Claims (9)
- Cylindre pour guider et traiter des matériaux synthétiques en forme de boudin, comprenant une enveloppe de cylindre (1) pouvant être entraînée, qui présente, à une extrémité frontale libre saillante (2), un couvercle (3) agissant vis-à-vis de l'environnement,
caractérisé en ce que
le couvercle (3) est raccordé de manière librement rotative à l'enveloppe de cylindre (1). - Cylindre selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce
qu'un support de couvercle (4) est prévu au niveau de l'extrémité frontale (2) entre l'enveloppe de cylindre (1) et le couvercle (3), lequel est raccordé fixement à l'enveloppe de cylindre (1) et lequel maintient le couvercle (3) de manière rotative. - Cylindre selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
le support de couvercle (4) présente un alésage de palier central (6) dans lequel est retenu de manière rotative un tourillon (7) et en ce que le couvercle (3) est raccordé fixement au tourillon (7). - Cylindre selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
le tourillon (7) est supporté dans le support de couvercle (4) par un ou plusieurs paliers à roulement (8.1, 8.2). - Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce
qu'un moyen de chauffage (14) est associé à l'enveloppe de cylindre (1) à l'intérieur de celle-ci et une isolation thermique (12) est associée au couvercle (3) à l'extrémité frontale (2) sur un côté intérieur (16, 17) ou un côté extérieur. - Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
le couvercle (3) est formé d'un couvercle intérieur (10) et d'un couvercle extérieur (11), le couvercle intérieur (10) et le couvercle extérieur (11) formant une isolation thermique (12). - Cylindre selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que
l'isolation thermique (14) est formée par plusieurs chambres à air (13), les chambres à air (13) étant réalisées de manière répartie uniformément à l'intérieur du couvercle (3). - Cylindre selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que
les chambres à air (13) sont réalisées par des rainures périphériques (15) au niveau d'un côté frontal (16) du couvercle intérieur (10) qui est opposé à un côté frontal fermé (17) du couvercle extérieur (11). - Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que
le couvercle extérieur (11) est formé à partir d'un matériau isolant thermique.
