Description

The invention relates to the field of dry construction. In particular, it relates to a wall construction with a light passage area and a wall area. It also relates to a method for producing such a wall structure.

Wall constructions with a substructure and planking are also known as so-called drywall. It is possible to embed windows with a frame in a drywall. The windows, for light and / or to see through, however, have to be laboriously built into a frame by a specialist such as a window fitter in the drywall. It is therefore necessary that several specialists have to work together in close consultation. For example, the paneling can only be attached after the window frame and / or the window has been inserted, but the substructure must be completed before it is inserted.

DE 195 07 277 A1 discloses a wall construction according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for producing a wall construction according to the preamble of claim 9.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a wall structure and a method for producing a wall structure create, which eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and are thus produced or built in a simple manner.

This object is achieved, for example, by a wall structure with a light passage area and a generally opaque wall area delimiting the light passage area, the wall structure having a substructure with a paneling and a composite pane. The composite pane has at least two outer panes, at least one spacer which connects the outer panes to one another, and a holding portion. The composite panes, preferably the outer panes, is / are arranged essentially flush with the paneling of the substructure. The composite pane is used in the sub-structure in the light passage area of the wall structure. The holding part of the pane composite protrudes into the light blocking area / wall area and can be fixed in the wall area.

The light passage area is the area of the wall construction in which the composite pane is located. The pane composite is translucent, for example transparent or translucent, particularly in the area of the outer panes. The wall area of the wall construction is in the area of the cladding, it is covered by it and is opaque and generally opaque.

The essentially flush arrangement of the cladding and the pane composite can prevent the creation of a dirty edge. This means that the wall construction has no protruding or recessed parts. As a result, for example, the cleaning of rooms with at least one wall construction according to the invention is made easier in comparison to a wall with an inserted window frame with the resulting dirty edge.

Since the holding part of the composite pane protrudes into the wall area and can be fixed in the wall area, no additional frame is required for installing the composite pane into the wall construction. This makes it possible for the installation to be carried out, for example, by a craftsman who sets up the substructure (drywall builder) and it is not necessary that a specialist for window installation (window builder) has to use the pane composite.

The holding section protrudes into the interior of the wall area, for example, in such a way that it is covered from both sides of the wall by opaque elements - for example the planking and / or a sealing compound to be applied subsequently. It can be bow-like, plate-shaped or designed as a tongue.

A preassembled pane composite has at least two outer panes and at least one spacer which connects the outer panes to one another, the pane composite having at least one holding portion. The at least one holding section is arranged on at least one end face of the composite pane. The at least one holding section therefore protrudes on at least one end face, that is to say beyond the outer panes. The preassembled pane composite can be simply and neatly inserted into a light passage area of a wall construction described above and held in the wall area without a frame with the aid of the holding portion.

The pre-assembled pane composite can be assembled dust-free in the factory. This means that the spacer does not have to be connected to the outer panes on the mostly dirty construction site and a space between the outer panes remains clean, clear and transparent. In addition, the assembly of the composite panes can be simplified in this way, since several individual panes do not have to be attached to the wall structure. but the pre-assembled pane composite can be used as a unit (ensemble) in the wall construction.

The outer panes of the pane composite can be arranged essentially parallel to one another. The outer panes are designed, for example, as glass panes or acrylic glass panes or the like. Ceramic glasses or special curved glasses can also be used. Thermally or possibly chemically toughened glass panes can be particularly advantageous. As alternatives to glass panes based on silicon oxide, there are also transparent polymer-based supports (e.g. made of polycarbonates or poly-methyl-methacrylate (PMMA; acrylic glass)), partially crystalline "glasses" (ceramic glasses) or composite systems with glass panes and plastic supports.

The composite pane can have at least one fire protection pane, for example the outer panes can be designed as fire protection panes and / or, for example, have a composite fire protection pane. A composite fire protection pane has at least two transparent supports (panes), in particular glass panes, between which a fire protection layer is arranged. In the event of fire, the fire protection layer absorbs and / or reflects energy and / or has a cooling effect and thus protects the pane facing away from the fire from heating up and / or shattering.

The outer panes can also be used as other laminated glass with a fire protection glass pane, for example as insulating glass or as an attack-resistant fire protection pane, for example as in FIG DE 20 2012 012 285.1 be taught, trained. In the case of insulating glass, a cavity between at least two spaced panes is filled with air or with noble gas. The panes can be thermally pre-stressed glass panes. The outer panes do not necessarily have to be made of glass; they can also have a suitable plastic.

