Description
Konditioniershampoos enthaltend anionische Tenside, Glucamide und Fettalkohole
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zusammensetzung enthaltend N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine, Fettalkohole und anionische Tenside, deren Verwendung in einem Verfahren zur Pflege der Haare sowie die Verwendung der Zusammensetzung zur Verbesserung des Schaumverhaltens und/oder zur Verbesserung des Konditioniereffekts.
Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer
erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung.
Pflegemittel zur Pflege der Haut und der Haare, enthaltend N-Alkyl-N- Acylglucamine, Fettalkohole und quaternäre Ammoniumverbindungen, die mindestens eine langkettige Alkyl- oder Alkenylgruppe aufweisen, beispielsweise Behenyltrimethylammoniumchlorid, Stearyltrimethylammoniumchlorid,
Lauryltrimethylammoniumchlorid, Cetyltrimethylammoniumchlorid,
Distearyldimethylammoniumchlorid, sind bekannt.
Weiterhin bekannt sind kosmetische Zusammensetzungen enthaltend Fettsäure- N-alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamide und Fettalkohole.
In der WO 97/47284 werden kosmetische Zubereitungen für die Anwendung im Bereich der Haar- und Hautpflege vorgeschlagen enthaltend (a) Esterquats und (b1) Sorbitanester, (b2) Polyolpoly-12-hydroxystearate und/oder (b3) Glyceride sowie gegebenenfalls (c1) Alkyl- und/oder Alkenyloligoglykoside und/oder (c2) Fettsäure-N-alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamide. Die Mittel zeichnen sich durch einen verbesserten Weichgriff der Haare und ein besonders angenehmes Hautgefühl aus. Konkret offenbart sind Beispiele mit Fettsäure-N-alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamiden abgeleitet von der Cocosfettsäure. Die WO 94/21226 offenbart Detergensgemische enthaltend
Polyhydroxyfettsäureamide, monomere kationische Tenside, Fettalkohole und gegebenenfalls Ölkörper, Haarbehandlungsmittel, die diese Gemische enthalten, sowie die Verwendung der Gemische zur Herstellung von
Haarbehandlungsmitteln. Konkret offenbart sind Beispiele mit C12/14 Fettsäure-N- alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamiden.
Feinteilige, lagerstabile Emulsionen enthaltend unter anderem Fettsäure-N- alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamide und Fettalkohole sind zum Beispiel aus der
WO 97/06870 bekannt. Bevorzugt sind hierbei Fettsäure-N- alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamide basierend auf Laurinsäure oder C 12/14
Cocosfettsäure. In der WO 96/27366 sind kosmetische und pharmazeutische
Zusammensetzungen offenbart, die als O/W-Emulgatoren Fettsäure-N- alkylglucamide in Kombination mit Fettalkoholen als Coemuigatoren enthalten. Ein Hinweis auf konditionierende Wirkung in der Haarpflege findet sich nicht. Obwohl mit den bekannten Zusammensetzungen bereits gute Ergebnisse erzielt werden, bleibt doch ein breiter Raum für Verbesserungen, insbesondere was den Einsatz in Haarwaschmitteln angeht.
Zielsetzung war es somit, Zusammensetzungen zu entwickeln, die gut
formulierbar sind, eine erhöhte Viskosität bei 40 °C aufweisen, eine verbesserte Temperaturstabilität, eine erhöhte Cremigkeit des Schaumes sowie hervorragende konditionierende Eigenschaften aufweisen.
Es wurde gefunden, dass diese Zielsetzung durch Zusammensetzungen gelöst wird, die mindestens ein N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin, mindestens einen Fettalkohol und mindestens ein anionisches Tensid enthalten.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist daher eine Zusammensetzung, enthaltend:
- mindestens ein N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin als Komponente A,
- mindestens einen Fettalkohol als Komponente B,
- mindestens ein anionisches Tensid als Komponente C,
- gegebenenfalls mindestens ein Betain-Tensid als Komponente D,
- gegebenenfalls mindestens ein weiteres Tensid als Komponente E,
- Wasser als Komponente F,
- gegebenenfalls mindestens ein weiteres Additiv als Komponente G.
Vorzugsweise sind erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzungen silikonfrei und/oder frei von kationischen Polymeren und/oder frei von kationischen Tensiden.
Erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzungen weisen eine gute Verdickung, insbesondere bei 40 °C, auf. Im Falle von Haarpflegemitteln weisen erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzungen verbesserte sensorische Eigenschaften auf, einen sehr guten
Haarkonditioniereffekt und sind biologisch abbaubar sowie auf Basis
nachwachsender Rohstoffe. Die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine, bei denen Glucamin vorzugsweise eine N-1-Desoxysorbitylgruppe bedeutet, sind besonders bevorzugt N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine der Formel (I),
(I), wobei in der Formel (I) RaCO einen linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten C6-C22-Acylrest und Rb einen Ci-C4 Alkylrest bedeutet. Besonders bevorzugt bedeutet Rb in Formel (I) einen Methylrest (-CH3) und RaCO hat vorstehende Bedeutung. Bevorzugt als N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine sind Verbindungen der Formel (I), bei denen RaCO einen Ci6-Ci8-Acylrest bedeutet. Insbesondere bevorzugt sind N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine der Formel (I), bei denen RaCO einen C 6-Ci8-Acylrest bedeutet und Rb einen Methylrest bedeutet.
Im Allgemeinen kann unter der Bezeichnung Ci6-Ci8-Acylrest eine Verbindung mit einem Ci6-Acylrest oder Ci8-Acylrest oder eine Mischung hieraus verstanden werden.
Bevorzugt als Komponente A sind gesättigte N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine der Formel (I), wobei der Acylrest RaCO abgeleitet ist von Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Ölsäure oder Linolsäure. Insbesondere bevorzugt sind N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine der Formel (I), bei denen RaCO abgleitet ist von Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Ölsäure oder Linolsäure und Rb einen Methylrest bedeutet.
Neben den N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucaminen der Formel (I), bei denen RaCO einen Ci6-Ci8-Acylrest bedeutet, können die Zusammensetzungen geringe Anteile an von kurzkettigen und/oder langkettigen Fettsäuren abgeleiteten N-Alkyl-N- Acylglucamine, insbesondere solche, welche Ci-C4-Acyl, C6-, Cs-, Ci0-, C12-, CM- und/oder C2o-Acyl enthalten.
Vorzugsweise beträgt in solchen Mischungen an Komponente A der Gehalt an N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucaminen der Formel (I), bei denen RaCO einen Ci6-Ci8-Acylrest bedeutet 80 Gew.%, bevorzugt 90 Gew.%, bezogen auf den Gehalt an
Komponente A.
In einer Ausführungsform werden als N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine Verbindungen der Formel (I) eingesetzt, bei denen RaCO einen Ci2-Ci4-Acylrest bedeutet.
Insbesondere bevorzugt sind N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine der Formel (I), bei denen RaCO einen Ci2-Ci4-Acylrest bedeutet und Rb einen Methylrest bedeutet.
Im Allgemeinen kann unter der Bezeichnung Ci2-Ci4-Acylrest eine Verbindung mit einem Ci2-Acylrest oder Ci -Acylrest oder eine Mischung hieraus verstanden werden.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin einer erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung eine Mischung aus mindestens
einem N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin der Formel (I), wobei RaCO einen Ci6-Acylrest bedeutet und mindestens einem N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin der Formel (I), wobei RaCO einen Cis-Acylrest bedeutet. Besonders bevorzugt ist das Gewichtsverhältnis von N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin der Formel (I), wobei RaCO einen Ci6-Acylrest bedeutet zu N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin der Formel (I), wobei RaCO einen Cis-Acylrest bedeutet, zwischen 80 : 20 und 20: 80, insbesondere zwischen 65 : 35 und 35 : 65. Bevorzugt beträgt der Anteil an Komponente A in einer erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung 0,1-5,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, und besonders bevorzugt 0,2-1 ,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung.
