Claims (18)
- Einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2"), die dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen einer Matratze und einer Tragstruktur (10) angeordnet zu werden, umfassend:einen Einsatz (3), der eine Auflageebene (A) der Matratze definiert,einen Befestigungspunkt an der Tragstruktur (10) undeinen elastischen Abschnitt (6), der elastischer als der Einsatz (3) in einer Richtung senkrecht zu der Auflageebene (A) ist, der zwischen dem Einsatz (3) und dem Befestigungspunkt in der Richtung senkrecht zu der Auflageebene (A) angeordnet ist, um die Druckbeanspruchung zu absorbieren, und mindestens ein abgewinkeltes Element (9) aufweist, das einen ersten Arm (9a) und einen zweiten Arm (9b), ein erstes elastisches Scharnier (9c) auf einem ersten Ende des ersten Arms (9a) und ein zweites elastisches Scharnier (9d) aufweist, das ein zweites Ende des ersten Arms (9a) mit dem zweiten Arm (9b) verbindet und einen Bogen derart bildet, dass der erste Arm (9a) einen Winkel (α) aufweist, der in Bezug auf die Auflageebene (A) größer ist als der Winkel (β) des zweiten Arms (9b) in Bezug auf die Auflageebene (A),wobei die einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") derart ausgebildet ist, dass jede Achse (Z1, Z2), die senkrecht zur Auflageebene (A) ist, die die einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") durchquert, die einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") auf einem einzigen Schnittsegment (S1, S2) schneidet, und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das zweite elastische Scharnier (9d) flexibler als das erste elastische Scharnier (9c) ist.
- Einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") gemäß dem ersten Anspruch, wobei der Einsatz (3) eine Öffnung (8) gegenüber des Befestigungspunktes und des elastischen Abschnitts (6) in der Richtung senkrecht zu der Auflageebene (A) aufweist.
- Einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei der erste Arm (9a) und der zweite Arm (9b) des abgewinkelten Elementes (9) in der gleichen Richtung gegenüber der Auflageebene (A) geneigt sind.
- Einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei der erste Arm (9a) und der zweite Arm (9b) des abgewinkelten Elementes (9) in entgegengesetzter Richtung zu der Auflageebene (A) geneigt sind.
- Einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der elastische Abschnitt (6) mindestens zwei abgewinkelte Elemente (9) aufweist, die symmetrisch zueinander nach einer Symmetrieebene, die senkrecht zu der Auflageebene (A) ist, angeordnet sind.
- Einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die aus thermoplastischem Material hergestellt ist.
- Einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die aus elastomerem Material hergestellt ist.
- Einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die aus thermoplastischem Copolyesterelastomer hergestellt ist.
- Einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Befestigungsöffnung (5) auf dem Befestigungspunkt angeordnet ist.
- Einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Einsatz (3) Belüftungsöffnungen (7) aufweist.
- Einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Einsatz (3) eine rechteckige Außenkontur aufweist.
- Einteiliges Modul (1, 1', 1"), umfassend mindestens eine einteilige Aufhängungsvorrichtung (2, 2', 2") gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11.
- Einteiliges Modul (1', 1") gemäß Anspruch 12, umfassend mehrere einteilige Vorrichtungen (2, 2', 2") gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, die in einer parallelen Richtung zu der Auflageebene (A) ausgerichtet sind und durch ihre jeweiligen Einsätze (3) verbunden sind.
- Einteiliges Modul (1', 1") gemäß Anspruch 13, wobei die einteiligen Vorrichtungen (2, 2', 2") identisch sind.
- Anordnung, umfassend eine Tragstruktur (10) und mindestens ein einteiliges Modul (1, 1', 1") gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, das auf der Tragstruktur (10) befestigt ist.
- Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 15, umfassend mehrere einteilige Module (1, 1', 1") gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, die auf einer gleichen Fläche eines gleichen Querträgers der Tragstruktur befestigt sind.
- Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 16, wobei die mehreren einteiligen Module (1, 1', 1") einteilige Module (1, 1', 1") von verschiedenen Größen aufweisen.
- Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, wobei die Tragstruktur (10) zwei Längsträger (11), die in Längsrichtung ausgerichtet sind, und mehrere Querträger (12) aufweist, die die zwei Längsträger (11) in Querrichtung verbinden.
