Claims (13)

  1. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter, der eine Basis, zwei Paare von Pfosten (31a, 31b, 32a, 32b) und einen oberen Rahmen (41a, 41b, 42a, 42b, 43a, 43b, 44) umfasst, wobei die Pfosten an der Basis angelenkt sind, um sich um eine Rotationsachse drehen zu können, die zu einem der Seitenränder (22a, 22b) der Basis parallel ist, und zwar zwischen einer aufgerichteten Stellung, in der sie zur Basis senkrecht sind und einer zusammengeklappten Stellung, in der sie in Richtung der Basis heruntergeklappt sind, wobei der obere Rahmen mit Führungsschienen (41a, 41b) versehen ist, die senkrecht zur Rotationsachse der Pfosten sind, und wobei jeder Pfosten (31a, 31b, 32a, 32b) mit einer Rolle (37, 38) versehen ist, die in einer der Führungsschienen gleiten kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der obere Rahmen ein erstes Paar von Führungsschienen (41a, 41b), die zueinander parallel und senkrecht zur Rotationsachse der Pfosten sind, und ein zweites Paar von Führungsschienen (43a, 43b), die zueinander parallel und senkrecht zur Rotationsachse der Pfosten sind, umfasst, wobei jede Führungsschiene (43a, 43b) des zweiten Paares an einer der Führungsschienen (41a, 41b) des ersten Paares angelenkt ist, um sich relativ zu dieser drehen zu können und um zwei Sätze von jeweils zwei Führungsschienen (41a, 43a; 41b, 43b) zu bilden, wobei die Rollen (37) des ersten Paares von Pfosten (31a, 31b) in den Führungsschienen (43a, 43b) des zweiten Paares von Führungsschienen gleiten und die Rollen (38) des zweiten Paares von Pfosten (32a, 32b) in den Führungsschienen (41a, 41b) des ersten Paares von Führungsschienen gleiten.
  2. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jedem Satz von Führungsschienen die zweite Führungsschiene (43a, 43b) mit der ersten Führungsschiene (41a, 41b) mittels einer Befestigungslasche (45a, 45b) gelenkig verbunden ist, so dass sich die beiden Führungsschienen in der gleichen Ebene senkrecht zur Drehachse der Pfosten befinden, wobei die zweite Führungsschiene (43a, 43b) zwischen der ersten Führungsschiene (41a, 41b) und der Basis angeordnet ist.
  3. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jedem Satz von Führungsschienen die erste Führungsschiene (41a, 41b) und die zweite Führungsschiene (43a, 43b) mittels eines zur Drehachse der Pfosten parallelen Drehgelenks (44) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Führungsschienen (41a, 41b) des ersten Schienenpaares zwischen den Führungsschienen (43a, 43b) des zweiten Schienenpaares so angeordnet sind, dass in der ausgeklappten Stellung des Behälters die vier Führungsschienen (41a, 41b, 43a, 43b) im wesentlichen in der gleichen Ebene parallel zur Basis liegen, wobei Anschläge (47a, 47b) an den Führungsschienen (41a, 41b) des ersten Paares und/oder an den Führungsschienen (43a, 43b) des zweiten Paares vorzugsweise vorgesehen sind, um zu verhindern, dass die Führungsschienen (43a, 43b) des zweiten Paares über die Führungsschienen (41a, 41b) des ersten Paares hinaus sich von der Basis entfernen.
  4. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pfosten (31a, 31b) des ersten Paares an den zwei Enden einer Querstange (33) befestigt sind und dabei ein erstes U-Element bilden und die Pfosten (32a, 32b) des zweiten Paares an den zwei Enden einer zweiten Querstange (34) befestigt sind und dabei ein zweites U-Element bilden, wobei die Querstangen senkrecht zu den Pfosten sind, an denen sie befestigt sind und als Rotationsachse für die daran befestigten Pfosten dienen.
  5. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschienen (41a, 41b) des ersten Paares an den zwei Enden wenigstens einer Verbindungsstange (42a, 42b, 42c), vorzugsweise wenigstens zwei oder drei Verbindungsstangen, befestigt sind, und/oder dass die Führungsschienen (43a, 43b) des zweiten Paares an den zwei Enden wenigstens einer Verbindungsstange (44) befestigt sind.
  6. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter nach Anspruch 5 zusammen mit Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschienen (43a, 43b) des zweiten Paars durch eine einzige Verbindungsstange (44) miteinander verbunden sind, die als Drehgelenk für die Drehung der Führungsschienen (43a, 43b) des zweiten Paars relativ zu den Führungsschienen (41a, 41b) des ersten Paars dient.
  7. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verriegelungsmittel vorgesehen sind, um die Pfosten in der aufgerichteten Stellung zu verriegeln.
  8. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter nach Anspruch 7 zusammen mit Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes U-Element mit einer Verriegelungsstange (35, 36), die zur als Rotationsachse des U-Elementes dienenden Querstange (33, 34) parallel ist, versehen ist, wobei die Enden jeder Verriegelungsstange in Längsöffnungen (311a, 311b, 321a, 321b) gleiten können, die in den jeweiligen Pfosten eingebracht sind, wobei jede Verriegelungsstange zwischen einer niedrigen Verriegelungsstellung und einer hohen Entriegelungsstellung verlagert werden kann und mit wenigstens einer Verriegelungsplatte (275) zusammenwirkt, die an der Basis befestigt und mit einer Schulter versehen ist, hinter der sich die Verriegelungsstange (35, 36) abstützen kann, wenn die Pfosten des jeweiligen U-Elements aufgerichtet sind und sich die Verriegelungsstange in der Verriegelungsstellung befindet.
  9. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis einen starren rechteckigen Rahmen (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b) umfasst, an dem an den vier Ecken und zur Basis senkrechte Stützen (23a, 23b, 24a, 24b) befestigt sind.
  10. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verkleidungen (27, 28) an den Seitenflächen der Basis befestigt sind, wobei jeweils zwei Lagerungen (273, 283) auf der Verkleidungsfläche vorgesehen, die ins Innere weist, um die Rotationsachsen (33, 34) der Pfosten drehend zu lagern.
  11. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Pfosten (31a, 31b, 32a, 32b) größer als die oder gleich der Hälfte der Länge des Längsrandes (21a, 21b) des Rahmens sind, der die Basis bildet.
  12. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Führungsschienen (41a, 41b) des ersten Paares kleiner als die oder gleich der Länge des Längsrandes (21a, 21b) des Rahmens ist, der die Basis bildet, und größer als die oder gleich der orthogonale(n) Projektion auf den Rahmen des Abstands ist, der die Rollen (37, 38) trennt, die in den Führungsschienen (41a, 43a, 41b, 43b) eines gleichen Satzes gleiten, und/oder die Länge der Führungsschienen (43a, 43b) des zweiten Paares kleiner als die oder gleich der Länge des Längsrandes (21a, 21b) des Rahmens ist, der die Basis bildet, und größer als die oder gleich der Länge der Pfosten (31a, 31b) ist, deren Rollen (37) in den Führungsschienen (43a, 43b) gleiten.
  13. Zusammenklappbarer Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 à 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite der Basis mit Zentrierungselementen (25) versehen ist und dass die oberen Teile der Pfosten (31a, 31b, 32a, 32b) mit Zentrierungsaussparungen ausgestattet sind, um das Stapeln von mehreren Behältern zu erleichtern.