As a further alternative, the outer panes can be designed as toughened safety glass, optionally with a coating.

The term “outer pane” is not to be understood as being restricted to certain materials (specifically: glass in the narrower sense), but also expressly includes structures with transparent or translucent panes made from the aforementioned and other materials.

The composite pane is a surface element that has two essentially parallel large surfaces, which are also called flat sides. The circumferential surface areas of the laminated pane between the flat sides are called 'end faces "in the present text, sometimes the terms" edge "or" narrow side "of a fire protection glass or a laminated pane are used. The end face has a smaller area than the flat sides, and an extension of the end face perpendicular to the large surfaces corresponds to the thickness of the composite pane.

The term "above" and. In this text, "above" refer to the side facing a ceiling, the terms "below" and "below" referring to a side facing the floor. These terms therefore refer to the finished wall construction.

The paneling covers the substructure and, in contrast to the light passage area, is opaque and forms part of the wall area. The planking can consist of a plate-shaped material, in particular of plasterboard, gypsum fiber boards, mineral fiber boards, cement materials, wood boards and / or wood fiber boards. Such panels have proven useful for cladding drywall or drywall cladding.

The holding part of the pane composite protrudes out of the light passage area, that is into the wall area. The holding section can be arranged on an end face of the composite pane laterally / to the side of the outer panes. The holding portion can be arranged centrally along the end face of the composite pane on or shifted towards one of the outer panes.

The holding part is arranged between the two outer panes.This makes it possible to support the essentially flush arrangement of the pane composite with the planking, since the holding part is not arranged on the flat side of the outer panes and thus enables the pane composite to be fixed in the wall area and not on an outside of the substructure becomes.

The holding part can be arranged between the cladding on both sides of the wall construction. Such an arrangement makes it possible that the holding part can be fixed in the wall area between the cladding on both sides, whereby the stability of the wall construction and the fixing of the pane composite can be improved.

The holding part can be arranged and fastened on the spacer, wherein it can be configured in one piece with the spacer or can be fastened to the latter by a fastening means. This structure can improve the stability of the composite pane and / or the effectiveness and stability of the holding of the composite pane in the wall area.

Substructures with planking are standardly created in dry construction and can be used for the wall construction according to the invention, the substructure being made of wood or metal or another material, e.g. plastic, and being designed, for example, as a frame. The substructure can also be referred to as a stud wall or frame, they however, does not have to form a stand. The planking, for example in the form of a plasterboard, can be attached to the substructure by means of a fastening means such as a screw.

The wall construction can also have insulation between the paneling so that sound is not transmitted to the surrounding walls.

The wall construction can have at least one assembly aid, the assembly aid being attachable to the substructure and / or the planking, and the holding portion of the composite pane being held on the assembly aid in the wall area. In this way, it becomes possible for the entire composite pane to be held in the wall area and thus prevent the composite pane from tipping out or loosening from the light passage area.

In one embodiment, the at least one assembly aid can be designed as a holding means for fixing the composite pane to the substructure. The at least one holding part of the composite pane can thus be fixed in the holding means, whereby a fastening of the composite pane can be stabilized in the wall area. The holding part can for example be clamped in a separate holding means. Such holding and clamping can be supported by fixing aids such as an adhesive material, a tensioned clamp made of spring steel and the like.

The holding means, which can be fastened to the substructure in the wall area with a fastening element, and can have at least one holding element with which the holding portion of the composite pane can be held or fixed. The holding means can have any solid material, such as a metal or a plastic. The holding means can be a prefabricated element which can be formed in one piece. The holding means is arranged in the wall area of the wall construction and therefore at least partially from the planking covered and therefore not visible. The holding means can be designed as a holding bracket, for example.

In a further embodiment, the at least one assembly aid can be designed as a holding body for holding the composite pane on the substructure, the at least one holding portion of the composite pane resting on the holding body. The holding body can be fastened to the substructure and / or planking, it being possible for the holding body, for example, to be glued, screwed or nailed to the substructure. The holding body prevents the composite pane from tipping out of the light passage area, since the composite pane rests against the holding body.

It is also possible that the wall construction has at least one further securing means, wherein the at least one securing means can touch the holding part. The securing means is arranged, for example, opposite the holding body on the opposite side of the holding part. In this way, the two adjacent elements (holding body or securing element) can prevent the composite pane from tipping out.

