Claims (10)
- Pompe centrifuge, en particulier un circulateur motorisé pour eaux chargées ou usées, avec un rotor (3), dont la face frontale orientée vers l'ouverture d'aspiration de la pompe forme une ouverture et la face frontale du rotor orientée dans la direction opposée à l'ouverture d'aspiration de la pompe est recouverte d'un disque porteur (8), sur lequel sont fixées, plus particulièrement formées, des pales incurvées (4), sachant que dans l'espace intérieur du rotor (3) s'avance un insert de coupe (13) coaxialement par rapport à l'axe du rotor présentant au moins un tranchant (21), lequel forme avec au moins un contre-tranchant (22) du rotor (3) un dispositif de coupe, caractérisée en ce que l'insert de coupe (13) rempli l'ouverture (10) du rotor (3) orientée dans la direction opposée au moteur avec une partie annulaire cylindrique (15) formant l'ouverture d'aspiration de la pompe, et le rotor (3) avec une partie annulaire cylindrique (10) externe entoure en tant que palier la partie annulaire cylindrique (15) de l'insert de coupe (13).
- Pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'insert de coupe (13) sort de l'ouverture (10) du rotor (3) et est fixé de façon solidaire en rotation avec sa partie annulaire (15) sortante au carter de pompe (1).
- Pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le disque porteur (8) forme un palier-pivot pour l'insert de coupe (13).
- Pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'insert de coupe (13) présente entre deux et quatre, plus particulièrement trois pales de coupe (18) incurvées et disposées à l'intérieur du rotor, avec chacun un tranchant (21).
- Pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le rotor (3) présente de un à trois, plus particulièrement deux contre-tranchants (22).
- Pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les contre-tranchants (22) du rotor (3) sont formés par les bords d'extrémité intérieures des pales du rotor (4).
- Pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les pales (4) du rotor (3) sont incurvées de telle façon en direction de l'intérieur du rotor que les génératrices de la surface intérieure du rotor sont formées de plusieurs droites parallèles à l'axe de rotation du rotor (3).
- Pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le contre-tranchant (22) de chaque pale (4) est, en tant qu'extrémité intérieure de la pale du rotor (4) parallèle à l'axe de rotation du rotor.
- Pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture d'aspiration (16) de l'insert de coupe (13) forme un cône croissant en direction de l'admission de la pompe.
- Pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que dans la zone des pales (4), le rotor (3) présente des parties de paroi (5) partiellement cylindriques à l'intérieur desquelles l'insert de coupe (13) repose sur des surfaces extérieures partiellement cylindriques (25), sachant que le rayon interne (D) de la partie de paroi du rotor (5) est égal ou légèrement supérieur au rayon externe des surfaces extérieures de la pale de coupe.