Die N-Alkyl-N-acylglucamine können, wie in EP 0 550 637 A1 beschrieben, durch Umsetzung der entsprechenden Fettsäureester oder Fettsäureestergemische mit N-Alkylglucamin in Gegenwart eines Hydroxylgruppen oder Alkoxylgruppen aufweisenden Lösungsmittels hergestellt werden. Geeignete Lösungsmittel sind beispielsweise Ci-C4-Monoalkohole, Ethylenglykol, Propylenglykol, Glycerin sowie alkoxylierte Alkohole. Bevorzugt ist 1 ,2-Propylenglykol. N-Alkylglucamin kann, wie ebenfalls in EP 0 550 637 A1 beschrieben, durch reduktive Aminierung von Glukose mit Alkylamin erhalten werden.
Geeignete Fettsäureester, die mit den N-Alkylglucaminen zu N-Alkyl-N- Acylglucaminen umgesetzt werden, sind im Allgemeinen die Alkylester,
insbesondere die Methylester, die durch Umesterung aus natürlichen Fetten und Ölen, beispielsweise den Triglyceriden, gewonnen werden, oder aber die
Triglyceride direkt.
Geeignete Rohstoffe für die Herstellung der Fettsäurealkylester sind
beispielsweise Cocosöl oder Palmöl.
Bevorzugte N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine der Formel (I) sind somit auch solche Verbindungen, bei denen RaCO von Cocosöl abgleitet ist.
Cocosöl enthält typischerweise Triglyceride, die gesättigte Fettsäurereste enthalten, die sich von Capryl-, Laurin-, Caprin-, Öl-, Palmitin-, Stearin- und Myristinsäure ableiten.
Cocosöl umfasst dabei vorzugsweise
a) 40-55 Gew.-% Laurinsäure,
b) 10-20 Gew.-% Myristinsäure,
c) 8-12 Gew.-% Palmitinsäure,
d) 6-12 Gew.-% Ölsäure und
h) 0-36 Gew.-% weiterer Fettsäuren,
wobei die Summe der an das Triglycerid gebundenen Fettsäuren 00 Gew.-% ergibt. Besonders bevorzugt umfasst Cocosöl
a) 40-55 Gew.-% Laurinsäure,
b) 10-20 Gew.-% Myristinsäure,
c) 8-12 Gew.-% Palmitinsäure,
d) 6-12 Gew.-% Ölsäure,
e) 5-10 Gew.-% Decansäure,
f) 4-10 Gew.-% Octansäure,
g) 1-3 Gew.-% Stearinsäure und
h) 0-26 Gew.-% weiterer Fettsäuren,
wobei die Summe der an das Triglycerid gebundenen Fettsäuren 100 Gew.-% ergibt.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen enthalten einen oder mehrere Fettalkohole als Komponente B, d.h. vorzugsweise unverzweigte oder verzweigte Monoalkohole mit einer Alkylgruppe mit 8 bis 22 C-Atomen, besonders bevorzugt 6 bis 22 C-Atome oder eine Mischung hieraus.
An derartigen Monoalkoholen in Betracht kommen vorzugsweise Cetylalkohol, Stearylalkohol, Behenylalkohol und deren Mischungen, wobei Cetylalkohol, Stearylalkohol oder eine Mischung hieraus besonders bevorzugt sind. Bezogen auf die gesamte Zusammensetzung kann der Gehalt an Komponente B von 0,1 bis 5,0 Gew.-% betragen. Vorzugsweise beträgt der Gehalt an
Komponente B bezogen auf die gesamte Zusammensetzung von 0,2 bis
1 ,0 Gew.-%. Vorzugsweise ist das Gewichtsverhältnis zwischen N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin : Fettalkohol von 20:80 bis 80:20, wobei das Verhältnis zwischen N-Alkyl-N- Acylglucamin : Fettalkohol bevorzugt von 40:60 bis 60:40 ist.
Die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung enthält weiterhin mindestens ein anionisches Tensid als Komponente C.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen enthalten ein oder mehrere anionische Tenside, bevorzugt aus der Gruppe der Alkylsulfate und
Alkylethersulfate, besonders bevorzugt in Kombination mit Betaintensiden.
Bevorzugte Alkylsulfate sind die C8-C2o-Alkylsulfate, insbesondere die linearen C8-C2o-Alkylsulfate vorzugsweise in Form ihrer Natrium-, Kalium- oder
Ammoniumsalze. Beispiele für Alkylsulfate sind Laurylsulfat, Cocosalkylsulfat und Talgalkylsulfat. Besonders bevorzugt ist Laurylsulfat.
Bevorzugte Alkylethersulfate sind die Ce-C^o-Alkylethersulfate, besonders bevorzugt sind die linearen C8-C2o-Alkylethersulfate, insbesondere die von den ethoxylierten Fettalkoholen abgeleiteten Alkylglykolethersulfate, in Form ihrer Natrium-, Kalium- oder Ammoniumsalze. Beispiele für Alkylethersulfate sind Laurylethersulfat, Cocosalkylethersulfat, Myristylethersulfat und
Talgalkylethersulfat. Beispiele für Glykolethersulfate sind Lauryltriethylenglykol- ethersulfat, Cocosalkyltriethylenglykolethersulfat und
Talgalkylhexaethylenglykolethersulfat. Insbesondere bevorzugt ist
Laurylglykolethersulfat, beispielsweise, Lauryldiethylenglykolethersulfat oder Lauryltriethylenglykolethersulfat, speziell in Form der Natriumsalze. Ein
bevorzugtes anionisches Tensid ist Laurylethersulfat. Ein besonders bevorzugtes anionisches Tensid ist Natriumlaurylethersulfat.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthalten die Zusammensetzungen ein oder mehrere N-Acylaminosäuretenside als anionische Tenside. Im Rahmen einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Aminosäurerest solcher N-Acyl-aminosäuretenside ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus proteinogenen Aminosäuren, deren N-alkylierten Derivaten oder Mischungen daraus.
Besonders bevorzugt als N-Acyl-aminosäuretenside sind Acylglycinate,
Acylalaninate, Acylaspartate, Acylglutamate, Acylsarkosinate oder Mischungen davon. Ganz besonders bevorzugt sind die N-Acyl-aminosäuretenside ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Acylglycinat, Acylaspartat, Acylglutamat,
Acylsarkosinat und Mischungen daraus. Ganz besonders bevorzugt bestehen die N-Acyl-aminosäuretenside aus
mindestens einer C8-C22-acylierten Aminosäure, insbesondere deren N-alkylierten Derivaten. Bevorzugt sind die entsprechenden Lauroyl - oder Cocoylderivate der Aminosäuren. Insbesondere bevorzugt sind daher Natrium Cocoylglycinat, Kaliumcocoylglycinat, Natriumlauroylglycinat, Kaliumlauroylglycinat, Natriumcocoylglutamat,
Natriumlauroylglutamat, Natriumcocoylaspartat, Natriumlauroylaspartat und Natriumlauroylsarkosinat. Bevorzugt beträgt der Anteil an Komponente C in der erfindungsgemäßen
Zusammensetzung 5,0 Gew.% bis 20,0 Gew.% bezogen auf die
Zusammensetzung, besonders bevorzugt 8,0 Gew.% bis 15,0 Gew.% bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung.
