Claims (15)
- Verrou sur chant pouvant être actionné automatiquement,
comprenant un rail de fixation (4) servant à la fixation du verrou sur chant dans ou sur un battant de porte,
comprenant un mécanisme d'actionnement (5) et
comprenant un boulon de verrouillage (6),
dans lequel le mécanisme d'actionnement (5) comporte un élément de déclenchement (50) servant au déplacement automatique du boulon de verrouillage (6) à partir d'une position initiale dans une position de verrouillage et un ressort de rappel (55) servant au rappel du boulon de verrouillage (6) de la position de verrouillage à la position initiale,
le verrou sur chant présentant une fonction de contournement automatique, laquelle contourne automatiquement le mécanisme d'actionnement en cas de défaut d'alignement du boulon de verrouillage (6), afin d'empêcher un abaissement complet du boulon de verrouillage (6) dans la position de verrouillage, dans lequel le boulon de verrouillage (6) présente un axe médian longitudinal (a),
caractérisé
en ce que le mécanisme d'actionnement comprend un élément de déplacement (52), sur lequel le boulon de verrouillage (6) repose par un élément d'entraînement (8), le boulon de verrouillage (6) pouvant être amené à la position de verrouillage par mouvement de l'élément de déplacement (52) et l'élément de déplacement (52) pouvant être amené à la position initiale, conjointement avec l'élément d'entraînement en appui (8) et le boulon de verrouillage (6), au moyen du ressort de rappel (55),
en ce que l'élément de déplacement (52) est déplaçable par rapport au boulon de verrouillage (6) et à l'élément d'entraînement (8) dans la direction de l'axe médian longitudinal (a) et en ce que le contournement s'effectue grâce à cette mobilité. - Verrou sur chant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de déplacement (52) forme une surface d'appui, laquelle est traversée par le boulon de verrouillage (6) de manière déplaçable et sur laquelle repose l'élément de déplacement (8).
- Verrou sur chant selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le boulon de verrouillage (6) traverse de manière déplaçable une ouverture traversante (522) de l'élément de déplacement (52).
- Verrou sur chant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le ressort de rappel (55) est un ressort de compression et dans lequel l'élément de déplacement (52) presse sur le ressort de rappel (55).
- Verrou sur chant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'élément de déplacement (52) est réalisé en forme de U et comprend une branche supérieure et une branche inférieure (520, 521) et dans lequel la branche inférieure (521) s'applique de manière glissante contre une surface de butée (43) du rail de fixation (4) et dans lequel la branche supérieure (520) est réalisée de manière plus longue que la branche inférieure (521) et est traversée par le boulon de verrouillage (6) de manière déplaçable.
- Verrou sur chant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le mécanisme d'actionnement (5) comprend un levier à genouillère (51) doté d'un premier bras et d'un deuxième bras relié de manière pivotante au premier bras, dans lequel le premier bras est doté de l'élément de déclenchement (50), lequel fait saillie au-delà du rail de fixation (4), et dans lequel le deuxième bras est relié fonctionnellement à l'élément de déplacement (52).
- Verrou sur chant selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le rail de fixation (4) comprend une plaque avant (40) servant à l'appui sur ou dans un battant de porte et dans lequel le boulon de verrouillage (6) est disposé de manière espacée par rapport à cette plaque avant (40) de telle sorte que le levier à genouillère (51) se trouve entre l'axe médian longitudinal (a) du boulon de verrouillage (6) et la plaque avant (40).
- Verrou sur chant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le ressort de rappel (55) est disposé de manière espacée par rapport à l'axe médian longitudinal (a).
- Verrou sur chant selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le rail de fixation (4) comprend une plaque avant (40) servant à l'appui sur ou dans un battant de porte et dans lequel le ressort de rappel (55) est disposé entre la plaque avant (40) et le boulon de verrouillage (6).
- Verrou sur chant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel un ressort de transmission de force (7) est présent, lequel agit par une première extrémité sur le boulon de verrouillage (6) et agit par une deuxième extrémité sur l'élément de déplacement (52).
- Verrou sur chant selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le ressort de transmission de force (7) entoure le boulon de verrouillage (6), dans lequel le ressort de transmission de force (7) s'applique, par une première extrémité, contre l'élément de déplacement (52) sur un côté de celui-ci opposé à l'élément d'entraînement (8) et repose, par une deuxième extrémité, sur une surface d'appui (71) entourant le boulon de verrouillage et reliée fixement à celui-ci.
- Boulon de verrouillage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le rail de fixation (4) comprend un premier élément de guidage (46) et dans lequel l'élément d'entraînement (8) comprend un deuxième élément de guidage (80), lequel est en prise avec le premier élément de guidage (46), et dans lequel le boulon de verrouillage (6) est déplaçable de manière rectiligne le long de son axe médian longitudinal (a) au moyen de ces deux éléments de guidage (46, 80) en cas de contournement du mécanisme d'actionnement.
- Système d'étanchéité de porte comprenant un joint d'étanchéité de porte et un verrou sur chant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, dans lequel le joint d'étanchéité de porte comprend un logement de joint d'étanchéité (1) et un élément d'étanchéité (2) et dans lequel le logement de joint d'étanchéité (1) ainsi que l'élément d'étanchéité (2) comprennent une ouverture de passage (10, 20) pour le passage du boulon de verrouillage (6).
- Système d'étanchéité de porte selon la revendication 13, dans lequel le joint d'étanchéité de porte comprend un rail porteur (3), dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité (2) est disposé sur ce rail porteur (3) et dans lequel le rail porteur (3) peut être, conjointement avec l'élément d'étanchéité (2), abaissé et soulevé automatiquement par rapport au logement de joint d'étanchéité (1).
- Système d'étanchéité de porte selon la revendication 14, dans lequel l'abaissement et le soulèvement de l'élément d'étanchéité (2) sont indépendants de l'actionnement du boulon de verrouillage (6).
