Description

The present invention relates to a knit fabric in the form of a double-knit fabric or knitted fabric.

Such substances are well known. They are used for different purposes. They usually have an upper and a lower textile side, which are spaced apart to form a gap. For this purpose, it is known to provide spacer threads which span the intermediate space.

For example, in the AT362042 discloses inserting a false twist textured yarn into the gap by means of a weft yarn guide which, after a thermal treatment, tensions the gap and leads to raised portions on the upper and lower textile sides.

The EP 2530195 discloses to use a foamer-jacketed yarn as a fill yarn and to place it in the space and to irreversibly expand this casing by thermal treatment, thereby causing an increase in the upper and lower sides of the fabric.

Die EP 2775 017 stellt sich der Aufgabe einen schnittschutzsicheren Maschenstoff herzustellen, in dem Schnittschutzfäden aus speziellen MaterialienThe EP 2775 017 the task is to produce a cut-resistant mesh fabric in the cut protection threads made of special materials

(UHMWPE und LCP Material) als Füllfäden in den Zwischenraum eingelegt werden.(UHMWPE and LCP material) are inserted as filler threads in the gap.

The EP 2354282 describes a knit fabric having a high temperature insulation and a particularly attractive pattern in that a filling weft is inserted into a gap and the upper and lower textile side is made of multi-component yarn. In this case, a certain yarn material content of the multi-component yarn has a low melting temperature point. After a thermal treatment of the mesh material, these fractions enter into a cohesive connection in these areas with the other components of the mesh fabric.

The object of the present invention is to develop a knit fabric in the form of a double-surface knitted fabric in such a way that the air conditioning or the climate compensation is improved, in particular a high moisture absorption and dissipation through the fabric and at the same time a high air permeability through the fabric is given. This is particularly advantageous for direct or indirect body contact, for example, when used as a reference fabrics on sitting or lying surfaces.

The problem is solved by a mesh fabric according to claim 1 and a process for the preparation according to claim 15. Advantageous developments are given in claims 2 to 14.

The object is achieved according to claim 1 by a knit fabric in the form of a double-faced knitted fabric or knitted fabric with an upper and lower textile side, which are spaced apart to form a gap and with repeating in the longitudinal direction of the fabric or fabric first and second sections , wherein in each case at least one insert part, in particular filling thread, is introduced in the first section and in each case at least one spacer thread spanning and spanning the gap is provided in the second section.

By means of such a substance, a particularly good absorption of moisture with simultaneously high air permeability can be ensured and thus a particularly advantageous air conditioning and moisture removal, in particular during direct or indirect body contact, take place. In this case, the first section is designed, in particular, to absorb moisture, and the second section is suitable in particular for allowing ventilation.

It is not just a simple combination of different types of fabrics, but just the special arrangement of the sections ensures a particularly good result.

With regard to the arrangement of the first and second sections, many possibilities are conceivable. In particular, however, it is preferred for manufacturing reasons to arrange them alternately transversely to the longitudinal direction of the material, ie transversely to the direction in which the material grows in the production, in particular adjacent to each other, in particular without interposition of other areas or sections.

Such a fabric may for example be produced on a knitting machine, in particular a circular knitting machine, in that a first group of systems generates the first sections and a second group of system generates the second sections.

With particular advantage, therefore, the first and second sections are arranged adjacent to each other. This means that no further regions are arranged in between and, in particular always alternately, first and second, first and second, first and second sections, etc. alternate. Such an alternating sequence can be selected in the longitudinal direction of the material or transversely to the longitudinal direction of the material.

The individual sections are in the plan view of the upper or lower side in particular rectangular. The individual first and / or second sections are in the plan view of the upper or lower side in particular formed so that their extension in a first direction, in particular perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the material, at least by a factor of 10, in particular at least 100 different from the extension in the direction perpendicular to the first direction. The extension of the first and / or second sections in the first direction is in particular at least a factor of 10, in particular at least 20, smaller than the extent of the mesh in the direction in which the first and second sections alternate. The extent of the first and / or second sections in the direction perpendicular to the first direction is in particular identical to the extent of the mesh in the direction perpendicular to the first direction.