Gegebenenfalls und vorzugsweise enthalten die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen als Komponente D neben dem mindestens einen
anionischen Tensid ein Betain-Tensid.
Betain-Tenside enthalten im selben Molekül eine kationische Gruppe,
insbesondere eine Ammonium-Gruppe, und eine anionische Gruppe, die eine Carboxylat-Gruppe, Sulfat-Gruppe oder Sulfonat-Gruppe sein kann. Geeignete Betaine sind Alkylbetaine wie Cocobetain oder Acylamidopropylbetaine. Ferner können als Betain-Tenside auch Fettsäurealkylamidopropylbetaine, beispielsweise Cocosacylamidopropyldimethylbetain, Ci2-Ci8-Dimethylaminohexanoate oder Cio-Ci8-Acylamidopropandimethylbetaine enthalten sein.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthalten die
Zusammensetzungen ein oder mehrere Amidopropylbetaine der allgemeinen Formel (II),
worin Ra eine lineare oder verzweigte gesättigte C7-C21 Alkylgruppe oder eine lineare oder verzweigte ein- oder mehrfach ungesättigte C7-C2i Alkenylgruppe ist.
In einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthalten die
Zusammensetzungen ein oder mehrere Betaine der Formel (III),

worin Rb eine lineare oder verzweigte gesättigte C8-C22 Alkylgruppe oder eine lineare oder verzweigte ein- oder mehrfach ungesättigte C8-C22 Alkenylgruppe ist.
In einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthalten die
Zusammensetzungen ein oder mehrere Sulfobetaine der Formel (IV),
worin Rc eine lineare oder verzweigte gesättigte C8-C22 Alkylgruppe oder eine lineare oder verzweigte ein- oder mehrfach ungesättigte C8-C22 Alkenylgruppe ist.
Bevorzugt enthalten die Zusammensetzungen neben einem oder mehreren Alkylsulfaten und/oder Alkylethersulfaten ein oder mehreren Betain-Tenside ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen bestehend aus den
Amidopropylbetainen der Formel (II), den Betainen der Formel (III) und den Sulfobetainen der Formel (IV).
In einer insbesondere bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthalten die Zusammensetzungen ein oder mehrere Betain-Tenside ausgewählt aus den Amidopropylbetainen der Formel (II).
In einer weiteren insbesondere bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthalten die Zusammensetzungen ein oder mehrere Betain-Tenside ausgewählt aus den Betainen der Formel (III).
In einer weiteren insbesondere bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthalten die Zusammensetzungen ein oder mehrere Betain-Tenside ausgewählt aus den Sulfobetainen der Formel (IV).
Vorzugsweise ist der Rest Ra in dem einen oder den mehreren
Amidopropylbetainen der Formel (II) eine lineare oder verzweigte gesättigte C7
Alkylgruppe. Unter den linearen und verzweigten gesättigten Alkylgruppen Ra sind die linearen gesättigten Alkylgruppen bevorzugt.
Besonders bevorzugt handelt es sich bei den Amidopropylbetainen der Formel (II) um Cocamidopropylbetaine, bei den Alkylbetainen der Formel (III) um Coco- Betain.
Vorzugsweise ist der Rest Rb in dem einen oder den mehreren Betainen der Formel (II) eine lineare oder verzweigte gesättigte Cs-C-i s-Alkylgruppe und besonders bevorzugt eine lineare oder verzweigte gesättigte Ci2-Ci 8-Alkylgruppe. Unter den linearen und verzweigten gesättigten Alkylgruppen Rb sind die linearen gesättigten Alkylgruppen bevorzugt.
Vorzugsweise ist der Rest Rc in der einen oder den mehreren Sulfobetainen der Formel (IV) eine lineare oder verzweigte gesättigte C8-Ci8 Alkylgruppe und besonders bevorzugt eine lineare oder verzweigte gesättigte C12-C18 Alkylgruppe. Unter den linearen und verzweigten gesättigten Alkylgruppen Rc sind die linearen gesättigten Alkylgruppen bevorzugt. Als weitere Komponente E können gegebenenfalls kationische, nichtionische und/oder amphotere Tenside verwendet werden, die von den obengenannten verschieden sind.
Geeignete kationische Tenside sind substituierte oder unsubstituierte geradkettige oder verzweigte quartäre Ammoniumsalze vom Typ R N(CH3)3X, R1R2N(CH3)2X, R1R2R3N(CH3)X oder R R2R3R4NX. Die Reste R , R2, R3 und R4 können
vorzugsweise unabhängig voneinander unsubstituiertes Alkyl mit einer
Kettenlänge zwischen 8 und 24 C-Atomen, insbesondere zwischen 10 und
18 C-Atomen, Hydroxyalkyl mit 1 bis 4 C-Atomen, Phenyl, C2- bis Ci s-Alkenyl, C7- bis C24-Aralkyl, (C2H4O)xH, wobei x von 1 bis 3 bedeutet, ein oder mehrere Estergruppen enthaltende Alkylreste oder cyclische quartäre Ammoniumsalze sein. X ist ein geeignetes Anion. Bevorzugt sind (C8-C22)-
Alkyltrimethylammoniumchlorid oder -bromid, besonders bevorzugt Cetyltrimethyl-
ammoniumchlorid oder -bromid, Di-(C8-C22)-Alkyldimethylammoniumchlorid oder -bromid, (C8-C22)-Alkyldimethylbenzylammoniurrichlorid oder -bromid, (C8-C22)- Alkyl-dimethylhydroxyethylamrnoniumchlorid, -phosphat, -sulfat, -lactat, besonders bevorzugt Distearyldimethylammoniumchlorid, Di(C8-C22)- Alkylamidopropyltrimethylammoniumchlorid und -methosulfat.
Die Menge der kationischen Tenside in den erfindungsgemäßen
Zusammensetzungen kann bis zu 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der fertigen Zusammensetzungen, betragen.
Als nichtionische Tenside kommen beispielsweise folgende Verbindungen in Frage:
Polyethylen-, Polypropylen- und Polybutylenoxidkondensate von Alkylphenolen. Diese Verbindungen umfassen die Kondensationsprodukte von Alkylphenolen mit einer C6- bis C2o-Alkylgruppe, die entweder linear oder verzweigt sein kann, mit Alkenoxiden. Diese Tenside werden als Alkylphenolalkoxylate, z.B.
Alkylphenolethoxylate, bezeichnet. Kondensationsprodukte von aliphatischen Alkoholen mit 1 bis 25 mol Ethylenoxid. Die Alkyl- oder Alkenylkette der aliphatischen Alkohole kann linear oder verzweigt, primär oder sekundär sein, und enthält im Allgemeinen 8 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatome. Besonders bevorzugt sind die Kondensationsprodukte von C10- bis C2o-Alkoholen mit 2 bis 18 mol Ethylenoxid pro mol Alkohol. Die Alkoholethoxylate können eine enge ("Narrow Range Ethoxylates") oder eine breite Homologenverteilung des Ethylenoxides ("Broad Range Ethoxylates") aufweisen. Beispiele von kommerziell erhältlichen nichtionischen Tensiden dieses Typs sind Tergitol® 15-S-9
(Kondensationsprodukt eines linearen sekundären Cn-Ci5-Alkohols mit 9 mol Ethylenoxid), Tergitol® 24-L-NMW (Kondensationsprodukt eines linearen primären C12-C-|4-Alkohols mit 6 mol Ethylenoxid bei enger Molgewichtsverteilung).
