Description

The technical field of the invention is that structures intended to accommodate persons lying in stretchers such as wounded. Such structures can be encountered aboard ambulances in the form of a medical compartment for the transport of the wounded and the provision of first aid.

Space aboard these embedded structures is reduced and to be able to carry a maximum number of wounded while positioning them so as to make them accessible enough to treat them, it is necessary to be able to handle the stretcher with the wounded within the structure hosting them. The closest state of the art GB10655 discloses a reception structure comprising two stretcher supports. The ends of each stretcher support are fixed via a pivot connection to a connecting means.

The utility model DE202009008363 thus describes a reception structure comprising two superimposed stretcher carriers that can be moved vertically and horizontally by means of parallel rectilinear rails forming rails, rails placed along a flat wall of the structure.

Such rails have the disadvantage of not being able to best exploit the volume of the structure if it does not have a flat profile in the vicinity of the rails. Moreover, the exclusively rectilinear translational movement of the stretcher supports according to the direction of the rails does not make it possible to switch the position of the wounded to be able to make them all accessible in the same way to a medical staff located next door.

Thus, the subject of the invention is a reception structure for elongate persons, a structure comprising at least two stretcher supports movable along a circuit defined by guiding means parallel to each other, a reception structure characterized in that the ends of each stretcher support are fixed by means of a pivot connection to a connection means which is itself guided by one of the guide means, each guide means being shaped so as to form a closed circuit to allow a permutation circular stretcher stands.

According to one embodiment, each guiding means comprises at least one rail guiding the translation of the connecting means, the axis of the pivot connection remaining during this guiding parallel to a longitudinal direction of the stretcher support.

According to another embodiment, each guide means comprises pulleys and at least one flexible link guided by the pulleys, the connecting means being fixed to the flexible link, each pivot link remaining parallel to a longitudinal direction of the stretcher support.

Advantageously, the mobility of stretcher supports is provided by a motorization.

Advantageously, the stretcher supports are interconnected so that the movement of a stretcher support along the circuit formed by the guide means causes the movement of the other stretcher supports.

Advantageously, the movement of the stretcher supports relative to the guide means can be blocked.

The invention also relates to a sanitary vehicle, characterized in that it comprises at least one reception structure having one of the preceding characteristics.

Advantageously, the guide means are positioned such that the stretcher supports remain throughout their path at a minimum distance D from a vehicle wall.

Advantageously, the stretcher supports are arranged parallel to a longitudinal axis of the vehicle.

The invention will be better understood on reading the following description, description made with reference to the appended drawings, drawings in which:
  • The figure 1 represents a cross-sectional view of a vehicle comprising a reception structure according to the invention.
  • The figure 2 represents a cross-sectional view of a vehicle comprising a reception structure according to a second embodiment of the invention.
  • The figure 3 represents a partially cut away view of three quarters of a reception structure according to the invention.
  • The figure 4 represents a three-quarter detail view partially broken away of a reception structure according to the invention.

According to figure 1 a vehicle 100 with wheels 101 comprises a reception structure 1 of prismatic section disposed in a compartment of the vehicle having an enlarged portion extending above the wheels 101 and a narrower portion located between the wheels 101. The structure 1 home comprises three stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c, pod-shaped, for receiving elongated persons 3a, 3b, 3c may be injured. A transport stretcher (not shown) may be positioned in each stretcher support. It will also be possible to position the injured person directly in the stretcher support which will then be equipped with webs or layers of foam ensuring its comfort.

The stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c are parallel to each other and are oriented parallel to a longitudinal axis 103 of the vehicle 100 (vehicle axis visible at the figure 3 ).

The reception structure 1 comprises guide means 5, parallel to each other, and located at the ends of the stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c. The guide means 5 are integral with walls (not shown walls) of the host structure 1. The guide means 5 may also be attached to vehicle walls or to intermediate frames 7 such as the one visible in FIG. figure 3 and which secures the guide means 5 with the floor of the vehicle for example (only one of the two necessary frames 7 is shown in FIG. figure 3 ).

As visible to figures 1 , 2 and 4 , each stretcher support 2a, 2b, 2c comprises at each of its ends a connecting means 15 which carries a pivot connection 6 parallel to a longitudinal axis of the stretcher support 2a, 2b, 2c. Each pivot connection 6 is located above the center of gravity G of the stretcher support 2a, 2b, 2c in order to ensure the pendular stability of this support, especially when it is occupied.

According to the embodiment of the figure 1 , the guide means 5 comprise rails 8 forming a closed circuit 5a. These rails 8 are intended to guide in translation the connecting means 15 which carry the pivot links 6 throughout the circuit 5a thus formed.