The holding means and / or the holding body can serve as an assembly aid for producing the wall construction and can / can be fastened to the substructure. By means of such a fastening, the composite pane can be held in the intended position in the light passage area during the production of the wall construction and prevented from tipping out.

  • Bereitstellen einer Unterkonstruktion und einer Beplankung;
  • Bereitstellen eines Scheibenverbunds mit mindestens zwei Aussenscheibe, mit mindestens einem Abstandhalter, welcher die Aussenscheiben miteinander verbindet und mit mindestens einer Haltepartie;
  • Befestigen des Befestigungselements an der Unterkonstruktion;
  • Einsetzen des Scheibenverbunds in einen Lichtdurchtrittsbereich der Wandkonstruktion;
  • Fixierung der Haltepartie des Scheibenverbunds im Wandbereich;
A method for producing a wall construction with a light passage area and a wall area delimiting the light passage area has the following steps:
  • Provision of a substructure and planking;
  • Providing a composite pane with at least two outer panes, with at least one spacer which connects the outer panes to one another and with at least one holding section;
  • Attaching the fastening element to the substructure;
  • Insertion of the composite pane into a light passage area of the wall construction;
  • Fixation of the holding part of the pane composite in the wall area;
  • Fastening of planking to the substructure,
wherein the planking and the composite pane are arranged essentially flush with one another and the holding section protrudes into the wall area, the holding section being formed by an intermediate pane and the outer panes each being connected to the intermediate pane by a spacer.

This method makes it possible to produce a wall construction in a simple manner, with the drywall builder being able to set up a wall construction with a light passage area without a dirty edge without fitting an additional frame. This makes it possible that finishing work inside a building can be carried out and completed quickly and quickly. In this way, not only the costs but also the planning effort for the expansion can be reduced.

In an additional step, a holding means can be provided, the holding means having a fastening element for fastening to the substructure and at least one holding element for fixing the pane composite to the holding part. The holding means can be attached to the substructure and with the aid of the at least one holding element, the holding part of the pane composite can be fixed and held and tilting out of the light passage area can be prevented.

In an additional step, a holding body can be provided, the holding body being fastened to the substructure and, when the pane composite is inserted into a light passage area of the wall construction, the Holding portion is applied to the holding body. As already shown above, the tilting out of the composite pane out of the light passage area can be prevented in this way.

The holding portion is formed on at least one end face of the pane composite.

In this way it becomes possible to simplify the fastening or fixing of the composite pane to the substructure, since no all-round fixing is necessary. This allows a tolerance in the manufacture of the wall construction, which reduces the amount of work, for example reworking and corrections.

Nach dem Einsetzen des Scheibenverbunds kann dieThe holding portion can be arranged, for example, on the upper end face of the pane composite, which makes it possible to place the pane composite with a flat and stable lower end face on the substructure and insert or tilt it into the light passage area. After inserting the pane composite, the

Retaining part are fixed to the retaining element of the retaining means and then the planking is completely attached to the substructure. It is also possible for the holding part to come to rest on the holding body when it is inserted and then the planking is attached.

In embodiments, it is possible to fix the holding means on the holding part before inserting the composite pane into the substructure and to fasten the holding means to the substructure after the insertion.

In other embodiments, the holding means can be fastened to the substructure before the inserting of the pane composite, wherein the holding portion can be fixed on the holding means after it has been inserted into the substructure.

The holding part can be formed on the lateral end faces of the pane composite. In this way, the composite pane does not have to be fixed on the top end face, but on the lower side edges. As a result, fixation can be made easier and overhead work or the use of ladders can be reduced, as a result of which fatigue and accidents when producing the wall construction can be reduced.

The holding part forms a continuous projection, for example along an end face of the pane composite. In this way, the assembly aid can be arranged on the substructure and / or the planking “independently” of the position of the holding part and the assembly aid can be brought into conformity with the holding part. This makes it easier to insert and hold the composite pane on the substructure in the wall area.

The holding section is formed by an intermediate disk, the outer disks each being connected to the intermediate disk by a spacer, and the intermediate disk thus being arranged between the outer disks. The outer panes have essentially the same outer dimensions, that is to say outer edges (length and width, not thickness of the outer panes). In contrast to this, the intermediate disk has a greater extent than the outer disks in at least one dimension. In other words, the intermediate disk is larger than the outer disks in at least one lateral direction. A protrusion or protrusion that arises as a result forms the holding part. The stability of the composite pane is increased due to the additional intermediate pane.