Ebenfalls unter diese Produktklasse fallen die Genapol®-Marken der Clariant.
Kondensationsprodukte von Ethylenoxid mit einer hydrophoben Basis, gebildet durch Kondensation von Propylenoxid mit Propylenglykol. Der hydrophobe Teil dieser Verbindungen weist bevorzugt ein Molekulargewicht zwischen 1500 und 1800 auf. Die Anlagerung von Ethylenoxid an diesen hydrophoben Teil führt zu einer Verbesserung der Wasserlöslichkeit. Das Produkt ist flüssig bis zu einem Polyoxyethylengehalt von ca. 50 % des Gesamtgewichtes des
Kondensationsproduktes, was einer Kondensation mit bis zu ca. 40 mol
Ethylenoxid entspricht. Kommerziell erhältliche Beispiele dieser Produktklasse sind die Pluronic®-Marken der BASF und die Genapol® PF-Marken der Clariant.
Kondensationsprodukte von Ethylenoxid mit einem Reaktionsprodukt von
Propylenoxid und Ethylendiamin. Die hydrophobe Einheit dieser Verbindungen besteht aus dem Reaktionsprodukt von Ethylendiamin mit überschüssigem
Propylenoxid und weist im Allgemeinen ein Molekulargewicht von 2500 bis 3000 auf. An diese hydrophobe Einheit wird Ethylenoxid bis zu einem Gehalt von 40 bis 80 Gew.-% Polyoxyethylen und einem Molekulargewicht von 5000 bis 11000 addiert. Kommerziell erhältliche Beispiele dieser Verbindungsklasse sind die Tetronic®-Marken der BASF und die Genapol® PN-Marken der Clariant. Als nichtionische Tenside bevorzugt sind Fettalkoholethoxylate (Alkylpolyethylen- glykole); Alkylphenolpolyethylenglykole; Fettaminethoxylate
(Alkylaminopolyethylenglykole); Fettsäureethoxylate (Acylpolyethylenglykole); Polypropylenglykolethoxylate (Pluronics®); Fettsäurealkanolamide,
(Fettsäureamidpolyethylenglykole); Saccharoseester; Sorbitester und
Sorbitanester und deren Polyglykolether, sowie C8-C22-Alkylpolyglucoside.
Die Menge der nichtionischen Tenside in den erfindungsgemäßen
Zusammensetzungen (z.B. im Falle von Rinse-off-Produkten) liegt bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,1 bis 0,0 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,5 bis 5,0 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt von 1 ,0 bis 3,0 Gew.-%.
Weiterhin können die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen amphotere Tenside enthalten, die von den Betainen der Komponente D verschieden sind.
Diese können beschrieben werden als Derivate langkettiger sekundärer oder tertiärer Amine, die über eine Alkylgruppe mit 8 bis 18 C-Atomen verfügen und bei denen eine weitere Gruppe substituiert ist mit einer anionischen Gruppe, die die Wasserlöslichkeit vermittelt, so z.B. mit einer Carboxyl-, Sulfat- oder Sulfonat- Gruppe. Bevorzugte Amphotenside sind N-(C12-Ci8)-Alkyl-ß-aminopropionate und N-(Ci2-Ci8)-Alkyl-ß-iminodipropionate als Alkali- und Mono-, Di- und
Trialkylammonium-Salze. Geeignete weitere Tenside sind auch Aminoxide. Es sind dies Oxide tertiärer Amine mit einer langkettigen Gruppe von 8 bis
18 C-Atomen und zwei meist kurzkettigen Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 C-Atomen. Bevorzugt sind hier beispielsweise die Ci0- bis Ci8-Alkyldimethylaminoxide und Fettsäureamidoalkyl-dimethylaminoxide.
Die Menge der amphoteren Tenside beträgt bevorzugt von 0,5 bis 20,0 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt von 1 ,0 bis 10,0 Gew.-% bezogen auf die
Zusammensetzung.
In einer weiteren Ausführungsform enthalten die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen zusätzlich noch als schaumverstärkende Mittel Cotenside aus der Gruppe der Fettsäurealkanolamide.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung weist Wasser als Komponente F auf.
Typischerweise ist der Wassergehalt, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, 60 bis 90 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 70 bis 88 Gew.%.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen können als weitere Komponente G ein oder mehrere Additive, vorzugsweise aus der Gruppe der
Konservierungsmittel, Duftstoffe, Farbstoffe, Tenside, kationischen Polymere, Verdickungs- und Geliermittel, Pigmente, antimikrobiellen und biogenen
Wirkstoffe, feuchtigkeitsspendenden Mittel, Stabilisatoren, Säuren und/oder Laugen, aufweisen.
Als Konservierungsmittel eignen sich die im betreffenden Annex der europäischen Kosmetikgesetzgebung aufgeführten Konservierungsmittel, beispielsweise
Phenoxyethanol, Benzylalkohol, Parabene, Benzoesäure und Sorbinsäure, besonders gut geeignet ist beispielsweise 1 ,3-Bis(hydroxymethyl)-5,5- dimethylimidazolidine-2,4-dione (Nipaguard® DMDMH).
Als Duftstoffe können Duft- bzw. Parfumöle eingesetzt werden. Als Duft- bzw.
Parfümöle können einzelne Riechstoffverbindungen, z.B. die synthetischen
Produkte vom Typ der Ester, Ether, Aldehyde, Ketone, Alkohole und
Kohlenwasserstoffe verwendet werden. Riechstoffverbindungen vom Typ der Ester sind z.B. Benzylacetat, Phenoxyethylisobutyrat, p-tert.- Butylcyclohexylacetat, Linalylacetat, Dimethylbenzylcarbinylacetat,
Phenylethylacetat, Linalylbenzoat, Benzylformiat, Ethylmethylphenylglycinat, Allylcyclohexylpropionat, Styrallylpropionat und Benzylsalicylat. Zu den Ethern zählen beispielsweise Benzylethylether, zu den Aldehyden z.B. die linearen
Alkanale mit 8 bis 18 C-Atomen, Citral, Citronellal, Citronellyloxyacetaldehyd, Cycllamenaldehyd, Hydroxycitronellal, Lilial und Bourgeonal, zu den Ketonen z.B. die lonone, alpha-lsomethylionon und Methyl-cedrylketon, zu den Alkoholen Anethol, Citronellol, Eugenol, Geranion, Linalol, Phenylethylalkohol und Terpineol, zu den Kohlenwasserstoffen gehören hauptsächlich die Terpene und Balsame. Bevorzugt werden Mischungen verschiedener Riechstoffe verwendet, die
gemeinsam eine ansprechende Duftnote erzeugen.
Parfümöle können auch natürliche Riechstoffgemische enthalten, wie sie aus pflanzlichen oder tierischen Quellen zugänglich sind, z.B. Pinien-, Citrus-, Jasmin-, Lilien-, Rosen-, oder Ylang-Ylang-Öl. Auch ätherische Öle geringerer Flüchtigkeit, die meist als Aromakomponenten verwendet werden, eignen sich als Parfümöle, z.B. Salbeiöl, Kamillenöl, Nelkenöl, Melissenöl, Minzenöl, Zimtblätteröl,
Lindenblütenöl, Wacholderbeerenöl, Vetiveröl, Olibanöl, Galbanumöl und
Ladanumöl.
