Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fluidfördersystem für ein Fluid, aufweisend ein Niederdruckfördersystem mit einer Niederdruckpumpe und ein Hochdruckfördersystem mit einer Hochdruckpumpe, die über eine Verbindungsleitung verbunden sind, und wobei das Fluidfördersystem einen Druckdämpfer aufweist.
- Ein derartiges Fluidfördersystem ist aus der
US 2010/212639 A1 bekannt. Dieses Fluidfördersystem ist als Kraftstofffördersystem eines Common-Rail-Einspritzsystems für eine Brennkraftmaschine ausgebildet. Das Kraftstofffördersystem weist ein Niederdruckfördersystem mit einer Niederdruckpumpe und ein Hochdruckfördersystem mit einer Hochdruckpumpe auf. Dabei sind die beiden Systeme über eine Verbindungsleitung miteinander verbunden. Weiterhin weist das Fluidfördersystem einen hydraulischen Druckdämpfer auf, der in dem Niederdruckfördersystem angeordnet ist. Der Druckdämpfer weist einen in einem Zylinder angeordneten und von einer Druckfeder kraftbeaufschlagten Kolben auf. Die Druckfeder ist in einem Druckfederraum angeordnet und dem Druckfederraum liegt kolbenseitig ein Dämpferraum gegenüber. Der Dämpferraum ist über eine Dämpferzuleitung mit der Verbindungsleitung verbunden und der Druckfederraum ist über eine Druckfederraumleitung mit der Verbindungsleitung verbunden. In der Dämpferzuleitung und der Druckfederraumleitung ist jeweils ein zu diesem Raum hin öffnendes Rückschlagventil angeordnet, das bei Überschreiten eines vorgegebenen Drucks in der Verbindungsleitung öffnet. Wenn das in der Dämpferzuleitung angeordnete Rückschlagventil geöffnet ist wird der Kolben gegen die Kraft der Druckfeder zum Druckfederraum hin verschoben. Bei Druckverringerung in der Verbindungsleitung bewegt sich der Kolben durch die Druckfeder bewirkt in den Dämpferraum wobei der Druckfederraum über das in der Druckfederraumleitung angeordnete geöffnete Rückschlagventil mit Fluid befüllt wird. Der Druckfederraum ist somit ständig mit Fluid befüllt. Der Kolben weist durchgehende Öffnungen auf, durch die der Druckfederraum und der Dämpferraum miteinander verbunden sind. Hierdurch ist das Dämpfungsverhalten des hydraulischen Druckdämpfers festgelegt. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Fluidfördersystem mit einem hydraulischen Druckdämpfer mit verbessertem Dämpfungsverhalten bereitzustellen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst, worin die Druckfederraumleitung ein zu dem Druckfederraum schließendes Rückschlagventil und/oder eine Drossel aufweist, so dass bei Bewegung des Kolbens in Richtung des Dämpferraums durch die Entspannung im Druckfederraum durch Ausscheidung aus dem Fluid Dampf entsteht.
- Infolge der Mengenwellen und/oder der Druckwellen wird durch in den Dämpferraum einströmendes Fluid der Kolben gegen die Kraft der Druckfeder in Richtung des Druckfederraums verdrängt, wodurch eine Dämpfung der Mengenwelle beziehungsweise der Druckwelle in dem Dämpferraum und somit auch in der Verbindungsleitung und den in der Verbindungleitung eingebauten Bauteilen erfolgt. Anschließend an die Druckwelle beziehungsweise Druckwelle bewegt die Druckfeder und der in dem Druckfederraum herrschende (Fluid)-Druck den Kolben in Richtung des Dämpferraums, während sich in dem vergrößernden Druckfederraum der Druck auf den konstanten Dampfdruck, der beispielsweise zumindest angenähert dem Atmosphärendruck entsprechen kann, absenkt. Durch diese Entspannung entsteht durch Ausscheidung aus dem Fluid Dampf, der ein anderes Kompressionsverhalten als das Fluid aufweist und die Mengenwellen beziehungsweise Druckwellen wirkungsvoll dämpft. Bei der Abstimmung des Systems ist die Druckfeder so ausgelegt, dass diese (zusammen mit dem in dem Druckfederraum herrschenden