Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Erfassen (D), die dazu bestimmt ist, in einer Drahtloskommunikationsausrüstung (EC) einer Person, die sich in einem Fahrerposten (PC) eines Fahrzeugs (V) installieren kann, installiert zu sein, die ein Kommunikationsmodul (MCN) und ein Stromversorgungsnetz (RA) umfasst, mit dem die Kommunikationsausrüstung (EC) verbunden werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie i) Mittel zum Erfassen (MD) umfasst, die eingerichtet sind, um ein Trennen der Kommunikationsausrüstung (EC) von dem Kommunikationsmodul (MCN) und/oder dem Stromversorgungsnetz (RA) und einen Anfang des Verlassens der Person des Fahrerpostens (PC) zu erfassen, und ii) Steuermittel (MC), die eingerichtet sind, um eine Bewegungsinformation der Kommunikationsausrüstung (EC) zu liefern und das Erzeugen mindestens einer Warnmeldung durch die Kommunikationsausrüstung (EC) zu verursachen, wenn diese Letztere (EC) während einer vordefinierten Dauer im Anschluss an das Erfassen nicht bewegt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erfassungsmittel (MD) eingerichtet sind, um einen Anfang des Verlassens der Person des Fahrerpostens durch Erfassen eines Ereignisses zu erfassen, das aus einer Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die mindestens ein Entriegeln eines Sicherheitsgurts, der mit dem Fahrerposten (PC) verbunden ist, ein Öffnen einer Tür des Fahrzeugs (V), die Zugang zu dem Fahrerposten (PC) bietet, ein Verlassen der Person eines Sitzes des Fahrzeugs (V), auf dem sie auf dem Fahrerposten (PC) saß, ein Stoppen der Verteilung von Tönen, die aus einer Schallquelle des Fahrzeugs (V) hervorgehen, und ein Einschalten einer Innenbeleuchtung des Fahrzeugs (V) umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vordefinierte Dauer zwischen etwa 1 Sekunde und etwa 3 Sekunden liegt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel (MC) eingerichtet sind, um das Erzeugen durch die Kommunikationsausrüstung (EC) mindestens einer Warnmeldung zu verursachen, die aus einer Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die mindestens ein akustisches Signal, eine vorab aufgezeichnete Synthesenachricht, Schwingungen und eine visuelle Animation umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel (MC) eingerichtet sind, um das Erzeugen mindestens einer Warnmeldung eine vorbestimmte Anzahl Male und mit einer vordefinierten Periodizität wiederholt durch die Kommunikationsausrüstung (EC) zu verursachen.
  6. Drahtloskommunikationsausrüstung (EC) für eine Person, die sich in einem Fahrerposten (PC) eines Fahrzeugs (V) installieren kann, die ein Kommunikationsmodul (MCN) und ein Stromversorgungsnetz (RA) umfasst, mit dem die Kommunikationsausrüstung (EC) verbunden werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Erfassungsvorrichtung (D) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
  7. Ausrüstung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einer Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die mindestens ein Mobiltelefon, einen tragbaren Computer und einen elektronischen Tablet-Computer umfasst.