Like the outer panes, the intermediate pane can have structures with transparent or translucent panes made from the aforementioned and other materials and is not to be understood as being restricted to specific materials.

In embodiments, at least one of the outer and / or intermediate panes is a fire protection pane. As a result, the wall construction can achieve an increased fire protection duration in the event of fire. In further exemplary embodiments, the composite pane is designed as a fire protection pane. A fire protection pane has a fire protection layer in a space between two panes. The fire protection layer can absorb heat in the event of a fire and / or is foaming and cloudy in the event of a fire.

The wall construction can have a sealing compound between the composite pane and the substructure. After the substructure has been clad, the sealing compound can be introduced into the space created. On the one hand, the sealing compound prevents air and sound from passing from one side of the wall construction to the other. On the other hand, it is possible that the sealing compound supports and improves the stability of the wall construction, in particular the stability of the composite pane in the wall construction, since the sealing compound can be arranged around the holding portion of the composite pane. The sealing compound is located in the wall area and not in the light passage area. The sealing compound can have a plaster of paris, a silicone, a plastic or another filler material. When using plaster of paris as a sealing compound, a cooling effect can be achieved in the event of a fire, since the evaporation of crystal water contained in the hardened plaster of paris removes energy from the surroundings, which can increase the fire protection service life of the wall construction.

The composite pane can be adapted to the substructure with planking. Such an adaptation relates, on the one hand, to the external dimensions of the composite pane and, on the other hand, to the thickness of the composite pane. The thickness of the composite pane extends from a first outer pane to a second outer pane. The thickness of the pane composite can be determined by the choice of the Spacer can be varied and thus adapted to the dimensions of the substructure with paneling (total thickness of the wall construction).

In embodiments, the holding part of the composite pane can be at least partially covered by the planking.

When inserting the composite pane into the substructure, the composite pane can be placed on a base element instead of directly on the substructure. This base element can comprise plaster of paris or some other solid material. In this way, the depth of insertion of the composite pane into the substructure can be adapted to the paneling, for example. This can simplify cutting work, for example. The base element can for example consist of several blocks or extend as a one-piece base element over the entire lower end face of the pane composite.

In further exemplary embodiments, a further base element can be arranged on a lateral face of the composite pane. In this way, the exact and precise positioning of the composite pane in the light passage area can be simplified.

When attaching the planking to the substructure, it is possible to plank one "wall side" first, then insert and fix the composite panes and then plank the second "wall side". Insulation or electrical installations can be installed between the planking of the two wall sides as required.

Any joint between the cladding and the outer pane of the composite pane can be filled and / or grouted after the cladding has been attached.

The composite panes can be a prefabricated composite panes, which means that there is no additional work involved in producing the wall construction on the construction site. Furthermore, a good quality of the pane composite (cleanliness between the outer panes) can be ensured in this way. This also ensures the quality of the wall construction.

Furthermore, it is possible that not only a drywall builder can produce the wall construction, but also a do-it-yourselfer can set up the wall construction with simple means.

In embodiments, the cladding can be arranged slightly offset inward with respect to the outer pane of the laminated pane so that a plaster to be applied to the cladding is arranged essentially flush with the laminated pane.

Further embodiments emerge from the dependent patent claims.

Figure 1 shows a wall construction 1 with an inserted composite pane 3. The wall construction 1 has a substructure 2 with a paneling 21. The composite pane 3 is placed on three base elements 23 which rest on the substructure 2. The composite pane 3 is fixed to the substructure 2 by three holding means 4. The number of base elements 23 is independent of the number of holding means 4. A fastening element 41 of the holding means 4 (see FIG Figure 4 ) attached to the substructure 2 and a holding element 42 of the holding means 4 holds a holding part 33 of the laminated pane 3.

The metallic substructure 2 here serves, on the one hand, to fasten the planking 21 on both sides of the wall construction 1 and, on the other hand, to fix the composite pane 3 by the holding means 4.

