Claims (14)

  1. Einrichtung (6) zum Verarbeiten der Fleischseite (20) eines röhrenförmigen Pelzes, wie z. B. eines Nerzpelzes, wobei die Einrichtung Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Dorn (7) mit einer Längsrichtung und einem polygonalen Querschnitt, wobei der Dorn bevorzugt eine sich verjüngende Form mit einem ersten dünnen Ende (8) aufweist, das dünner ist als ein gegenüberliegendes dickes zweites Ende (9), und wobei auf dem Dorn der röhrenförmige Pelz angebracht oder von dem dünnen Ende des Dorns gezogen werden kann, wobei die Fellseite des Pelzes nach innen zur Oberfläche des Dorns und die Fleischseite des Pelzes nach außen weist,
    - mindestens eine primäre Abstreifwalze (21; 22; 23; 24; 25) mit einer Drehachse, die an jeder Seitenfläche des Dorns angeordnet ist und mittels eines Motors (30) um ihre Drehachse drehbar ist, wobei jede der Abstreifwalzen so konfiguriert ist, dass sie während des Betriebs der Einrichtung mit dem fleischseitigen Abschnitt des Pelzes an der jeweiligen Seitenfläche des Dorns, an der sie angeordnet ist, in Eingriff gebracht werden kann und diesen abstreift, wobei jede Abstreifwalze zwei voneinander beabstandete Endflächen und eine Rollenoberfläche aufweist, die sich zwischen den Endflächen erstreckt und eine Anzahl von Abstreifzähnen aufweist, die entlang des Umfangs der Walzenoberfläche voneinander beabstandet sind, und
    - einen Antrieb für eine lineare Bewegung des Dorns in Bezug auf die Abstreifwalzen in Längsrichtung des Dorns,
    wobei der Dorn (7) einen Querschnitt in Form eines konvexen, insbesondere im Wesentlichen symmetrischen Fünfecks aufweist, das um eine gerade Linie zwischen dem Mittelpunkt einer ersten Seite und dem gegenüberliegenden Scheitelpunkt symmetrisch ist,
    wobei die erste Seite des fünfeckigen Querschnitts des Dorns eine erste Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns definiert, wobei die erste primäre Abstreifwalze (21) an der Seitenfläche angeordnet ist, wobei der fünfeckige Querschnitt weiter eine zweite und eine dritte, zueinander divergierende Seite umfasst, die sich von gegenüberliegenden Enden der ersten Seite erstrecken und jeweils eine zweite und eine dritte Seitenfläche (12; 13) des Dorns (7) definieren, und eine vierte und eine fünfte Seite, die sich konvergent von den jeweiligen Enden der zweiten und dritten Seite des Fünfecks erstrecken, um sich im Scheitelpunkt (26) gegenüber der ersten Seite des Fünfecks zu treffen und jeweils die vierte und fünfte Seitenfläche (14; 15) des Dorns (7) zu definieren, wobei die zweite und die dritte primäre Abstreifwalze (22; 23) jeweils an der zweiten und der dritten Seitenfläche angeordnet sind und die vierte und die fünfte Hauptabstreifrolle (24; 25) jeweils an der vierten und der fünften Seitenfläche angeordnet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dorn (7) ein unregelmäßiges symmetrisches Fünfeck ist, wobei die erste Seite bevorzugt länger ist als die vierte und die fünfte Seite des Fünfecks, wie z. B. 3 bis 30 %, alternativ 5 bis 20 % länger, und die zweite und die dritte Seite bevorzugt ebenfalls länger sind als die vierte und die fünfte Seite des Fünfecks, wie z. B. 3 bis 30 %, alternativ 5 bis 20 % länger.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine zusätzliche erste Abstreifwalze (31) an der ersten, bevorzugt oberen Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns (7) angeordnet ist und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie während des Betriebs der Einrichtung mit dem fleischseitigen Abschnitt des Pelzes, der über der oberen Seitenfläche des Dorns liegt, in Eingriff gebracht werden kann und diesen abstreift.