Die in den erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen gegebenenfalls enthaltenen Farbstoffe und -pigmente, sowohl organische als auch anorganische Farbstoffe,
können bevorzugt aus der entsprechenden Positivliste der Kosmetikverordnung bzw. der EG-Liste kosmetischer Färbemittel ausgewählt werden. Vorteilhaft eingesetzt werden auch Perlglanzpigmente, z.B. Fischsilber (Guanin/
Hypoxanthin-Mischkristalle aus Fischschuppen) und Perlmutt (vermahlene
Muschelschalen), monokristalline Perlglanzpigmente wie z.B. Bismuthoxychlorid (BiOCI), Schicht-Substrat Pigmente, z.B. Glimmer/Metalloxid, silberweiße
Perlglanzpigmente aus Ti02, Interferenzpigmente (T1O2, unterschiedliche
Schichtdicke), Farbglanzpigmente (Fe2O3) und Kombinationspigmente
(TiO2/Fe2O3, TiO2/Cr2O3, TiO2/Berliner Blau, Ti02/Carmin).
Die Menge der Farbstoffe und Pigmente in den erfindungsgemäßen
Zusammensetzungen beträgt im Allgemeinen von 0,01 bis 1 ,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der fertigen Zusammensetzungen. Als kationische Polymere eignen sich die unter der INCI-Bezeichnung
„Polyquaternium" bekannten, insbesondere Polyquaternium-31 , Polyquaternium- 16, Polyquaternium-24, Polyquaternium-7, Polyquaternium-22, Polyquaternium- 39, Polyquaternium-28, Polyquaternium-2, Polyquaternium-10, Polyquaternium- 11 , sowie Polyquaternium 37&mineral oil&PPG trideceth (Salcare SC95),
PVP-dimethylaminoethylmethacrylat-Copolymer,
Guarhydroxypropyltriammoniumchloride, sowie Calciumalginat und
Ammoniumalginat. Des Weiteren können eingesetzt werden kationische
Cellulosederivate; kationische Stärke; Copolymere von Diallylammoniumsalzen und Acrylamiden; quaternierte Vinylpyrrolidon/Vinylimidazol-Polymere;
Kondensationsprodukte von Polyglykolen und Aminen; quaternierte
Kollagenpolypeptide; quaternierte Weizenpolypeptide; Polyethylenimine;
kationische Siliconpolymere, wie z.B. Amidomethicone; Copolymere der
Adipinsäure und Dimethylaminohydroxypropyldiethylentriamin; Polyaminopolyamid und kationische Chitinderivate, wie beispielsweise Chitosan.
In einer Ausführungsform weist eine erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung als kationisches Polymer Polyquaternium-7 auf.
In einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist eine erfindungsgemäße
Zusammensetzung als kationisches Polymer Polyquaternium-10 auf.
In einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist eine erfindungsgemäße
Zusammensetzung als kationisches Polymer eine Galactomannan-Verbindung auf. Bevorzugt ist hierbei Galactamannan-2- hydroxypropyltrimethylammoniumchloridether.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen können einen oder mehrere der oben genannten kationischen Polymere in Mengen von 0,1 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 0,2 bis 3,0 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt von 0,5 bis 2,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die fertigen Zusammensetzungen, enthalten.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die erfindungsgemäßen
Zusammensetzungen frei von kationischen Polymeren.
Die gewünschte Viskosität der Zusammensetzungen kann durch Zugabe von Verdickern und Gelierungsmittel eingestellt werden. In Betracht kommen vorzugsweise Celluloseether und andere Cellulosederivate (z.B.
Carboxymethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose), Stärke und Stärkederivate, Natriumalginate, Fettsäurepolyethylenglykolester, Fettsäurealkanolamide, Polyacrylamide oder Mischungen solcher. Weiterhin können vernetzte und unvernetzte Polyacrylate wie Carbomer, Natriumpolyacrylate oder
sulfonsäurehaltige Polymere wie
Ammoniumacryloyldimethyltaurat/Carboxyethylacrylat Crosspolymer Verwendung finden.
Bevorzugt enthalten die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen von 0,01 bis 10,0 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, insbesondere bevorzugt von 0,2 bis 3,0 Gew.-% und ganz besonders bevorzugt von 0,4 bis 2,0 Gew.-% an Verdickern bzw. Geliermitteln.
An antimikrobiellen Wirkstoffen kommen Cetyltrimethylammoniumchlorid, Cetyl- pyridiniumchlorid, Benzethoniumchlorid, Diisobutylethoxyethyldimethylbenzyl- ammoniumchlorid, Natrium-N-Laurylsarcosinat, Natrium-N-Palmethylsarcosinat, Lauroylsarcosin, N-Myristoylglycin, Kalium-N-Laurylsarcosin,
Trimethylammoniumchlorid, Natriumaluminiumchlorohydroxylactat, Triethylcitrat, Tricetylmethylammoniumchlorid, 2,4,4'-Trichloro-2'-hydroxydiphenylether
(Triclosan), Phenoxyethanol, 1 ,5-Pentandiol, 1 ,6-Hexandiol,
3,4,4'-Trichlorocarbanilid (Triclocarban), Diaminoalkylamid, beispielsweise
L-Lysinhexadecylamid, Citratschwermetallsalze, Salicylate, Piroctose,
insbesondere Zinksalze, Pyrithione und deren Schwermetallsalze, insbesondere Zinkpyrithion, Zinkphenolsulfat, Farnesol, Ketoconazol, Oxiconazol, Bifonazole, Butoconazole, Cloconazole, Clotrimazole, Econazole, Enilconazole,
Fenticonazole, Isoconazole, Miconazole, Sulconazole, Tioconazole, Fluconazole, Itraconazole, Terconazole, Naftifine und Terbinafine, Selendisulfid und Octopirox, lodopropynylbutylcarbamat, Methylchloroisothiazolinon, Methylisothiazolinon, Methyldibromo Glutaronitril, AgCI, Chloroxylenol, Na-Salz von
Diethylhexylsulfosuccinat, Natriumbenzoat, sowie Phenoxyethanol, Benzylalkohol, Phenoxyisopropanol, Parabene, bevorzugt Butyl-, Ethyl-, Methyl- und
Propylparaben, sowie deren Na-Salze, Pentandiol, 1 ,2-Octandiol, 2-Bromo-2- Nitropropan-1 ,3-diol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Benzylalkohol, Sorbinsäure,
Benzoesäure, Milchsäure, Imidazolidinylharnstoff, Diazolidinylharnstoff,
Dimethyloldimethylhydantoin (DMDMH), Na-Salz von Hydroxymethylglycinat, Hydroxyethylglycin der Sorbinsäure und Kombinationen dieser Wirksubstanzen zum Einsatz.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen enthalten die antimikrobiellen Wirkstoffe bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,001 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,01 bis 3,0 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 2,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die fertigen Zusammensetzungen.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen können des Weiteren biogene Wirkstoffe ausgewählt aus Pflanzenextrakten, wie beispielsweise Aloe Vera, sowie Lokalanästhetika, Antibiotika, Antiphlogistika, Antiallergika, Corticosteroide,
Sebostatika, Bisabolol®, Allantoin®, Phytantriol®, Proteine, Vitamine ausgewählt aus Niacin, Biotin, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B3 Derivaten (Salzen, Säuren, Estern, Amiden, Alkoholen), Vitamin C und Vitamin C Derivaten (Salzen, Säuren, Estern, Amiden, Alkoholen), bevorzugt als Natriumsalz des Monophosphorsäureesters der Ascorbinsäure oder als Magnesiumsalz des
Phosphorsäureesters der Ascorbinsäure, Tocopherol und Tocopherolacetat, sowie Vitamin E und/oder dessen Derivate enthalten.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen können biogene Wirkstoffe bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,001 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,01 bis 3,0 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 2,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die fertigen Zusammensetzungen, enthalten.