After the substructure 2 has been erected, the paneling 21, for example in the form of plasterboard or panels made of composite material, optionally with a decorative layer, is attached to a first side of the substructure 2. The holding means 4 is then held by the holding element 42 on the holding part 33 of the Disk composite 3 fixed. This fixation is made possible by clamping the holding part 33 between two arms of the holding element 42. After the fixing means 4 has been fixed, the composite pane 3 is inserted onto a base element 23 in the substructure 2 and the fastening element 41 is fastened to the substructure 2 with a screw. A second side of the substructure 2 is then provided with the planking 21. In a final step, a joint between the composite pane 3 and the cladding 21 is filled with a sealing compound 22. The sealing compound 22 is also filled into the space between the base elements 23.

The composite pane 3 has at least two outer panes 31 in addition to the holding portion 33. The holding portion 33 is formed by an intermediate pane which is larger at the top than the outer pane 31. The intermediate pane is a fire-resistant glass pane and the outer panes are individual float glass panes. The outer panes 31 are each connected to the intermediate pane by a spacer 32, the intermediate pane being arranged between the outer panes 31.

When fixing the composite pane 3, care must be taken that the paneling 21 and the outer pane 31 are arranged essentially flush with one another. This is achieved in that, on the one hand, the total thickness of the composite panes 3 (distance between the two outer panes 31 in the light passage area) and the total thickness of the wall construction 1 (distance between the panels 21 of the opposing wall areas) are coordinated. This can mean, for example, that in the case of wall structures 1 with a large overall thickness, a composite pane 3 is used which has a long or wide spacer 32. On the other hand, the position of the holding part 33 can be adjusted to the holding means 4, so that the composite pane 3 is fixed in the middle of the substructure 2 can be. That means that, depending on the holding means 4, the holding part 33 does not have to be arranged in the center of the pane composite 3, as shown in the figures.

Figure 2 shows schematically a cross section (AA) through the in Figure 1 shown wall construction. The outer panes 31 are arranged essentially flush with the planking 21. The paneling 21 has an inner and an outer paneling 21, the outer paneling 21 being arranged flush with the composite pane 3. The arms of the holding element 42 clamp the intermediate disk and the fastening element 41 is fastened to the substructure 2 with a screw. The composite pane 3 stands on the base element 23 and an intermediate space between the composite pane 3 and the substructure 2 is filled with the sealing compound 22.

Figure 3 shows schematically a cross section (BB) through the in Figure 1 Wall construction shown, the cross section being perpendicular to the cross section according to Figure 2 runs. The outer panes 31, which run essentially parallel to one another, are arranged essentially flush with the paneling 21 of the wall construction 1.

Figure 5 shows a longitudinal section through a wall construction 1 with an inserted composite pane 3 and a planking 21 similar to FIG Figure 1 but without holding means 4 and without further assembly aid 40. The composite pane 3 with a lower base element 23 and a lateral base element 23 is inserted into the light passage area of the wall structure 1. When inserted, the composite pane 3 can be tilted from one side of the wall construction 1 into the light passage area, the lower base element 23 determining the horizontal position of the composite pane 3 in the wall construction 1 and the lateral base element 23 determining the vertical position of the composite pane 3 in the wall construction 1 . The holding part 33 is after the insertion of the Laminated pane 3 and the fastening of the cladding 21 on both sides is plastered in and is thus held between the cladding 21 in the wall area.

Figure 6 shows a cross section through a wall construction in two embodiments similar to FIG Figure 2 with a holding body 43 as an assembly aid 40 ( Figure 6b ) and an additional securing means 44 ( Figure 6a ). The holding body 43 is fastened to the substructure 2 before the laminated pane 3 is inserted. When inserting the laminated pane 3, the holding portion 33 abuts the holding body 43, so the holding body 43 prevents the laminated pane 3 from tilting out of the light passage area. So that the laminated pane 3 can be secured in both directions, a securing means 44 is attached to the side of the holding part 33 opposite the holding body 43 ( Figure 6a ). The securing means 44, like the holding body 43, can touch the holding part 33 and thus hold the laminated pane 3 in the wall area. The holding body 43 and / or the securing means 44 can be fastened to the substructure 2, for example with glue, screws, nails or other fastening means. The space between the panels 21 is filled with plaster of paris in order to fix the composite pane 3 in the wall area after it has hardened. A gap between the end face of the composite pane 3 and the cladding can be grouted with silicone, for example.

In embodiments, the cladding 21 can be arranged slightly offset inward with respect to the outer pane, so that a plaster to be applied to the cladding 21 is arranged essentially flush with the pane composite 3.
