Claims (18)

  1. Schachtel aus Karton zum Aufnehmen von Lebensmitteln, wobei die Schachtel (4) in ein Tablett umwandelbar ist, wobei die Schachtel (4) einschließt
    - einen Deckelteil (6), der in einer Schachtelposition der Schachtel (4) einen Teil eines oberen Teils (64) der Schachtel (4) bildet,
    - einen unteren Teil (14), der in der Schachtelposition der Schachtel (4) einen Teil eines unteren Teils (66) der Schachtel (4) bildet,
    - einen Rückwandteil (10), der in der Schachtelposition der Schachtel eine Rückwand davon bildet,
    wobei der Rückwandteil (10) an dem unteren Teil (6) und dem Deckelteil (14) angelenkt ist,
    wobei entlang eines Umfangs des Deckelteils (6) und des unteren Teils (14) Seitenwandteile (18, 18', 22, 22', 26, 30) bereitgestellt sind, die relativ zu dem zugeordneten Deckelteil (6) bzw. dem unteren Teil (14) sind und in der Schachtelposition der Schachtel (4) eine senkrechte oder im Wesentlichen senkrechte Position aufweisen,
    wobei die ersten Seitenwandteile (18, 18'), die dem Deckelteil (6) zugeordnet sind, mit den zweiten Seitenwandteilen (22, 22') verbunden sind, die dem unteren Teil (14) über ein jeweiliges klappenartiges Scharnierelement (36) zugeordnet sind, und
    wobei das jeweilige Scharnierelement (36) mit Faltlinien (40, 44, 48, 50) ausgeführt und versehen ist, so dass:
    - sich in der Tablettposition das Scharnierelement (36) in einer länglichen Position befindet, die die zugeordneten ersten und zweiten Seitenwandteile (18, 22; 18', 22') in einem Abstand verbindet, wobei der Deckelteil (6), der Rückwandteil (10) und der untere Teil (14) in derselben Ebene oder im Wesentlichen in derselben Ebene angeordnet sind, die eine durchgehende Tablettoberfläche bilden, und
    - in der Schachtelposition das Scharnierelement (36) entlang der Faltlinien (40, 44, 48, 50) zum Rückwandteil (10) gefaltet ist, wobei der Deckelteil (6) und der untere Teil (14) parallel sind oder im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander und senkrecht oder im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem Rückwandteil (10) sind, wobei sich der jeweilige erste Seitenwandteil (18, 18') neben dem zugeordneten zweiten Seitenwandteil (22, 22') befindet;
    wobei das jeweilige Scharnierelement (36) einen mittleren Klappenteil (38) umfasst, zu dem entlang einer ersten Klappenfaltlinie (40) ein erster äußerer Klappenteil (42) und entlang einer zweiten Klappenfaltlinie (44) ein zweiter äußerer Klappenteil (46) angelenkt ist,
    wobei der erste äußere Klappenteil (42) über eine dritte Klappenfaltlinie (48) an dem zugeordneten ersten Seitenwandteil (18) angelenkt ist und wobei der zweite äußere Klappenteil (46) an dem zweiten Seitenwandteil (22) über eine vierte Klappenfaltlinie (50) angelenkt ist, wobei der erste äußere Klappenteil (42) in Bezug auf den zweiten äußeren Klappenteil (46) unterschiedlich groß ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Klappenfaltlinie (48) einen spitzen Winkel mit einer Faltlinie (8) zwischen dem Rückwandteil (10) und dem Deckelteil (6) bildet, wobei die dritte Klappenfaltlinie (48) zum mittleren Klappenteil (38) geneigt ist und/oder die vierte Klappenfaltlinie (50) und eine Faltlinie (12) zwischen dem Rückwandteil (10) und dem unteren Teil (14) einen spitzen Winkel bilden, wobei die vierte Klappenfaltlinie (50) zum mittleren Klappenteil (38) hin geneigt ist, wobei der mittlere Klappenteil (38) entlang einer Symmetrieachse, die parallel zu den Faltlinien (8, 12) ist, zwischen dem unteren Teil (14) und dem Rückwandteil (10) bzw. zwischen dem Deckelteil (6) und dem Rückwandteil (10) leicht asymmetrisch ist.
