stift (9) auf dem Gegenstift (14) aufliegt.
  4. Der Schließzylinder gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorstehende Grat (7) aus Material mit großer Härte besteht, vom Typ Stahl, gehärteter Stahl, Einsatzstahl, rostfreier Stahl, martensitischer Stahl, austenitischer Stahl, ferritischer Stahl, legierter Stahl und dergleichen.
  5. Der Schließzylinder gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegenstift (14) zwei Endköpfe (18) hat, die einen Durchmesser haben, der kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser des Kanals (8) und an ihn angrenzt, und einen zentralen Teil (19), der einen kleineren Durchmesser hat.
  6. Ein Schlüssel in Kombination mit einem Schließzylinder gemäß den obigen Ansprüchen 1-5, wobei der Schlüssel von der Art ist, die Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Handgriff (20), von dem sich ein lang gestreckter Körper (21) erstreckt, der an seiner Außenseite mit Codierhohlräumen und -vorsprüngen (22) versehen ist,
    - eine schräge Vorderfläche (23), die dazu bestimmt ist, wenn der lang gestreckte Körper (21) in den im Wesentlichen länglichen Raum (6) des Schließzylinders (1) eingeführt wird, an den mindestens einen Stift (9) anzustoßen, um den Stift (9) zu bewegen,
    - mindestens eine Vertiefung (11) zum Aufnehmen einer entsprechenden Spitze (10) des Stifts (9), wenn der lang gestreckte Körper (21) sich in der Konfiguration vollständigen Einführens des lang gestreckten Körpers (21) in den im Wesentlichen länglichen Raum (6) befindet,
    - mindestens eine Längsnut (24), angeordnet entlang dem lang gestreckten Körper (21) zum Aufnehmen des vorstehenden Grats (7), der im Wesentlichen quer zu dem Raum (6) angeordnet ist, wenn sich der lang gestreckte Körper (21) in der Konfiguration vollständigen Einführens des lang gestreckten Körpers (21) in den im Wesentlichen länglichen Raum (6) befindet.
  7. Der Schlüssel und Schließzylinder gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (11) eine Durchgangsbohrung ist, versehen mit einer Umfangs-Erweiterung mit einer Form und mit Maßen, die im Wesentlichen komplementär zu denjenigen der Spitze (10) des Stifts (9) sind.
  8. Der Schlüssel und Schließzylinder gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsnuten (24) mindestens zwei an der Zahl sind, im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander und an einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des lang gestreckten Körpers (21) angebracht sind, wobei jede Nut (24) einen entsprechenden vorstehenden Grat (7) des Raums (6) aufnimmt, wobei ein zentraler Grat (25) zwischen den Längsnuten (24) bestimmt ist und die zwei Seitenkanten (26) des lang gestreckten Körpers (21) verbindet.
