  • the presence of the tortuous slot 12 is such that it prevents access to the end 10 of the pin 9 with a lockpick A, since it will not be possible to laterally locate the end of the lockpick A on the end 10 of the pin 9 for the purpose of lowering it by exerting a sufficient force: the only possibility remaining for the person trying to tamper with the lock 1 is to act on the pin 9 frontally with the lockpick A, but with this approach it will not be possible to act effectively and with the necessary force by way of the lockpick A on all the pins present in the cylinder lock 1 since at least one pin 9 will have a length that is such as to jam any movement of the rotor 4 with respect to the stator 3 if it is made to perform a translational motion by way of the lockpick A (as illustrated in Figure 5 ), thus defeating the attempt at tampering.
  • the key 2 for a cylinder lock 1 according to the invention is difficult to clone, in that the two grooves 24 define shaped regions and undercuts with respect to the encoding 22 which imply the use of special machines for its production. Such shaped regions and undercuts greatly impede the cloning of the key 2 by way of simply making a cast (a cast that will not record all the geometrical features of the profile of the key 2).
  • the cylinder lock 1 and the related key 2 can be produced at low cost, being easily and practically implemented (on an industrial scale) and safe in use.

Claims (8)

  1. Serrure à cylindre du type comportant un stator fixe (3) et un rotor (4), lequel est logé dans une cavité respective (5) dudit stator (3) et peut tourner par rapport audit stator (3), ledit rotor (4) comprenant un espace sensiblement longitudinal (6) destiné à contenir d'une manière opérationnelle une clef respective (2), entre ledit rotor (4) et ledit stator (3) étant présents des canaux de réception pour les mouvements d'éléments de codage, lesdits canaux débouchant sur ledit espace sensiblement longitudinal (6), ledit espace sensiblement longitudinal (6) comprenant au moins une arête saillante (7) qui est disposée sensiblement transversalement par rapport audit espace (6) et divise les deux parties latérales distales dudit espace (6), dans au moins une partie dudit stator (3) et dudit rotor (4) étant présent au moins un conduit secondaire (8) servant à recevoir d'une manière coulissante au moins un piston (9) dont le bout terminal (10) fait saillie dans l'une des deux parties latérales distales dudit espace (6) et dont l'extrémité basale est alignée avec la surface de discontinuité entre le stator (3) et le rotor (4), ledit au moins un piston (9) se déplaçant, pendant l'insertion de ladite clef (2) dans l'espace (6), à l'intérieur dudit au moins un conduit secondaire (8) vers ledit stator (3), et le bout terminal (10) dudit piston (9) étant reçu, quand ladite clef (2) est complètement introduite dans l'espace (6), dans un évidement respectif (11) de ladite clef (2) avec de ce fait un alignement de son extrémité basale avec la surface de discontinuité entre le stator (3) et le rotor (4), ledit espace sensiblement longitudinal (6) comprenant au moins une paire d'arêtes (7) qui font saillie depuis des faces mutuellement opposées dudit espace (6), lesdites arêtes (7) étant mutuellement en regard et mutuellement proches et définissant au moins une rainure intermédiaire sinueuse (12) pour la liaison entre les deux parties latérales distales dudit espace (6) et au moins une dite arête saillante (7) étant sensiblement alignée avec ledit au moins un conduit secondaire (8), ledit piston (9) dans la configuration de saillie totale dans ledit espace sensiblement longitudinal (6), et donc en l'absence de ladite clef (2), ayant son bout terminal (10) au moins partiellement en regard et près de ladite arête (7), ladite arête (7) empêchant qu'un ustensile n'accède de côté, à travers ledit espace (6), audit bout terminal (10),
    caractérisée en ce que ledit rotor (4) comprend au moins une gorge longitudinale (16) qui débouche sur ledit espace sensiblement longitudinal (6), ladite au moins une gorge recevant une languette (17) destinée à retenir une arête saillante respective (7), ladite languette (17) constituant une pièce amovible.
  2. Serrure à cylindre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bout terminal (10) dudit piston (9) comprend une tige conique (13) dont la surface de liaison avec ledit bout terminal (10) est sensiblement alignée avec ladite arête (7) quand ledit piston est dans la configuration de saillie totale dans ledit espace sensiblement longitudinal (6), et donc en l'absence de ladite clef (2).
  3. Serrure à cylindre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit conduit secondaire (8) contient ledit piston (9), un contre-piston (14) et un ressort a action axiale (15), ledit ressort (15) étant disposé au fond de la partie stator dudit canal (8), ledit contre-piston (14) reposant sur ledit ressort (15) et ledit piston (9) reposant sur ledit contre-piston (14).
  4. Serrure à cylindre selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite arête saillante (7) est en matière d'une grande dureté, du type de l'acier, l'acier revenu, l'acier cémenté, l'acier inoxydable, l'acier martensitique, l'acier austénitique, l'acier ferritique, l'acier allié et autres.
  5. Serrure à cylindre selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit contre-piston (14) a deux têtes terminales (18), qui ont un diamètre plus petit que et proche du diamètre intérieur du canal (8), et une partie centrale (19) d'un diamètre plus petit.
  6. Clef combinée à une serrure à cylindre selon les revendications précédentes 1 à 5, ladite clef étant du type comportant :
    - une tête de tenue (20) depuis laquelle s'étend un corps allongé (21) muni de creux et de saillies de codage (22) sur sa surface extérieure,
    - un plan avant incliné (23) destiné à buter, au moment de l'insertion dudit corps allongé (21) dans ledit espace sensiblement longitudinal (6) de ladite serrure (1), sur ledit au moins un piston (9) afin de faire bouger ledit piston (9),
    - au moins un évidement (11) destiné à recevoir un bout terminal respectif (10) dudit piston (9) quand ledit corps allongé (21) est dans la configuration d'insertion complète dudit corps allongé (21) dans ledit espace sensiblement longitudinal (6),
    - au moins une gorge longitudinale (24) ménagée le long dudit corps allongé (21) pour recevoir ladite arête saillante (7) disposée sensiblement transversalement par rapport audit espace (6) quand ledit corps allongé (21) est dans la configuration d'insertion complète dudit corps allongé (21) dans ledit espace sensiblement longitudinal (6).
  7. Clef et serrure selon la revendication 6, caractérisées en ce que ledit évidement (11) est un trou traversant pourvu d'un évasement périphérique d'une forme et de dimensions sensiblement complémentaires de celles dudit bout terminal (10) dudit piston (9).
  8. Clef et serrure selon la revendication 6, caractérisées en ce que lesdites gorges longitudinales (24) sont au moins au nombre de deux, sont disposées sensiblement parallèlement mutuellement et sont disposées sur des côtés mutuellement opposés dudit corps allongé (21), chaque gorge (24) recevant une arête saillante respective (7) dudit espace (6), une arête centrale (25) étant délimitée entre lesdites gorges longitudinales (24) et reliant les deux bords latéraux (26) dudit corps allongé (21).
