Claims (13)

  1. Paroi de véhicule, entourant entièrement ou partiellement sur la circonférence un espace de transport pour passagers ou autres d'un véhicule, de préférence un wagon ferroviaire, la paroi de véhicule comprenant :
    (a) une structure de coque de paroi (10) dotée d'une ouverture (11), de préférence une ouverture de fenêtre ou de porte,
    (b) et une membrure de rigidité (1) agencée d'un côté de l'ouverture (11) près de l'ouverture (11),
    (c) dans laquelle la membrure de rigidité (1) comporte une coque de membrure (2), concave par rapport à la structure de coque de paroi (10), dotée d'une région de jointement (3),
    (d) la coque de membrure (2) est jointe à la structure de coque de paroi (10) dans la région de jointement (3)
    (e) et forme un espace vide avec la structure de coque de paroi (10),
    (f) et dans laquelle la membrure de rigidité (1), de préférence la coque de membrure (2), s'étend sur au moins la hauteur de l'ouverture (11) mesurée le long du côté de l'ouverture (11)
    (g) et est jointe à la structure de coque de paroi (10) dans au moins une région de jointement supérieure et au moins une région de jointement inférieure écartée de la région de jointement supérieure, afin de renforcer la structure de coque de paroi (10),
    caractérisée en ce que
    (h) la membrure de rigidité (1) est formée d'une tôle organique faite de résine thermoplastique renforcée de fibres sans fin, et
    (i) la membrure de rigidité est une pièce renforcée de fibres en continu dotée d'une structure de fibres sans fin avec un contenu volumique en fibres de 50 % à 70 %.
  2. Paroi de véhicule selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle la région de jointement supérieure est agencée en dessous d'une région de surface supérieure de la structure de coque de paroi (10) et la région de jointement inférieure est agencée au-dessus d'une région de surface inférieure de la structure de coque de paroi (10).
  3. Paroi de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la membrure de rigidité (1) comporte une nervure de rigidité (4), laquelle est moulée avec la membrure de rigidité (1) ou est jointe avec la coque de membrure (2), de préférence sur une face intérieure (1a) de la membrure de rigidité (1).
  4. Paroi de véhicule selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle la membrure de rigidité (1) / la coque de membrure (2) comporte plusieurs nervures de rigidité (4), et les ou quelques-unes de ces nervures de rigidité (4) forment des parois d'un canal d'aération (5).
  5. Paroi de véhicule selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la nervure de rigidité (4) est un corps profilé avec un profil en Z.
  6. Paroi de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la membrure de rigidité (1) comporte une face extérieure essentiellement lisse.
  7. Paroi de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la membrure de rigidité (1) comporte un élément structurel de renforcement (6), lequel est de préférence joint avec la membrure de rigidité (1).
  8. Paroi de véhicule selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle l'élément structurel de renforcement (6) est un ruban UD doté d'une orientation unidirectionnelle des fibres.
  9. Paroi de véhicule selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'élément structurel de renforcement (6) a une forme en X, en double Y ou en croix diagonale et s'étend sur la coque de membrure (2) en diagonale.
  10. Paroi de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la membrure de rigidité (1) est une pièce estampée.
  11. Paroi de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes et au moins l'un des points suivants :
    - la membrure de rigidité (1) se termine en dessous d'une région de surface supérieure de la structure de coque de paroi (10) et au-dessus d'une région de surface inférieure de la structure de coque de paroi (10) ;
    - la structure de coque de paroi (10) s'étend dans une vue en plan sur la paroi de véhicule (10) sur tous les côtés au-delà de la membrure de rigidité (1) ;
    - la membrure de rigidité (1) s'étend latéralement jusqu'au-dessus et/ou en dessous de l'ouverture (11), mais seulement sur une partie de la longueur de l'ouverture (11) ;
    - la structure de coque de paroi (10) s'étend dans la hauteur (Z) au-dessus de l'ouverture (5) vers le haut et/ou vers bas et dans la longueur (X) au-dessus et/ou en dessous de l'ouverture (5), de sorte qu'elle chevauche aussi l'ouverture (5) dans la longueur (X) ;
    - la membrure de rigidité (1) s'étend le long d'un bord latéral de l'ouverture (11) et/ou d'un bord supérieur et/ou d'un bord inférieur de l'ouverture (11) et suit de préférence le tracé du bord respectif.
  12. Paroi de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle un cadre (12) entoure le bord de l'ouverture (11) et la membrure de rigidité (1) forme au moins une partie du cadre (12), suit le tracé du cadre ou chevauche une partie du cadre (12), et la membrure de rigidité (1) est de préférence jointe au cadre (12) dans la région de chevauchement.
  13. Paroi de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la structure de coque de paroi (10) comporte une ouverture supplémentaire (11) latéralement adjacente à l'ouverture (11), de préférence une ouverture de fenêtre ou de porte supplémentaire, et la membrure de rigidité (1) est agencée entre les ouvertures.