Druck) den Kolben schneller in Richtung des Dämpferraums zurückdrückt, als die nächste Mengenwelle des Fluids den Dämpferraum erreicht und den Kolben wieder in Richtung des Druckfederraums drückt. Durch diese Entspannung in dem Druckfederraum entsteht Dampf in dem Druckfederraum, der bei der nächsten Mengenwelle das gewünschte Dämpfungsverhalten bewirkt. Eine an dem Kolben in dem Druckfederraum vorbei strömende Leckage ist im Verhältnis zu dem Volumen in dem Druckfederraum gering und daher für die Dampfbildung nicht relevant. Eine Mengenwelle, welche durch die Verbindungsleitung eilt, erzeugt durch Leitungsverluste oder eine optionale Drossel einen Differenzdruck ΔP = P1-P2. Durch diesen Druck P1 in dem Dämpferraum wird der Kolben in dem hydraulischen Dämpfer gegen die Druckfeder und den Atmosphärendruck entgegen der Kraftrichtung der Druckfeder gedrückt, bis der durch die vorherige Entspannung in dem Druckfederraum erzeugte Dampf wieder in Flüssigkeit übergeht. Durch die Kompression der Flüssigkeit steigt der Druck in dem Druckfederraum an, so dass das Rückschlagventil öffnet und das Fluid, im Wesentlichen die Leckage, in die Druckfederraumleitung gedrängt wird. Der gleiche Effekt stellt sich beim Vorhandensein einer Abflussdrossel in der Druckfederraumleitung ein. Dieser dynamische Vorgang stellt sicher, dass der Druckfederraum nicht allmählich vollkommen von Leckage aufgefüllt wird. Eine Abflussdrossel kann insbesondere dann verwendet werden, wenn der Rücklaufdruck gering ist und sehr nahe dem Dampfdruck des Fluids ist und wenn die Druckpulsationen, also die Mengenwellen und/oder die Druckwellen, sehr hochfrequent sind.
- In Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist die Verbindungsleitung zwischen der Dämpferzuleitung und der Druckfederraumleitung eine Drossel auf. Diese Drossel ist optional und stellt sicher, dass sich die zuvor genannte Druckdifferenz ΔP einstellt.
- In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist das Fluidfördersystem ein Kraftstofffördersystem und das Fluid Kraftstoff. Wenn auch der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bei einem beliebigen Fluidfördersystem angewendet werden kann, ist die bevorzugte Anwendung bei einem Kraftstofffördersystem gegeben. Dieses Kraftstofffördersystem ist beispielsweise ein Common-Rail-Einspritzsystem, bei dem von dem Niederdruckfördersystem dem Hochdruckfördersystem zugeführter Kraftstoff von der Hochdruckpumpe in einen Hochdruckspeicher gefördert wird. Aus diesem Hochdruckspeicher entnehmen Kraftstoffinjektoren dort gespeicherten Kraftstoff zur besteuerten Einspritzung in zugeordnete Brennräume einer Brennkraftmaschine, an der das Kraftstofffördersystem verbaut ist.
- Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind der Zeichnungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen, in der in den Figuren dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung näher beschrieben sind.

Figur 1 zeigt ein als Kraftstofffördersystem ausgebildetes Fluidfördersystem für ein Common-Rail-Einspritzsystem. Das Kraftstofffördersystem weist ein Niederdruckfördersystem auf, das eine in einen Tank 1 eingebaute Niederdruckpumpe 2 mit einem Vorfilter 3 und einem Rückschlagventil 5, einen Filter 4 und eine die zuvor genannten Komponenten miteinander verbindende Verbindungsleitung in Form einer Zulaufleitung 6 aufweist. Weiterhin gehört zu dem Niederdruckfördersystem eine Verbindungsleitung in Form einer Rücklaufleitung 7, die in den Tank 1 einmündet und die zudem mit nicht dargestellten Kraftstoffinjektoren verbunden ist, um Leckagekraftstoff abzuführen. Weiterhin ist die Rücklaufleitung 7 mit dem Hochdruckfördersystem, insbesondere einer Hochdruckpumpe 8 verbunden, um von der