As a result, row-shaped sections which are arranged adjacent to one another generally result.

In particular, at least 5, in particular at least 10, first sections and at least 5, in particular at least 10, second sections are provided over the extent of the mesh material in the direction in which the first and second sections alternate.

In particular, the sections are each provided with over in the direction perpendicular to the first direction direction constant extent in the first direction. If the sections are arranged alternately in the longitudinal direction of the material, then in particular their respective width transversely to the longitudinal direction of the material over the fabric is advantageously constant. If the sections are each arranged alternately transversely to the longitudinal direction of the material, their respective width in the longitudinal direction of the material is advantageously constant over the fabric. With particular advantage, the width of the sections is significantly smaller, especially chosen smaller than the fabric length. In particular, the widths of the sections are chosen smaller than 10% of the fabric width.

With particular advantage, all the first sections have a first width and all second sections have a second width, wherein this width is given in particular transversely to the longitudinal direction of the material, in particular if the sections alternate alternately transversely to the longitudinal direction of the material. The latitudes can also be in Material longitudinal direction be given, in particular when alternating the sections in the longitudinal direction of the material alternately.

With particular advantage, the first width is equal to the second width selected and thus have the sections all an identical width. Usually, their length is also identical, since this extends over the entire length or width of the substance and thus is identical for cuboidal fabric dimensions. With particular advantage, the first and / or second width is selected with 2 - 15 mm. Such section widths have proven to be particularly advantageous in terms of moisture absorption and ventilation. In such fabric widths a sufficient width of each section is selected to perform the function particularly reliable and effective and is also given a local moisture absorption and ventilation in all places particularly reliable.

With particular advantage, the maximum thickness of the mesh fabric with 2 - 15 mm is selected. With particular advantage, the minimum thickness of the mesh fabric with 2 - 15 mm is selected. Such thicknesses of the mesh fabric have proven to be particularly advantageous for the fulfillment of the desired functionalities.

However, according to the invention, the thickness of the mesh is not constant. According to the invention, the height of the knit fabric at the first sections is chosen differently from the height of the knit fabric at the second sections. Increasing or decreasing thicknesses then usually result in the edge regions of the sections that are adjacent to other sections.

Such alternating maximum and minimum thicknesses of the sections have proven to be particularly advantageous and further promote the desired properties of the mesh.

According to the invention, the thickness of the first section is chosen larger than that of the second section. With particular advantage, all first sections have a first thickness and all second sections have a second thickness. Here can each also between a first minimum thickness and a first maximum thickness of the first portion and a second minimum thickness and a second maximum thickness of the second portions are distinguished. Because the thickness is usually not constant over the width of the section, since at least in the edge regions of the sections which are adjacent to other sections, usually resulting in increasing or decreasing thicknesses.

The sections will thus not have a constant height over their extension in the first direction, at different section thicknesses of the first section and the second section, as the fabrics are somewhat flexible and thus in the transition region an increasing or decreasing thickness will be given. Thus, in particular, the minimum thickness of the first portion is chosen to be greater than the maximum thickness of the second portion.

With particular advantage, the respective thicknesses in the direction transverse to the first direction, in particular over the lengths of the sections, but constant.

With particular advantage, the intermediate space has a minimum and / or maximum height of 1 to 13 mm. Such thicknesses have proven to be particularly advantageous. On the one hand, maximum thicknesses are optimally not to be exceeded in order to ensure particularly good ventilation and, on the other hand, not too small minimum thicknesses are advantageous in order to ensure particularly efficient absorption of moisture, in particular via the insert. With particular advantage, therefore, minimum heights of the gap of at least 3 mm are particularly preferred.

With particular advantage, the at least one insert part, in particular designed as a filling thread, completely fills the height of the intermediate space and / or the extent of the first section in the first direction, in particular the width of the first section. By such a complete filling a special stability and a high moisture absorption capacity at a given height of the gap or width of the first section is ensured.