  2. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, wobei in der Schachtelposition das Scharnierelement (36) entlang der Faltlinien (40, 44, 48, 50) nach innen zum Rückwandteil (10) gefaltet ist.
  3. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste äußere Klappenteil (42) und ein zweiter äußerer Klappenteil (46) jeweils eine dreieckige Form aufweisen.
  4. Schachtel nach Anspruch 3, wobei ein Dreieck, das den jeweiligen äußeren Klappenteil (42, 46) definiert, ein spitzes Dreieck ist.
  5. Schachtel nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Dreieck zwei längere Seiten und eine kürzere Seite einschließt.
  6. Schachtel nach Anspruch 4, wobei an dem ersten äußeren Klappenteil (42), der dem ersten Seitenwandteil (18) zugeordnet ist, die längeren Seiten des Dreiecks die dritte Klappenfaltlinie (48) am zugeordneten ersten Seitenwandteil (18) und die erste Klappenfaltlinie (40) am mittleren Klappenteil (38) bilden, wobei die kürzere Seite des Dreiecks einen freien Rand des ersten äußeren Klappenteils (42) definiert.
  7. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, wobei an dem äußeren Klappenteil (46), der dem zweiten Seitenwandteil (22) zugeordnet ist, die längeren Seiten des Dreiecks die vierte Klappenfaltlinie (50) an dem zugeordneten zweiten Seitenwandteil (22) und die zweite Klappenfaltlinie (44) am mittleren Klappenteil (38) bilden, wobei die kürzere Seite des Dreiecks einen freien Rand des zweiten äußeren Klappenteils (46) definiert.
  8. Schachtel nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Klappenfaltlinien (40, 48; 44, 50) einem äußeren Klappenteil (42, 46) zugeordnet sind, die einen spitzen Winkel bilden.
  9. Schachtel nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der mittlere Klappenteil (38) durch einen dreieckigen Ausschnitt (52) vom Rückwandteil (10) getrennt ist.
  10. Schachtel nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein dritter Seitenwandteil (26) an dem Deckelteil (6) angelenkt ist, wobei der dritte Seitenwandteil (26) an seinen Enden, insbesondere mittels mindestens einer Klebelasche (32), mit dem ersten Seitenwandteil (18, 18') verbunden ist.
  11. Schachtel nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein vierter Seitenwandteil (30) an dem unteren Teil (14) angelenkt ist, wobei der vierte Seitenwandteil (30) an seinen Enden, insbesondere mittels mindestens einer Klebelasche (32), mit dem zweiten Seitenwandteil (22, 22') verbunden ist.
  12. Schachtel nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei Befestigungsmittel zum lösbaren Befestigen der Schachtel (4) in der Schachtelposition bereitgestellt sind.
  13. Schachtel nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Befestigungsmittel mindestens eine Klemmlasche (56; 60, 60') einschließen, die an dem dritten Seitenwandteil (26) oder dem vierten Seitenwandteil (30) angeordnet ist, wobei die Klemmlasche (56; 60, 60') in der Schachtelposition in einen Klemmausschnitt (58; 62, 62') eingreift, der sich am anderen Seitenwandteil (30; 26) befindet.
  14. Schachtel nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der obere Teil (46) der Schachtel (4), der durch den Deckelteil (6) mit dem zugeordneten Seitenwandteil (18, 18') gebildet ist, relativ zu einem unteren Teil (66), der durch den unteren Teil (14) und den zugeordneten Seitenwandteil (22, 22') gebildet ist, derart bemessen ist, dass in der Schachtelposition der obere Teil (46) den unteren Teil (66) überlappt.