  3. Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine zusätzliche zweite und dritte Abstreifwalze (32; 33) jeweils an der zweiten und dritten, bevorzugt nach unten divergierenden Seitenfläche (12; 13) des Dorns angeordnet ist und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie, während des Betriebs, mit dem fleischseitigen Abschnitt des Pelzes, der über den jeweiligen Seitenflächen des Dorns liegt, in Eingriff gebracht werden kann und diesen abstreift.
  4. Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine zusätzliche vierte und fünfte Abstreifwalze (34; 35) jeweils an der vierten und fünften, bevorzugt nach unten divergierenden Seitenfläche (14; 15) des Dorns (7) angeordnet ist und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie, während des Betriebs, mit dem fleischseitigen Abschnitt des Pelzes, der über den jeweiligen Seitenflächen des Dorns liegt, in Eingriff gebracht werden kann und diesen abstreift.
  5. Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die primären Abstreifwalzen (21; 22; 23; 24; 25) so angeordnet sind, dass sie sich während des Eingriffs mit und beim Abstreifen der Fleischseite des Pelzes in der Richtung vom dünnen Ende (8) zum dicken Ende (9) des Dorns (7) drehen, d.h. in der entgegengesetzten Richtung der Längsvorwärtsrichtung (F) des Dorns (7) während des Abstreifens des Pelzes, und die zusätzlichen Abstreifwalzen (31; 32; 33; 24; 35) so angeordnet sind, dass sie sich während des Eingriffs mit und beim Abstreifen der Fleischseite des Pelzes in der Richtung vom dünnen Ende (8) zum dicken Ende (9) des Dorns (7) drehen, d.h. in der entgegengesetzten Richtung der Längsvorwärtsrichtung (F) des Dorns während des Abstreifens des Pelzes.
  6. Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die primäre Abstreifwalze (21) und optional eine zusätzliche Abstreifwalze (31) an der ersten Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns (7) eine Abstreifwalze mit V-förmigen Zähnen ist, wobei der Scheitelpunkt der V-förmigen Zähne bevorzugt entgegen der Drehrichtung der Abstreifwalze(n) weist.
  7. Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die primäre Abstreifwalze (22; 23) an der zweiten und dritten Seitenfläche (12; 13) des Dorns (7) auf jeder dieser Flächen eine Spiralwalze ist, die den Pelz in der gleichen Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung des Dorns zieht/zwingt, wobei die Richtung bevorzugt von der ersten Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns weg, d. h. von der ersten Seitenfläche nach unten, verläuft.
  8. Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Einrichtung eine zusätzliche Abstreifwalze (32; 33) an der zweiten und dritten Seitenfläche (12; 13) umfasst, wobei die zusätzliche Abstreifwalze (32; 33) auf jeder der Flächen eine Spiralwalze ist, die den Pelz vorzugsweise in die entgegengesetzte Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung des Dorns zieht/zwingt als die primären Spiralwalzen auf jeder der Seitenflächen, wobei die Richtung bevorzugt in Richtung der ersten Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns, d. h. nach oben zur ersten Seitenfläche verläuft.
  9. Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die primäre Abstreifwalze (24; 25) an der vierten und fünften Seitenfläche (14; 15) auf jeder dieser Flächen eine Spiralwalze ist, wobei die primäre Abstreifwalze (25) auf der fünften Seitenfläche (15) eine Spiralwalze ist, die den Pelz in eine Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung des Dorns zieht/zwingt, wobei die Richtung bevorzugt in Richtung der ersten Seitenfläche des Dorns verläuft, und die primäre Abstreifwalze (24) an der vierten Seitenfläche (14) des Dorns eine Spiralwalze Walze ist, die den Pelz in einer Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung des Dorns zieht/zwingt, wobei diese Richtung auf die erste Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns zu oder von ihr weg verläuft, d. h. nach oben zur ersten oberen Seitenfläche (11) hin oder nach unten von dieser weg.