The features stated in relation to a first and / or second section are fulfilled, in particular with regard to at least half of the first or half of the second sections, in particular all first and second sections. In particular, all first sections are identical and all second sections are identical.

All first sections thus have at least one filling thread and all second sections at least one spacer thread.

With particular advantage, the at least one filling thread of each first section, which is not a section arranged at the edge of the fabric, adjoins the at least one spacer thread of the respectively adjacent second section on both sides. By such an immediate delimitation of the spacer thread adjacent second sections a particularly stable guidance of the filling thread is given. In particular, the marginal sections, in particular if there is no spacer thread in the first section and no thread extending between the upper and lower sides and anchored in the sides, are second sections. Peripheral sections exist especially at two edges of the mesh. The third and fourth edges are formed in particular by alternating first and second section ends. By such a choice of marginal sections a leaching of the filling thread is avoided. For the filling thread is preferably not connected to the upper or lower side and / or in particular not to the spacer threads. Rather, it is preferably located loosely in the intermediate space and is only limited in its free movement by adjacent elements, in particular upper side and lower side, and spacer threads of adjacent second sections.

The filling thread can then, in particular if it completely fills the width of the first section, ie the width between the adjacent spacer threads, and optionally also completely fills the height of the intermediate section of the first section, and thus is largely in its position and extent fixed. This requires a high stability and high moisture absorption capacity.

According to the invention, the extent of the filling thread in the direction of the height of the intermediate space is chosen to be greater than the height of the intermediate space in the second section. This results in an alternating height in the direction of the alternating sequence of the sections. As a result, a particularly efficient moisture absorption and ventilation can be ensured. This is due, for example, to the fact that the lower sections can ensure particularly effective ventilation since they are generally less pressurized when a person is sitting or lying on a mesh fabric according to the invention, for example. In such a situation, the first sections which drop out in their height generally form a stronger contact with the person and can thus absorb moisture in a particularly efficient manner. Also, a wiping effect is achieved in movements of the person, which further promotes the moisture absorption ability.

With particular advantage, the mesh has a weight of 100-800 g / m 2 . Such training has proven to be particularly advantageous for fulfilling the desired functionalities.

With particular advantage, no spacer thread and no thread anchored in the upper and / or lower side are provided in the first section. This results in that the filling thread, for example, is not penetrated by a spacer thread. This simplifies the production and allows a free choice of the filling thread and a special flexibility also in height in the area of the first sections of the knit fabric. However, it is also conceivable to provide spacer threads likewise in the first section and, for example, to arrange the at least one filling thread between the individual spacer threads in the first section and / or to penetrate the at least one filling thread with spacer threads.

According to the invention, the second sections have a width of 15-40 stitches. With particular advantage, the first sections have a width of 15-40 stitches. This has proved to be particularly advantageous for ensuring the desired functionalities.

With particular advantage, the at least one spacer thread is a monofilament and / or the at least one spacer thread is made of polyester. The at least one spacer thread advantageously has a thickness of 0.01 to 5 mm.

With particular advantage, the upper side is formed in particular of Lyocel and / or spun threads and / or the lower side is formed of polyester and / or formed from at least one multifilament. With particular advantage, the insert yarn is made of polyester and / or at least one bulky multifilament.

The knit fabric according to the invention can come in particular for use as a cover, for example mattress cover, automotive interior trim, seat cover or be used as bedding. Also automobile seats can be formed or related to it. In such applications, the advantages of the knit fabric can be particularly effective.

The object is achieved by a method for producing a double-surface knitted or knitted fabric with an upper (1) and lower (2) textile side, which are spaced apart to form a gap, with repeating in longitudinal or transverse longitudinal direction first and second sections in which a knitting machine, in particular a circular knitting machine, comprising a plurality of systems is used and a first set of systems forms the first sections and a second set of systems form the second sections, wherein in each first section (7) at least one insert part (3) is introduced, and in the second portions (8) at least one of the gap (6) spanning and spanning spacer thread (4) is formed, the extent of the filling thread in the direction of the height of the intermediate space is greater than the height of the intermediate space in a second section.