Als feuchtigkeitsspendende Substanz stehen beispielsweise Isopropylpalmitat, Glycerin Glyceryl Glucoside und/oder Sorbitol zu Verfügung.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen sind vorzugsweise auf einen pH Wert im Bereich von 2 bis 12, bevorzugt im Bereich von 3 bis 9, besonders bevorzugt von 4 bis 6, eingestellt.
Als Säuren oder Laugen zur pH-Wert Einstellung werden vorzugsweise
Mineralsäuren, insbesondere HCl, anorganische Basen, insbesondere NaOH oder KOH, oder organische Säuren, insbesondere Zitronensäure oder Milchsäure, verwendet.
Weiterhin können die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen Ölkörper enthalten. Die Ölkörper können vorteilhafterweise ausgewählt werden aus den Gruppen der Triglyceride, natürliche und synthetische Fettkörper, vorzugsweise Ester von Fettsäuren mit Alkoholen niedriger C-Zahl, z.B. mit Isopropanol,
Propylenglycol oder Glycerin, oder Ester von Fettalkoholen mit Alkansäuren niedriger C-Zahl oder mit Fettsäuren oder aus der Gruppe der Alkylbenzoate, sowie natürliche oder synthetische Kohlenwasserstofföle.
In Betracht kommen Triglyceride von linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten, gegebenenfalls hydroxylierten, C8-C3o-Fettsäuren, insbesondere pflanzliche Öle, wie Sonnenblumen-, Mais-, Soja-, Reis-, Jojoba-, Babusscu-, Kürbis-, Traubenkern-, Sesam-, Walnuss-, Aprikosen-, Orangen-, Weizenkeim-, Pfirsichkern-, Makadamia-, Avocado-, Süßmandel-, Wiesenschaumkraut-,
Ricinusöl, Olivenöl, Erdnussöl, Rapsöl und Kokosnussöl, sowie synthetische Triglyceridöle, z.B. das Handelsprodukt Myritol® 318. Auch gehärtete Triglyceride sind erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt. Auch Öle tierischen Ursprungs, beispielweise Rindertalg, Perhydrosqualen, Lanolin können eingesetzt werden.
Eine weitere Klasse von bevorzugten Ölkörpern sind die Benzoesäureester von linearen oder verzweigten C8-22-Alkanolen, z.B. die Handelsprodukte Finsolv® SB (Isostearylbenzoat), Finsolv® TN (Ci2-Ci5-Alkylbenzoat) und Finsolv® EB
(Ethylhexylbenzoat).
Eine weitere Klasse von bevorzugten Ölkörpern sind die Dialkylether mit
insgesamt 12 bis 36 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere mit 12 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie z.B. Di-n-octylether (Cetiol® OE), Di-n-nonylether, Di-n- decylether, Di-n-undecylether, Di-n-dodecylether, n-Hexyl-n-octylether, n-Octyl-n- decylether, n-Decyl-n-undecylether, n-Undecyl-n-dodecylether und n-Hexyl-n-
Undecylether, Di-3-ethyldecylether, tert.-Butyl-n-octylether, iso-Pentyl-n-octylether und 2-Methyl-pentyl-n-octylether sowie Di-tert.-butylether und Di-iso-pentylether.
Eine weitere Klasse von bevorzugten Ölkörpern sind
Hydroxycarbonsäurealkylester. Bevorzugte Hydroxycarbonsäurealkylester sind Vollester der Glykolsäure, Milchsäure, Apfelsäure, Weinsäure oder Zitronensäure. Weitere grundsätzlich geeignete Ester der Hydroxycarbonsäuren sind Ester der ß-Hydroxypropionsäure, der Tartronsäure, der D-Gluconsäure, Zuckersäure, Schleimsäure oder Glucuronsäure. Als Alkoholkomponente dieser Ester eignen sich primäre, lineare oder verzweigte aliphatische Alkohole mit 8 bis 22 C-Atomen. Dabei sind die Ester von Ci2-Ci5-Fettalkoholen besonders bevorzugt. Ester dieses Typs sind im Handel erhältlich, z.B. unter dem Handelsnamen Cosmacol® der EniChem, Augusta Industriale.
Eine weitere Klasse von bevorzugten Ölkörpern sind Dicarbonsäureester von linearen oder verzweigten C2-Ci0-Alkanolen, wie Di-n-butyladipat (Cetiol® B), Di-(2-ethylhexyl)-adipat und Di-(2-ethylhexyl)-succinat sowie Diolester wie Ethylenglykol-dioleat, Ethylenglykoldiisotridecanoat, Propylenglycol-di-(2- ethylhexanoat), Propylenglycoldiisostearat, Propylenglycol-di-pelargonat,
Butandiol-di-isostearat und Neopentylglycoldicaprylat sowie Diisotridecylacelaat.
Ebenso bevorzugte Ölkörper sind symmetrische, unsymmetrische oder cyclische Ester der Kohlensäure mit Fettalkoholen, Glycerincarbonat oder
Dicaprylylcarbonat (Cetiol® CC).
Eine weitere Klasse von bevorzugten Ölkörpern sind die Ester von Dimeren ungesättigter Ci2-C22-Fettsäuren (Dimerfettsäuren) mit einwertigen linearen, verzweigten oder cyclischen C2-Ci8-Alkanolen oder mit mehrwertig linearen oder verzweigten C2-C6-Alkanolen.
Eine weitere Klasse von bevorzugten Ölkörpern sind Kohlenwasserstofföle, zum Beispiel solche mit linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten C7-C4o-Kohlenstoffketten, beispielsweise Vaseline, Dodecan, Isododecan, Cholesterol, Lanolin, synthetische Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Polyolefine,
insbesondere Polyisobuten, hydriertes Polyisobuten, Polydecan, sowie
Hexadecan, Isohexadecan, Paraffinöle, Isoparaffinöle, z.B. die Handelsprodukte der Permethyl®-Serie, Squalan, Squalen, und alicyclische Kohlenwasserstoffe, z.B. das Handelsprodukt 1 ,3-Di-(2-ethyl-hexyl)-cyclohexan (Cetiol® S), Ozokerit, und Ceresin.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung kann des Weiteren Silikonöle bzw. -wachse enthalten. An Silikonölen bzw. -wachsen stehen vorzugsweise zur Verfügung Dimethylpolysiloxane und Cyclomethicone, Polydialkylsiloxane
R3SiO(R2SiO)xSiR3, wobei R für Methyl oder Ethyl, besonders bevorzugt für Methyl, steht und x für eine Zahl von 2 bis 500 steht, beispielsweise die unter den Handelsnamen VICASIL (General Electric Company), DOW CORNING 200,
DOW CORNING 225, DOW CORNING 200 (Dow Corning Corporation), erhältlichen Dimethicone, sowie die unter SilCare® Silicone 41 M65, SilCare® Silicone 41 M70, SilCare® Silicone 41 M80 (Clariant) erhältlichen Dimethicone, Stearyldimethylpolysiloxan, C2o-C24-Alkyl-dimethylpolysiloxan, C24-C28-Ikyl- dimethylpolysiloxan, aber auch die unter SilCare® Silicone 41 M40, SilCare®
Silicone 41 M50 (Clariant) erhältlichen Methicone, weiterhin Trimethylsiloxysilicate [(CH2)3SiO)i/2]x[SiO2]y, wobei x für eine Zahl von 1 bis 500 und y für eine Zahl von 1 bis 500 steht, Dimethiconole R3SiO[R2SiO]xSiR2OH und
HOR2SiO[R2SiO]xSiR2OH, wobei R für Methyl oder Ethyl und x für eine Zahl bis zu 500 steht, Polyalkylarylsiloxane, beispielsweise die unter den
Handelsbezeichnungen SF 1075 METHYLPHENYL FLUID (General Electric Company) und 556 COSMETIC GRADE PHENYL TRIMETHICONE FLUID
(Dow Corning Corporation) erhältlichen Polymethylphenylsiloxane,
Polydiarylsiloxane, Silikonharze, cyclische Silikone und amino-, fettsäure-, alkohol- , polyether-, epoxy-, fluor- und/oder alkylmodifizierte Silikonverbindungen, sowie Polyethersiloxan-Copolymere.