Hochdruckpumpe 8 nicht benötigten Kraftstoff und Kraftstoff, der zu Schmierungszwecken und Kühlzwecken durch die Hochdruckpumpe gefördert wird, abzuführen. Die Hochdruckpumpe 8 weist ein schematisch dargestelltes Pumpengehäuse 9 auf, in dem ein Nockenwellenraum 10 gebildet ist. Der Nockenwellenraum 10 ist mit der Zulaufleitung 6 verbunden und weist eine in Lagern 11a, 11b gelagerte Nockenwelle 12 auf, die beispielsweise als Doppelnockenwelle ausgebildet ist. Mit der Nockenwelle 12 wirkt zumindest ein Hochdruckpumpenelement zusammen, das im Wesentlichen aus einem Rollenstößel, einem Pumpenkolben 13 und einem einstückig mit einem Pumpenzylinderkopf ausgebildeten Pumpenzylinder, der Bestandteil des Pumpengehäuses ist oder in dieses eingebaut ist, besteht. Bei einer Drehbewegung der Nockenwelle 12 wird der Pumpenkolben 13 in dem Pumpenzylinder abwechselnd auf und ab bewegt und fördert in einen Pumpenarbeitsraum 14 eingebrachten Kraftstoff über eine Hochdruckleitung 15 in einen Hochdruckspeicher 16, aus dem der dort unter hohem Druck gespeicherte Kraftstoff von den Kraftstoffinjektoren zur Einspritzung in zugeordnete Brennräume einer Brennkraftmaschine entnommen wird. - Der in den Nockenwellenraum 10 eingespeiste Kraftstoff wird von einer Zumesseinheit 17 gesteuert in den Pumpenarbeitsraum 14 eingelassen, während von der Zumesseinheit 17 beispielsweise beim Leerlauf der Brennkraftmaschine nicht dem Pumpenarbeitsraum 14 zugeführter Kraftstoff über ein Absteuerventil 18 in die Rücklaufleitung 7 abgesteuert wird. Ebenfalls mit der Rücklaufleitung 7 sind die Lager 11a, 11b verbunden, durch die aus dem Nockenwellenraum 10 insbesondere zur Schmierung der Lager 11a, 11b eine konstante Kraftstoffmenge hindurchgeführt wird.
- In die Zulaufleitung 6 und/oder die Rücklaufleitung 7 ist ein hydraulischer Druckdämpfer 19 eingebaut. Der Druckdämpfer 19 kann dabei direkt in die Zulaufleitung 6 oder die Rücklaufleitung 7 eingebaut sein, oder aber auch in das Pumpengehäuse 9 der Hochdruckpumpe 8 im Bereich der Anbindung der Zulaufleitung 6 oder der Rücklaufleitung 7 integriert sein. Ausdrücklich ist es im Rahmen der Erfindung möglich, sowohl in die Zulaufleitung 6 als auch in die Rücklaufleitung 7 jeweils einen eigenständigen hydraulischen Druckdämpfer einzubauen, oder aber entweder einen hydraulischen Druckdämpfer 19 in der Zulaufleitung 6 oder der Rücklaufleitung 7 anzuordnen.

Figur 2 zeigt ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines solchen hydraulischen Druckdämpfers 19, der hier an eine Verbindungsleitung in Form der Zulaufleitung 6 oder der Rücklaufleitung 7 angeschlossen ist. Der hydraulische Druckdämpfer 19 weist ein Dämpfungsgehäuse in Form eines Zylinders 20 auf, in den ein Kolben 21 eingesetzt ist. Der Kolben wird von einer in einem Druckfederraum 22 angeordneten Druckfeder 23 kraftbeaufschlagt und in Richtung eines Dämpferraums 24 gedrückt, der dem Druckfederraum 22 durch den Kolben 21 getrennt gegenüberliegt. Der Dämpferraum 24 ist über eine Dämpferzuleitung 25 mit der Verbindungsleitung in Form der Zulaufleitung 6 oder der Rücklaufleitung 7 an einem Abzweig 26 verbunden. - Der Druckfederraum 22 ist gegenüberliegend zu dem Kolben 21 von einem Federhalter 27 begrenzt, an dem sich die Druckfeder 23 abstützt und in den eine Druckfederraumleitung 28 eingelassen ist. Die Druckfederraumleitung 28 setzt sich aus verschiedenen Leitungsabschnitten zusammen und mündet stromabwärts des Abzweigs 26 wieder in die Verbindungsleitung in Form der Zulaufleitung 6 oder der Rücklaufleitung 7 ein. In die Druckfederraumleitung 28 ist ein Rückschlagventil 29 eingesetzt, das die Druckfederraumleitung 28 in Richtung zu dem Druckfederraum 22 absperrt. Bei einem vorgegebenen Druck