  15. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 10 bis 14, wobei die Asymmetrie des mittleren Klappenteils (38) gewählt ist und die äußeren Klappenteile (42, 46) relativ zueinander derart bemessen sind, dass der obere Teil (64) der Schachtel (4) den unteren Teil (66) der Schachtel (4) überlappt, wenn der obere Teil (64) von der Tablettposition in die Schachtelposition bewegt wird.
  16. Schachtel nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Teile der Schachtel (4) aus einem einstückigen Kartonzuschnitt (2) gebildet sind.
  17. Kartonzuschnitt (2) zur Herstellung einer Schachtel (4) nach Anspruch 1 bis 16, wobei der Kartonzuschnitt im zusammengebauten Zustand umfasst:
    - einen Deckelteil (6), der in einer Schachtelposition der Schachtel (4) einen Teil eines oberen Teils (64) der Schachtel (4) bildet,
    - einen unteren Teil (14), der in der Schachtelposition der Schachtel (4) einen Teil eines unteren Teils (66) der Schachtel (4) bildet,
    - einen Rückwandteil (10), der in der Schachtelposition der Schachtel eine Rückwand davon bildet,
    wobei der Rückwandteil (10) an dem unteren Teil (6) und dem Deckelteil (14) angelenkt ist,
    wobei entlang eines Umfangs des Deckelteils (6) und des unteren Teils (14) Seitenwandteile (18, 18', 22, 22', 26, 30) bereitgestellt sind, die relativ zu dem zugeordneten Deckelteil (6) bzw. dem unteren Teil (14) sind und in der Schachtelposition der Schachtel (4) eine senkrechte oder im Wesentlichen senkrechte Position aufweisen,
    wobei die ersten Seitenwandteile (18, 18'), die dem Deckelteil (6) zugeordnet sind, mit den zweiten Seitenwandteilen (22, 22') verbunden sind, die dem unteren Teil (14) über ein jeweiliges klappenartiges Scharnierelement (36) zugeordnet sind, und
    wobei das jeweilige Scharnierelement (36) mit Faltlinien (40, 44, 48, 50) ausgeführt und versehen ist, so dass:
    - sich in der Tablettposition das Scharnierelement (36) in einer länglichen Position befindet, die die zugeordneten ersten und zweiten Seitenwandteile (18, 22; 18', 22') in einem Abstand verbindet, wobei der Deckelteil (6), der Rückwandteil (10) und der untere Teil (14) in derselben Ebene oder im Wesentlichen in derselben Ebene angeordnet sind, die eine durchgehende Tablettoberfläche bilden, und
    - in der Schachtelposition das Scharnierelement (36) entlang der Faltlinien (40, 44, 48, 50) zum Rückwandteil (10) gefaltet ist, wobei der Deckelteil (6) und der untere Teil (14) parallel sind oder im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander und senkrecht oder im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem Rückwandteil (10) sind, wobei sich der jeweilige erste Seitenwandteil (18, 18') neben dem zugeordneten zweiten Seitenwandteil (22, 22') befindet;
    wobei das jeweilige Scharnierelement (36) einen mittleren Klappenteil (38) umfasst, zu dem entlang einer ersten Klappenfaltlinie (40) ein erster äußerer Klappenteil (42) und entlang einer zweiten Klappenfaltlinie (44) ein zweiter äußerer Klappenteil (46) angelenkt ist,
    wobei der erste äußere Klappenteil (42) über eine dritte Klappenfaltlinie (48) an dem zugeordneten ersten Seitenwandteil (18) angelenkt ist und wobei der zweite äußere Klappenteil (46) an dem zweiten Seitenwandteil (22) über eine vierte Klappenfaltlinie (50) angelenkt ist, wobei der erste äußere Klappenteil (42) in Bezug auf den zweiten äußeren Klappenteil (46) unterschiedlich groß ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Klappenfaltlinie (48) einen spitzen Winkel mit einer Faltlinie (8) zwischen dem Rückwandteil (10) und dem Deckelteil (6) bildet,