Besonders bevorzugt ist eine erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung jedoch frei von Silikonen.
Des Weiteren können die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen Filmbildner enthalten, die je nach Anwendungszweck ausgewählt sind aus Salzen der
Phenylbenzimidazolsulfonsäure, wasserlöslichen Polyurethanen, beispielsweise C-i o-Polycarbamylpolyglycerylester, Polyvinylalkohol,
Polyvinylpyrrolidoncopolymeren wie PVP/Hexandecene oder PVP/Eicosene
Copolymer, beispielsweise Vinylpyrrolidon/Vinylacetatcopolymer, wasserlöslichen Acrylsäurepolymeren/Copolymeren bzw. deren Estern oder Salzen, beispielsweise Partialestercopolymere der Acryl/Methacrylsäure und Polyethylenglykolethern von Fettalkoholen, wie Acrylat/Steareth-20-Methacrylat Copolymer, wasserlöslicher Cellulose, beispielsweise Hydroxymethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose,
Hydroxypropylcellulose, wasserlöslichen Quaterniums, Polyquaterniums,
Carboxyvinyl-Polymeren, wie Carbomere und deren Salze, Polysacchariden, beispielsweise Polydextrose und Glucan, Vinylacetat/Crotonat, beispielsweise
unter dem Handelsnamen Aristoflex® A 60 (Clariant) erhältlich, sowie polymeren Aminoxiden, beispielsweise unter den Handelsnamen Diaformer Z-711 , 712, 731 , 751 erhältliche Vertreter. Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen können einen oder mehrere
Filmbildner in Mengen von 0,1 bis 10,0 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 0,2 bis
5,0 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt von 0,5 bis 3,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die fertigen Zusammensetzungen, enthalten. Weiterhin kann eine erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung auch
Überfettungsmittel enthalten. Als Überfettungsmittel können vorzugsweise Lanolin und Lecithin, nicht ethoxylierte und polyethoxylierte oder acylierte Lanolin- und Lecithinderivate, Polyolfettsäureester, Mono-, Di- und Triglyceride und/oder Fettsäurealkanolamide, wobei die letzteren gleichzeitig als Schaumstabilisatoren dienen, verwendet werden, die bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,01 bis 10,0 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 5,0 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt von 0,5 bis 3,0 Gew.-% eingesetzt werden.
Erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzungen können auch perlglanzgebende
Komponenten aufweisen. Als perlglanzgebende Komponente bevorzugt geeignet sind Fettsäuremonoalkanolamide, Fettsäuredialkanolamide, Monoester oder Diester von Alkylenglykolen, insbesondere Ethylenglykol und/oder Propylenglykol oder dessen Oligomere, mit höheren Fettsäuren, wie z.B. Palmitinsäure,
Stearinsäure und Behensäure, Monoester oder Polyester von Glycerin mit
Carbonsäuren, Fettsäuren und deren Metallsalze, Ketosulfone oder Gemische der genannten Verbindungen. Besonders bevorzugt sind Ethylenglykoldistearate und/oder Polyethylenglykol-distearate mit durchschnittlich 3 Glykoleinheiten.
Sofern die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen perlglanzgebende
Verbindungen enthalten, sind diese bevorzugt in einer Menge von 0,1 bis
15,0 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt in einer Menge von 1 ,0 bis 10,0 Gew.-% enthalten.
Der Gesamtanteil an weiteren Additiven als Komponente G in den
erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen beträgt bevorzugt von 1 ,0 bis
25,0 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt von 2,0 bis 20,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die
Zusammensetzung.
Besonders bevorzugt enthält die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung keine kationischen Polymere und/oder kationischen Tenside.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält die Zusammensetzung keine Silikone.
Vorzugsweise enthalten die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen:
- 0,1-5,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an Komponente A,
- 0,1-5,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an Komponente B,
- 5,0-20,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an Komponente C,
- 0-10,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an Komponente D.
Besonders bevorzugt enthalten die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen:
- 0,2-1 ,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an Komponente A,
- 0,2-1 ,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an Komponente B,
- 8,0-15,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an Komponente C, - 1 ,0-5,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an Komponente D.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält eine erfindungsgemäße
Zusammensetzung:
mindestens ein N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin der Formel (I), wobei RaCO einen
C16-Acylrest bedeutet,
mindestens ein N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin der Formel (I), wobei RaCO einen
C18-Acylrest bedeutet,
mindestens einen Monoalkohol als Fettalkohol, insbesondere Cetylakohol, mindestens ein Laurylethersulfat, insbesondere Natriumlaurylethersulfat, als anionisches Tensid,
mindestens ein Betain-Tensid, insbesondere Cocoamidopropylbetain,
kein Silikon, kein kationisches Tensid und kein kationisches Polymer.
Vorzugsweise handelt es sich bei den erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen um Haarwaschmittel für fettiges Haar, trockenes Haar, strapaziertes Haar, schuppiges Haar, um ein Colorshampoo, Babyshampoo oder Sportshampoo.
Weiterhin ist Gegenstand der Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Behandlung und Pflege der Haare mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung. Bei dem
erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren werden die Haare mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung in Berührung gebracht. Die Zusammensetzung kann dabei als „Rinse-off"- oder„Leave-on"-Produkt eingesetzt werden.
Ferner ist Gegenstand der Erfindung die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung zur Verbesserung des Schaumverhaltens beispielsweise eines Haarwaschmittels und/oder zur Verbesserung des Konditioniereffekts von Haaren.
Des Weiteren ist Gegenstand der Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren werden die Komponenten A, B, C, F und gegebenenfalls die Komponenten D, E und/oder G miteinander in Kontakt gebracht.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele dienen der Erläuterung der Erfindung, ohne sie jedoch darauf einzuschränken.
Beispiele
Die im Folgenden beschriebenen N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine wurden nach
EP 0 550 637 aus den korrespondierenden Fettsäuremethylestern und
N-Acylglucamid in Gegenwart von 1 ,2 Propylenglykol als Lösemittel hergestellt und als Feststoff bestehend aus Aktivsubstanz, d.h. N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin, und 1 ,2 Propylenglykol erhalten (alle Angaben in Gew.-%).

Der Schmelzpunkt wurde mittels einer Kofler-Heizbank bestimmt.
Die folgenden Testformulierungen wurden hergestellt, die Prozentzahlen geben den Gehalt an Aktivsubstanz in Massen-% bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung an. In der nachfolgenden Tabelle sind jeweils nur die Tenside erwähnt. Testformulierungen:
Natriumlaurylethersulfat (SLES), 2 EO
(Genapol LRO liq., Clariant) 8,0 oder 9,0 %
Cocamidopropylbetain (CAPB), (Genagen CAB 818, Clariant) 3,0 oder 3,5 % C12/14 Glucamin nach Herstellbeispiel 1
(90 % in 1 ,2 Propylenglykol) oder
C 6/18 Glucamin nach Herstellbeispiel 2
(80 % in 1 ,2 Propylenglykol) 0; 0,5 oder 1 ,0 %
Cetylalcohol (Lanette 16, BASF) 0 oder 0.5 %
Polyquaternium - 7 (SalCare Super 7, BASF) 0,2 %
Natriumbenzoat 0, 1 %
Natriumsalicylat 0, 1 %
Parfüm 0,5 %
pH = 5,0
Die Zusammensetzungen wurden als Haarwaschmittel in einem Testpanel (5, Personen, Homeusetest) bewertet. Hierbei wurde das Profil der jeweiligen Zusammensetzung gegenüber dem Standard (Beispiel 1) bewertet: - = negativ, O = befriedigend, + = gut, ++ = sehr gut und zusätzlich des kriptiv beschrieben (Tabelle 2).