in dem Druckfederraum 22 öffnet das Rückschlagventil 29 und in dem Druckfederraum 22 befindliches Fluid wird über die weiterführende Druckfederraumleitung 28 in die Verbindungsleitung abgeführt. In die Verbindungsleitung ist zwischen dem Abzweig 26 und der Einmündung der Druckfederraumleitung 28 eine Drossel 30 eingesetzt, die einen Differenzdruck ΔP = P1 - P2 an dem Abzweig 26 beziehungsweise der Einmündung der Druckfederraumleitung 28 erzeugt. Dabei steht der Druck P1 über die Dämpferzuleitung 25 in dem Dämpferraum 24 an und drückt im stationären Zustand den Kolben 21 gegen die Druckfeder 23. Im instationären Zustand treten periodisch Mengenwellen beziehungsweise Druckwellen von Kraftstoff, die insbesondere von der Hochdruckpumpe 8 erzeugt werden, über die Dämpferzuleitung 25 in den Dämpferraum 24 ein und drücken den Kolben 21 in Richtung des Druckfederraums 22 gegen die Kraft der Druckfeder 23 und dem in dem Druckfederraum 22 herrschenden Druck, der im Ruhezustand vorzugweise dem Atmosphärendruck zumindest angenähert entspricht. Dieser Zustand wird durch die Aufwärtsbewegung des Pumpenkolbens 13 bewirkt. Bei der anschließenden Abwärtsbewegung des Pumpenkolbens 13 wird aufgrund der dann nicht vorhandenen Mengenwelle der Kolben 21 von der Druckfeder 23 in Richtung des Dämpferraums 24 bewegt und der in dem Druckfederraum 22 komprimierte Kraftstoff entspannt sich unter Bildung beziehungsweise Ausscheidung von Dampf. Dieser Dampf bildet zusammen mit dem Kraftstoff unter Einbezug der Druckfeder 23 ein gewünschtes Dämpfungsverhalten des hydraulischen Druckdämpfers.
- Das Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß
Figur 2 unterscheidet sich von dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäßFigur 1 nur dadurch, dass in die Druckfederraumleitung 18 anstelle des Rückschlagventils 29 eine Abflussdrossel 31 eingesetzt ist. Die Abflussdrossel 31 beziehungsweise das Rückschlagventil 29 bewirken, dass in den Druckfederraum 22 entlang des Kolbens 21 eingedrungene Leckage kontinuierlich beziehungsweise diskontinuierlich abgeführt wird.
Claims (3)
- Fluidfördersystem für ein Fluid, aufweisend ein Niederdruckfördersystem mit einer Niederdruckpumpe (2) und ein Hochdruckfördersystem mit einer Hochdruckpumpe (8), die über eine Verbindungsleitung verbunden sind, und wobei das Fluidfördersystem einen Druckdämpfer (19) aufweist, der in dem Niederdruckfördersystem angeordnet und ein hydraulischer Druckdämpfer (19) ist, wobei der hydraulische Druckdämpfer (19) einen in einem Zylinder (20) angeordneten und von einer Druckfeder (23) kraftbeaufschlagten Kolben (21) aufweist, wobei die Druckfeder (23) in einem Druckfederraum (22) angeordnet ist und dem Druckfederraum (22) kolbenseitig ein Dämpferraum (24) gegenüberliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dämpferraum (24) über eine Dämpferzuleitung (25) mit der Verbindungsleitung verbunden ist dass der Druckfederraum (22) über eine Druckfederraumleitung (28) direkt oder indirekt mit der Verbindungsleitung stromabwärts eines Abzweigs (26) in die Dämpferzuleitung (25) verbunden ist, und dass die Druckfederraumleitung (28) ein zu dem Druckfederraum (22) schließendes Rückschlagventil (29) und/oder eine Drossel (31) aufweist, so dass bei Bewegung des Kolbens (21) in Richtung des Dämpferraums (24) durch die Entspannung im Druckfederraum (22) durch Ausscheidung aus dem Fluid Dampf entsteht.
- Fluidfördersystem nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsleitung zwischen der Dämpferzuleitung (25) und der Druckfederraumleitung (28) eine Drossel (30) aufweist. - Fluidfördersystem nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fluidfördersystem ein Kraftstofffördersystem und das Fluid Kraftstoff ist.
