Claims (12)

  1. Sitz, insbesondere ein Bürositz, aufweisend eine Sitzfläche (2) und eine etwa senkrechte Rückenlehne (1), die mit einem Fußgestell (3) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der vordere, zur Rückenlehne (1) distale Teil der Sitzfläche (2) auf dem Fußgestell (3) mittels einer Drehzapfenverbindung (6) gemäß einer zum Schnittpunkt der Ebenen der Rückenlehne (1) und der Sitzfläche (2) etwa parallelen Achse montiert ist,
    - die Rückenlehne (1) mit der Sitzfläche (2) mittels eines flexiblen Verbindungsteils (4) verbunden ist, das einen zur Sitzfläche (2) parallelen Abschnitt hat und am Fußgestell (3) in der Nähe der Drehzapfenverbindung (6) der Sitzfläche (2) im Hinblick auf eine Drehbewegung des Verbindungsteils (4) durch elastische Verformung um eine zur Drehachse der Sitzfläche (2) benachbarte und parallele Achse befestigt ist,
    - der hintere, zur Rückenlehne (1) proximale Teil der Sitzfläche (2) auf dem Verbindungsteil (4) mittels eines vertikalen Kopplungselements (5) ruht, dessen oberes Ende an der Sitzfläche (2) befestigt ist und dessen unteres Ende auf dem Verbindungsteil (4) ruht.
  2. Sitz nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Verbindungsteil (4) einen ersten Abschnitt (4a) umfasst, der an der Rückseite der Rückenlehne (1) befestigt ist, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (4b) des flexiblen Verbindungsteils (4) zur Sitzfläche (2) parallel ist und am Fußgestell (3) befestigt ist und mit der unteren Fläche der Sitzfläche (2) verbunden ist, wobei der zwischen dem ersten Abschnitt und dem zweiten Abschnitt gebildete Winkel imstande ist, in Abhängigkeit von der von einem Benutzer auf die Rückenlehne (1) ausgeübten Druckkraft zu schwanken.
  3. Sitz nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Verbindungsteil (4) aus mindestens einer flexiblen L-förmigen Zunge besteht, deren beide Schenkel den jeweiligen beiden Abschnitten (4a, 4b) entsprechen.
  4. Sitz nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende des ersten Abschnitts (4a) an der Rückseite der Rückenlehne (1) befestigt ist, das freie Ende des zweiten Abschnitts (4b) an einem zum Fußgestell (3) gehörenden Querträger befestigt ist und der mittige Teil des zweiten Abschnitts (4b) mit der Rückseite der Sitzfläche (2) mit Hilfe von zwei Kopplungsstiften (5) befestigt ist.
  5. Sitz nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Verbindungsteil (4) aus einer einzigen zentralen flexiblen Zunge besteht, die in der mittleren vertikalen Ebene des Sitzes angeordnet ist.
  6. Sitz nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Verbindungsteil (4) aus zwei seitlichen flexiblen Zungen besteht, die beiderseits der mittleren vertikalen Ebene des Sitzes angeordnet sind.
  7. Sitz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Abschnitt (4a) des flexiblen Verbindungsteils (4) aus einem Rahmen in U-Form besteht, der den unteren Teil der Rückenlehne (1) umrahmt, und der zweite Abschnitt (4b) aus einer Platte besteht, die sich unter der Sitzfläche (2) erstreckt, deren vorderes Ende an einem zum Fußgestell (3) gehörenden Querträger (3a) befestigt ist und der mittige Teil mit der Rückseite der Sitzfläche (2) mit Hilfe von zwei Kopplungsstiften (5) befestigt ist, wobei der Rahmen Befestigungsmittel an der Platte aufweist.
  8. Sitz nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel des Rahmens an der Platte aus einer horizontalen Befestigungslasche (7) bestehen, die über dem hinteren Ende der Platte zum Aufliegen kommt, wobei die Befestigung beispielsweise durch Schrauben erfolgt.
  9. Sitz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Abschnitt (4a) des flexiblen Verbindungsteils (4) aus einem gerundeten Streifen besteht, der die Rückseite der Rückenlehne (1) umschlingt, über seitliche Stangen (3b) läuft, die zum Fußgestell (3) gehören, und den zweiten Abschnitt (4b) erreichen, der aus einer Platte besteht, die sich unter der Sitzfläche (2) erstreckt und deren vorderes Ende an einem zum Fußgestell (3) gehörenden Querträger (3a) befestigt ist, wobei ein Funktionsspiel das Drehen der Sitzfläche (2) erlaubt, das zwischen dem Streifen (4a) und den seitlichen Stangen (3b) vorgesehen ist, wobei diese die Aufgabe eines Anschlags erfüllen, der das Drehen der Sitzfläche (2) begrenzt.

  12. Sitz nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Verbindungsteils (4) mit der Rückenlehne (1) und dem Fußgestell (3) mittels einer Befestigung von Typ Schraube und Mutter fest verbunden ist.