Die Viskositäten wurden mit einem Brookfield-Viskosimeter Model DV II, den Spindeln aus dem Spindelset RV bei 20 Umdrehungen / Minute und 20 °C gemessen. Es werden die Spindeln 1 bis 7 aus dem Spindelset RV verwendet. Unter diesen Messbedingungen wird Spindel 1 für Viskositäten von maximal 500 mPa*s, Spindel 2 für Viskositäten von maximal 1 000 mPa«s, Spindel 3 für Viskositäten von maximal 5 000 mPa»s, Spindel 4 für Viskositäten von maximal 10 000 mPa*s, Spindel 5 für Viskositäten von maximal 20 000 mPa»s, Spindel 6 für Viskositäten von maximal 50 000 mPa*s und Spindel 7 für Viskositäten von maximal 200 000 mPa»s gewählt.
Tabelle 2: Testergebnisse
Wie aus der sensorischen Bewertung der erfindungsgemäßem Formulierung (Beispiel 3) hervorgeht, zeigen die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen einerseits verbessertes Schaumverhalten andererseits auch einen verbesserten Konditioniereffekt sowohl im nassen als auch im trockenen Zustand, nicht nur im Vergleich zu einem Standard SLES/Betain (Beispiel 1) sondern auch zu einem SLES/Betain/Fettalkohol (Beispiel 4) enthaltenden Haarwaschmittel.
Zusätzlich ist erkennbar, dass N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine nach Herstellbeispiel 2 die Viskosität bei 40 °C erhöhen und die Stabilität bei hohen Temperaturen
verbessern. N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamine nach Herstellbeispiel 2 führen zudem zu einem starken Konditioniereffekt (Krafft-Punkt von > 50 °C) und erhöhen die Cremigkeit des Schaumes bereits bei einem Gehalt von weniger als 1 Gew.%.
Eine Mischung aus einem N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin nach Herstellbeispiel 2 und Cetylalkohol (Beispiel 3) ist eine Möglichkeit für eine preiswerte,
perlglanzgebende, konditionierende Komponente in Haarwaschmitteln, die zu einem hervorragenden Schaum und hoher Viskosität bei 40 °C führt. Eine derartige Mischung kann auch in einem 2 in 1 Schampoo, das frei von
Polyquaternium-Verbindungen und silikonfrei ist, eingesetzt werden.
Claims
Patentansprüche
1. Zusammensetzung, enthaltend:
- mindestens ein N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin als Komponente A,
- mindestens einen Fettalkohol als Komponente B,
- mindestens ein anionisches Tensid als Komponente C,
- gegebenenfalls mindestens ein Betain-Tensid als Komponente D,
- gegebenenfalls mindestens ein weiteres Tensid als Komponente E,
- Wasser als Komponente F,
- gegebenenfalls mindestens ein weiteres Additiv als Komponente G.
2. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 , wobei das mindestens eine N-Alkyl- N-Acylglucamin ein N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin der Formel (I) ist,
(I) wobei in der Formel (I)
RaCO einen linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten C6-C22- Acylrest und Rb einen Ci-C4 Alkylrest bedeutet.
3. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, wobei Rb einen Methylrest bedeutet.
4. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, wobei RaCO einen Ci6-Ci8-Acylrest bedeutet.
5. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei der Rest RaCO von Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Ölsäure oder Linolensäure abgeleitet ist.
6. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, wobei das mindestens eine N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin eine Mischung ist, aus
- mindestens einem N-Alkyl-N-Acylamin der Formel (I), wobei RaCO einen C-i6-Acylrest bedeutet, und
- mindestens einem N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin der Formel (I), wobei RaCO einen C-is-Acylrest bedeutet.
7. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, wobei RaCO einen Ci2-Ci4-Acylrest bedeutet.
8. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die
Zusammensetzung ein Alkylsulfat und/oder ein Alkylethersulfat als anionisches Tensid enthält.
9. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die
Zusammensetzung ein Alkylsulfat und/oder ein Alkylethersulfat als anionisches Tensid und ein Betaintensid enthält. 0. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die
Zusammensetzung ein lineares C8-C2o-Alkylsulfat und/oder ein lineares C8-C2o- Alkylethersulfat als anionisches Tensid enthält.
11. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Zusammensetzung Laurylsulfat und/oder ein Laurylethersulfat als anionisches Tensid enthält.
12. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 11 , wobei die Zusammensetzung Natriumlaurylethersulfat als anionisches Tensid enthält.
13. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei die Zusammensetzung ein Acylamidopropylbetain oder ein Alkylbetain als
Komponente D enthält.
14. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 13, wobei die Zusammensetzung Cocoamidopropylbetain als Komponente D enthält.
15. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei der mindestens eine Fettalkohol ein C-|6-C22 Fettalkohol ist oder eine Mischung hieraus. 16. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, wobei der mindestens eine Fettalkohol ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Cetylalkohol, Stearylalkohol, Behenylalkohol und einer Mischung hieraus.
17. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, wobei der mindestens eine Fettalkohol ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus
Cetylalkohol, Stearylalkohol und einer Mischung hieraus.
18. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, wobei das
Verhältnis N-Alkyl-N-Acylglucamin : Fettalkohol von 20:80 bis 80:20 ist.
19. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, wobei die mindestens eine Komponente G ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Konservierungsmitteln, Duftstoffen, Farbstoffen, Tensiden, kationischen
Polymeren, Verdickungs- und Geliermitteln, Pigmenten, antimikrobiellen und biogenen Wirkstoffen, feuchtigkeitsspendenden Mitteln, Stabilisatoren, Säuren und Laugen.
20. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, mit der Maßgabe, dass die Zusammensetzung keine kationischen Polymere und/oder kationischen Tenside enthält.
2 . Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, mit der Maßgabe, dass die Zusammensetzung keine Silikone enthält. 22. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21 enthaltend:
0,1-5,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an Komponente A, vorzugsweise 0,2-1 ,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an
Komponente A,
0,1-5,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an Komponente B, vorzugsweise 0,2-1 ,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an
Komponente B,
5,0-20,0 Gew.% bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung an Komponente C, vorzugsweise 8,0- 5,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an
Komponente C,
0-10,0 Gew.% bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung an Komponente D,
vorzugsweise 1 ,0-5,0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, an
Komponente D.
23. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22 in Form eines Haarwaschmittels für fettiges Haar, trockenes Haar, strapaziertes Haar, schuppiges Haar, eines Colorshampoos, Babyshampoos oder Sportshampoos. 24. Verfahren zur Pflege der Haare, wobei man die Haare mit einer
Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22 in Berührung bringt.
25. Verwendung der Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22 zur Verbesserung des Schaumverhaltens und/oder zur Verbesserung des
Konditioniereffekts.
26. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, wobei die Komponenten A, B, C, F und gegebenenfalls D, E, G miteinander in Kontakt gebracht werden.