  10. Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Einrichtung eine zusätzliche Abstreifwalze (34; 35) an der vierten und fünften Seitenfläche (14; 15) umfasst, wobei die zusätzliche Abstreifwalze (34; 35) auf jeder der Flächen eine Spiralwalze ist, wobei die zusätzliche Abstreifwalze (34) an der vierten Seitenfläche (14) den Pelz in eine Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung des Dorns zieht/zwingt, bevorzugt in eine Richtung entgegengesetzt zu derjenigen der primären Abstreifwalze (24) an der vierten Seitenfläche (14), und die zusätzliche Abstreifwalze (35) an der fünften Seitenfläche (15), die den Pelz in einer Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung des Dorns zieht/zwingt, wobei die Richtung in der entgegengesetzten oder gleichen Richtung wie die primäre Abstreifwalze (25) an der fünften Seitenfläche (15) liegt.
  11. Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Abstreifwalzen in einem Abstreifwalzengehäuse (18) angeordnet sind, das in Vorwärtsbewegungsrichtung F des Dorns in das Gehäuse gesehen folgende aufeinanderfolgende Bereiche umfasst:
    - einen ersten Bereich, der die zweite primäre Abstreifwalze (22) an der zweiten Seitenfläche (12) des Dorns und die dritte primäre Abstreifwalze (23) an der dritten Seitenfläche des Dorns umfasst, wobei sowohl die erste als auch die zweite primäre Abstreifwalze eine Spiralwalze ist, die den Pelz in einer Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung des Dorns zieht/zwingt, wobei die Richtung zur ersten oder oberen Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns verläuft, und
    - einen zweiten Bereich, der eine erste primäre Abstreifwalze (21), die eine V-Walze ist und an der ersten oder oberen Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns angeordnet ist, und eine zusätzliche primäre Abstreifwalze wie eine vierte primäre Abstreifwalze (24) umfasst, die an der vierten Seitenfläche (14) angeordnet ist und eine Spiralwalze ist, die den Pelz in einer Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung des Dorns zieht/zwingt, wobei die Richtung zur ersten oder oberen Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns hin oder von ihr weg verläuft.
  12. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, umfassend einen dritten Bereich, der auf den zweiten Bereich folgend angeordnet ist und eine fünfte primäre Abstreifwalze (25), die an der fünften Seitenfläche (15) des Dorns angeordnet ist, und eine zusätzliche Abstreifwalze wie eine zweite zusätzliche Abstreifwalze (32) umfasst, die an der zweiten Seitenfläche (12) angeordnet ist, wobei die fünfte primäre Abstreifwalze und die zweite zusätzliche Abstreifwalze eine Spiralwalze sind, die den Pelz in eine Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung des Dorns zieht/zwingt, wobei die Richtung zur ersten oder oberen Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns verläuft.
  13. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12, umfassend einen vierten Bereich, der dem dritten Bereich folgend angeordnet ist und eine dritte zusätzliche Abstreifwalze (33), die an der dritten Seitenfläche (13) angeordnet ist, und eine zusätzliche Abstreifwalze wie eine vierte zusätzliche Abstreifwalze (34), die an der vierten Seitenfläche (14) des Dorns angeordnet ist, umfasst, wobei sowohl die dritte als auch die vierte zusätzliche Abstreifwalze eine Spiralwalze ist, die den Pelz in einer Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung des Dorns zieht/zwingt, wobei die Richtung der dritten zusätzlichen Abstreifwalze (33) nach oben zur ersten oder oberen Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns verläuft und die Richtung der vierten zusätzlichen Abstreifwalze (34) nach oben zur ersten oder oberen Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns oder nach unten von dieser weg verläuft und bevorzugt entgegengesetzt zu derjenigen der vierten primären Abstreifwalze (24) an der vierten Seitenfläche (14) des Dorns, wie nach oben zur ersten oder oberen Seitenfläche (11) des Dorns.
  14. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, umfassend einen fünften Bereich, der dem vierten Bereich folgend angeordnet ist und eine erste zusätzliche Abstreifwalze (31), die eine V-Walze ist, und eine zusätzliche Abstreifwalze wie eine fünfte zusätzliche Abstreifwalze (35) umfasst, die eine Spiralwalze ist, die den Pelz in einer Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung des Dorns zieht/zwingt, wobei die Richtung der fünften zusätzlichen Abstreifwalze (35) nach oben zur ersten oder oberen Seitenoberfläche (11) des Dorns oder nach unten von dieser weg verläuft.
