Claims (13)

  1. Plate element for a fastening point in which a rail (S) provided for rail vehicles is fastened to a base (11), wherein the plate element (1) has an opening (4, 5) leading from its upper side (3) associated with the rail to be fastened to its underside (2) associated with the base (11), through which a fastening element (14, 15) for fastening the plate element (1) onto the base (11) is guided during use, which engages with an anchor fitting (12, 13) countersunk into the base (11), characterised in that a ring element (8a, 8b; 20) made from a flexibly resilient material secured in a form-, force- or material-locking fashion to the plate element (1) sits in the mouth of the opening (4, 5) associated with the base (11) .
  2. Plate element according to claim 1, characterised in that the ring element (8a, 8b; 20) is designed to be flexible in a circumferential direction.
  3. Plate element according to claim 2, characterised in that the ring element (8a, 8b; 20) has a ring opening (9), whose inside diameter is smaller than the inside diameter of the opening (4, 5) in the region (6) of the mouth in which the ring element (8a, 8b; 20) sits.
  4. Plate element according to any one of the preceding claims characterised in that the ring element (8a, 8b; 20) is flexibly resilient in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis (L) of the opening (4, 5).
  5. Plate element according to claim 4, characterised in that the ring element (8a, 8b; 20) protrudes beyond the underside (2) of the plate element (1) in an unmounted plate element (1).
  6. Plate element according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the plate element (1) is a guide plate, which has a contact surface on the face side, which rests on the side of the foot (F) of the rail (S) to be fastened during use.
  7. Plate element according any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the plate element is a base plate, which is arranged at least in sections under the foot (F) of the rail (S) to be fastened during use.
  8. Plate element according to any one of the preceding claims characterised in that the ring element (8a, 8b; 20) incorporates a sealing lip on its inner peripheral surface defining its ring opening (9).   10. Plate element according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the ring element (8a, 8b; 20) is held in the region (6) of the mouth of the opening (4, 5) in a force-locking fashion and is locked into place with the plate element in a separable manner.
  11. Plate element according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that it is made of a synthetic material and the ring element (8a, 8b; 20) is firmly bonded to the plate element.
  12. Plate element according to claim 11, characterised in that the ring element (8a, 8b; 20) is injection moulded onto the plate element (1).
  13. Fastening point at which a rail for a rail vehicle is fastened to a fixed base, comprising a plate element (1) configured according to any one of claims 1 to 12, an anchor fitting (12, 13) countersunk into the base (11), and a fastening element (14, 15) guided through an opening (4, 5) of the plate element (1) and screwed into the anchor fitting (12, 13) in order to fasten the plate element (1) to the base (11).