The rail 8 can thus follow a curvilinear path substantially in correspondence and at a distance D from the inside wall of the vehicle so as to be able to carry a stretcher support 2a, 2b, 2c into areas of the vehicle interior having a habitability and a reduced accessibility such as in the enlarged upper part of the passenger compartment for example. The distance D between the rail 8 and the interior wall of the passenger compartment is chosen so as not to have any interference between the stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c and the internal profile of the passenger compartment throughout the course of the journey. circuit 5a formed by the rail 8 of the guide means 5.

In addition, a circular permutation of the stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c can thus be made in order to bring a stretcher support 2a, 2b, 2c chosen within reach of a staff carer 99 located in a care zone S of the passenger compartment so that it can provide care in the best ergonomic conditions and access to the injured person 3a, 3b, 3c.

It is obvious to those skilled in the art that motor means such as an engine (motor means not shown) may be added to the reception structure 1 and in particular to the guide means 5 in order to move the stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c without physical effort.

The stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c may be spaced from each other by a constant interval along the circuit 5a of the guiding means 5 so as not to cause interference between the stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c and to allow movement of a single stretcher carrier to cause movement of the same magnitude of the other stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c.

This means of constant spacing and entrainment between stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c may for example be obtained by means 30 of wedging shown, at the figure 4 , may for example comprise a series of contiguous rollers contained in each rail 8 and located between each connecting means 15 successive pivot links 6. As we see in figure 4 , the connection means 15 has cylindrical profiles cooperating with rollers 30 to allow the pivoting and rolling thereof. The connection means 15 will generally have a parallelepipedal shape and slide in the rail 8 through a suitable game.

The host structure 1 may comprise at least one locking means 9, such as a brake, preventing the permutation movement of the stretcher holders 2a, 2b, 2c during transport or care phases for example.

Each stretcher support 2a, 2b, 2c may also comprise at a connection means 15 of a pivot connection 6 an abutment means 12 preventing the stretcher brackets 2a, 2b, 2c from swinging when the permutation movement is blocked, thus allowing to stabilize the position of the injured person if his condition or if the care requires it.

Such abutment means 12 may comprise a locking rod 12 capable of sliding in a portion of a stretcher support 2a in order to be able to engage or not, depending on the user's choice, in a piercing 13 of a means. The connection means 15 will comprise a plurality of holes 13 in order to make it possible to immobilize the swaying of the stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c for different orientations of the connecting means 15 adopted during its course along the circuit 5a and relative to the stretcher support 2a. On the figure 4 only two holes 13 are shown on each connecting means 15.

According to a second embodiment illustrated in figure 2 , the guide means 5 comprises pulleys (or toothed wheels) 16 for guiding a closed flexible link 11 (such as a chain or a belt). This flexible link 11 is guided by the pulleys or the wheels and carries the connecting means 15 of the pivot links 6 and allows the simultaneous driving of all the stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c along the closed circuit 5a defined by the position of pulleys or gears 16.

Such a flexible link 11 also makes it possible to give a fixed interval between the stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c, the interval chosen here again so as to prevent interference between the stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c.

The course of the flexible links 11 between the pulleys 16 or wheels is arranged in such a way that the stretcher supports 2a, 2b, 2c can perform a permutation movement. circular between the various useful positions on board the vehicle.

Figures are shown in the home structures comprising three stretcher carriers. It is of course possible depending on the volume available to define a reception structure with a larger number of stretcher supports.

Claims (9)

  1. - A host structure (1) for lying persons, the structure (1) comprising at least two stretcher supports (2a, 2b, 2c) moveable along a circuit (5a) defined by guiding means (5) parallel to each other, the host structure (1) being characterised in that the ends of each stretcher support (2a, 2b, 2c) are attached via a pivot connection (6) to a connecting means (15) which is guided by one of the guiding means (5), each guiding means (5) being conformed so as to form a closed circuit (5a) to allow a circular permutation of the stretcher supports (2a, 2b, 2c).
  2. - The host structure (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that each guiding means (5) has at least one rail (8) which guides the translation of the connecting means (15), wherein the axis (6) of the pivot connection (6) remains, during this guiding, parallel to a longitudinal direction of the stretcher support (2a, 2b, 2c).
  3. - The host structure (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that each guiding means (5) has pulleys (16) and at least one flexible link (11) guided by the pulleys (16), the connecting means (15) being attached to the flexible link (11), each pivot connection (6) remaining parallel to a longitudinal direction of the stretcher support (2a, 2b, 2c).
  4. - The host structure (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the mobility of the stretcher supports (2a, 2b, 2c) is provided by a motorisation.
  5. - The host structure (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the stretcher supports (2a, 2b, 2c) are connected to each other so that the movement of one stretcher support (2a, 2b, 2c) along the circuit (5a) formed by the guiding means (5) causes the movement of the other stretcher supports (2a, 2b, 2c).
  6. - The host structure (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the movement of the stretcher supports (2a, 2b, 2c) with respect to the guiding means (5) can be blocked.
