Claims (14)
- Rehausse de palette (12) pour une palette (11), comprenant un premier élément (13), un deuxième élément (14) opposé au premier élément (13), un troisième élément (15) et un quatrième élément (16) opposé au troisième élément (15), où les éléments (13-16) sont reliés les uns aux autres par des articulations (17), où le premier élément (13) et le deuxième élément (14) sont dotés de pivots (18) dans une partie centrale, de sorte que la rehausse de palette (12) est repliable, où chacun des éléments (13-16) comprend un côté inférieur et un côté supérieur (21), et où le côté inférieur et le côté supérieur (21) des éléments (13-16) sont dotés de protubérances (22) et d'évidements (20), respectivement, lesquels évidements (20) sont agencés de sorte à recevoir les protubérances (22) d'une rehausse de palette adjacente dans une pile de rehausses de palette,
où
le premier élément (13) et le deuxième élément (14) comprennent des protubérances intérieures (22a) ou des parties de protubérances intérieures, et
le premier élément (13) et le deuxième élément (14) comprennent des protubérances extérieures (22b) ou des parties de protubérances extérieures, où les protubérances intérieures (22a) ou parties de protubérances intérieures sont agencées de sorte à être plus proches du pivot (18) que ne le sont les protubérances extérieures (22b) ou les parties de protubérances extérieures, où une hauteur des protubérances extérieures (22b) ou des parties de protubérances extérieures est totalement ou partiellement inférieure à une hauteur des protubérances intérieures (22a) ou des parties de protubérances intérieures,
caractérisée en ce que
la hauteur des protubérances extérieures (22b) ou parties de protubérances extérieures est conçue de sorte que les protubérances extérieures (22b) sont désengagées des évidements correspondants (20) d'une rehausse de palette adjacente lorsque le troisième élément (15) de la rehausse de palette (12) est soulevé d'une rehausse de palette sous-jacente en désengageant les protubérances intérieures (22a) des évidements correspondant aux protubérances intérieures (22a) alors que le quatrième élément (16) engage de manière simultanée la rehausse de palette sous-jacente, de sorte que la rehausse de palette (12) est repliable lorsque le quatrième élément (16) engage la rehausse de palette sous-jacente. - Rehausse de palette selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle une hauteur des protubérances extérieures est totalement ou partiellement inférieure à une hauteur des protubérances intérieures (22a).
- Rehausse de palette selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle une hauteur des protubérances extérieures (22b) est totalement ou partiellement inférieure à 20 mm.
- Rehausse de palette selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans laquelle chaque élément parmi le premier élément (13) et le deuxième élément (14) comprend une première protubérance intérieure, une deuxième protubérance intérieure, une première protubérance extérieure et une deuxième protubérance extérieure, où la première protubérance intérieure et la deuxième protubérance intérieure sont agencées sur des côtés opposés du pivot, où la première protubérance intérieure est agencée entre le pivot (18) et la première protubérance extérieure, et où la deuxième protubérance intérieure est agencée entre le pivot (18) et la deuxième protubérance extérieure.
- Rehausse de palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, dans laquelle les protubérances extérieures (22b) sont agencées selon une hauteur qui est plus petite dans une direction vers l'articulation la plus proche (17) que dans une direction vers le pivot (18).
- Rehausse de palette selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle une extrémité libre des protubérances extérieures (22b) est inclinée de sorte qu'une droite imaginaire s'étendant le long de l'extrémité libre est tangente à un coin extérieur d'une extrémité libre de la protubérance intérieure la plus proche (22a).
- Rehausse de palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle une hauteur des protubérances intérieures (22a) et une hauteur des protubérances (22) des troisième et quatrième éléments (15, 16) sont supérieures à 20 mm.
- Rehausse de palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle une épaisseur des protubérances (22) est effilée.
- Rehausse de palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les articulations (17) sont agencées de telle sorte qu'une longueur des troisième et quatrième éléments (15, 16), dans la position repliée de la rehausse de palette (12), correspond à une distance entre des côtés extérieurs des premier et deuxième éléments (13, 14) dans la position non repliée de la rehausse de palette.
- Support de marchandises (10) comprenant une palette (11) et une pluralité de rehausses de palette empilées (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
- Support de marchandises selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la palette (11) est agencée avec des rainures continues (23) destinées à recevoir les protubérances (22) d'une rehausse de palette (12) agencée au fond.
- Support de marchandises selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la palette (11) est agencée avec des évidements correspondant aux protubérances (22).
- Procédé de démontage d'une rehausse de palette (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 d'un support de marchandises (10) présentant une palette (11) et une pluralité de rehausses de palette (12) empilées les unes sur les autres, comprenant les étapes consistant àa) faire pivoter la rehausse de palette (12) en soulevant le troisième élément (15) de la rehausse de palette (12) de la rehausse de palette sous-jacente tout en gardant le quatrième élément (16) relié à la rehausse de palette sous-jacente,b) grâce audit pivotement de la rehausse de palette (12), désengager les protubérances intérieures (22a) des premier et deuxième éléments (13, 14) des évidements (20) de la rehausse de palette sous-jacente,c) replier la rehausse de palette (12) en ramenant le troisième élément (15) vers le quatrième élément (16) alors le quatrième élément (16) est relié à la rehausse de palette sous-jacente, etd) après l'étape c, retirer la rehausse de palette repliée (12) du support de marchandises (10) afin de la démonter.
- Procédé de montage d'une rehausse de palette (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 d'un support de marchandises (10) présentant une palette (11) et une pluralité de rehausses de palette (12) empilées les unes sur les autres, comprenant les étapes consistant àa) positionner le quatrième élément (16) d'une rehausse de palette repliée (12) sur une rehausse de palette sous-jacente et relier le quatrième élément (16) à celle-ci au moyen des protubérances (22) et des évidements (20),b) déplier partiellement la rehausse de palette (12) en écartant le troisième élément (15) du quatrième élément (16),c) faire pivoter la rehausse de palette (12) en soulevant le troisième élément (15) de la rehausse de palette (12) tout en gardant le quatrième élément (16) relié à la rehausse de palette sous-jacente, et grâce audit pivotement, élever les protubérances (22a, 22b) des premier et deuxième éléments (13, 14) au-dessus de la rehausse de palette sous-jacente,d) déplier la rehausse de palette (12) entièrement et aligner ainsi les protubérances (22) des premier, deuxième et troisième éléments (13-15) avec les évidements correspondants (20), ete) faire pivoter la rehausse de palette (12) en ramenant le troisième élément (15) en engagement avec la rehausse de palette sous-jacente et insérer ainsi les protubérances (22) des premier, deuxième et troisième éléments (13-15) avec les évidements correspondants (20) de la rehausse de palette sous-jacente.
