Description

The invention relates to a system for fastening a rail for rail vehicles on a substrate. In this case, a system according to the invention comprises a lower plate, a fastening means for securing the lower plate to the substrate, a top plate, an elastic intermediate layer arranged between the lower plate and the upper plate, via which the upper plate is elastically supported against the lower plate, and at least one braced against the upper plate Spring element, which exerts a resilient hold-down force on the rail of the rail to be fastened in fully assembled system.

Mounting systems of this type are in the DE 28 32 989 C2 and the DE 28 28 713 A1 described. In these known systems, the top plate is arranged in a receptacle which is formed on the side facing away from the underside top of the lower plate, wherein the elastic intermediate layer is also arranged in the receptacle.

In such a fastening system, the top plate on which the rail to be fastened stands when the system is completely assembled, by means of the elastic intermediate layer with coupled to the lower plate over which the actual fixation of the rail fastening point formed by the fastening system takes place on the respective substrate. In practice, between the upper and the lower plate arranged, the top plate-carrying elastic intermediate layer is made of a highly elastic, firmly and permanently connected to the top plate and the bottom plate material, so that the top plate, the bottom plate and arranged between them Interlayer together form a highly elastic composite on which the rail to be fastened is mounted. Vibrations of the top plate, to which it is unavoidable when crossing the relevant attachment point, are therefore only attenuated passed into the ground. As a result, a significant reduction of the noise emissions can be achieved.

In the fastening system used in practice of the type considered here, the usually consisting of a rubber material elastic intermediate layer is in each case both with the rule of steel or other sufficiently strong material existing upper and lower plates cohesively, for example by a Vulkanisiervorgang firmly connected. In this case, the upper plate and the intermediate layer receiving receptacle of the lower plate is generally formed as a through hole with conically in the direction of the respective background associated bottom of the substrate tapered side surfaces. The seated between the side surface and the correspondingly shaped outer surfaces of the upper plate elastic layer then not only carries the weight of the top plate, but also the weight of the rail vehicle when driving over. This turns out especially problematic when the rail fastening point formed by the fastening system is exposed when passing over a vibrating load with alternately directed in the direction of the ground and away from it movements. While the elastic layer can normally reliably absorb the pressure loads acting in the direction of the ground, the forces directed away from the ground can cause an excessive stretching and a concomitantly excessively high tensile load of the intermediate layer under particularly high loads.

Similarly, in a crack of the intermediate layer has the problem that the liner is subjected to such a strong abrasion with continued use that it does not ensure proper support of the rail against the ground after a short time. The lowering of the rail standing on the top plate when driving over a rail vehicle can become so great that the rail is excessively loaded or no proper support of the rail is guaranteed.

In addition, the reveals EP 0 557 716 A1 a system for securing a rail for rail vehicles on a substrate according to the preamble of claim 1.

Against this background, the object of the invention to provide a system for fastening a rail for rail vehicles, on the one hand, the benefits of a system of the above-mentioned type, but on the other hand, the life is significantly improved by the risk of overloading the elastic Interlayer is minimized.

This object has been achieved according to the invention in that a system for attaching a rail in Having claim 1 features. Advantageous embodiments of a fastening system according to the invention are specified in the dependent claims on claim 1 and are explained in detail below.

An inventive system for fastening a rail for a rail vehicle accordingly comprises in addition to the features already mentioned at least one hold-down, which has a fastening portion, via which it can be fastened to the ground, and a hold-down portion, the in completely assembled, in the new state system protrudes with its free end portion over a side portion of the top plate and is arranged with the top plate associated surface of this end portion above its associated side portion of the top plate at a distance corresponding to the maximum permissible path of movement, which directed the top plate in a direction away from the ground Direction when loaded by a rail vehicle running over the rail performs.

The inventively provided holddown so limited in a fully assembled mounting system of the type according to the invention, the distance by which the top plate with the standing on her rail can stand out from the respective surface. Regardless of whether the lower plate and the top plate are firmly connected by the intermediate layer, it is ensured in this way that the top plate at any time can not lift so far that it comes to an overload of the elastic intermediate layer. In the event that the Upper plate sits in a receptacle of the lower plate, the hold-down is designed so that the upper plate can not leave the record provided in the lower plate at any time. Even if, as a result of aging or external influences, the elastic intermediate layer is fatigued to such an extent that it no longer occupies its original volume, this ensures that the rail is still held in the fastening point formed by the system according to the invention.

As long as the elastic intermediate layer is in proper, intact condition, the hold-down device provided according to the invention simultaneously permits the mobility of the top plate required for the desired vibration and sound damping. The introduction of a hold-down device according to the invention thus provides a fastening system for rails that not only makes optimum use of the proven basic design to minimize the noise emissions, but at the same time in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner to achieve optimal reliability even in the case It is ensured that the essential for the sound-absorbing function elastic intermediate layer is exposed to high loads.

The limitation of the movement path of the top plate caused by a hold-down device provided according to the invention proves to be particularly effective when the elastic intermediate layer is fixedly connected to the top and bottom plates.

In order to prevent additional noise or abrasive wear from the hold-down or top plate when the top plate is hit against the hold-down device, the side section of the top plate associated with the hold-down element can be covered with an elastic material. Alternatively or additionally, of course, a suitably shock-absorbing elastic material may also be provided on the surface of the hold-down member associated with the top plate and possibly coinciding with the top plate.

Is the inclusion of the lower plate, which receives the top plate and the intermediate layer, as formed in the generic state of the art as a through hole and the top plate supported by the intermediate layer, it may be counteracted by a possible wear of the liner impermissible lowering of the top plate, that on the underside of the top plate associated with the ground there is formed a stop projecting in the direction of the ground, which stop is arranged at a certain distance from the ground when the system is completely assembled and in the new state. If, as a result of wear, the original volume of the intermediate layer has been reduced so much that the top plate sinks into the receptacle of the lower plate, the stop restricts this lowering movement in such a way that unacceptable lowering of the rail standing on the top plate is prevented.

At the same time, the distance of the stop on the underside of the top plate to the ground on which the fastening system is mounted is dimensioned such that a sufficient elastic compliance of the elastic intermediate layer is ensured in the unworn state. An intended according to the invention on the underside of the top plate stop can thus be used on the one hand to limit the travel of the elastic layer to a favorable for their long-term reliable function level. On the other hand, it can be ensured by means of the stop when the intermediate layer is destroyed that the rail is reliably guided until the repair of the respective rail support point.

In order to minimize acoustic emissions in repeatedly occurring large deflections of the movement of the top plate and the associated contacts of the stop with the ground, the stop can be surrounded by elastic material.

The assembly of a system according to the invention is particularly simple if laterally a mounting portion with at least one passage opening for the fastening means for attachment to the substrate is formed on the lower plate. Optimum accessibility results when the mounting portion is formed on a side of the lower plate extending parallel to the longitudinal side of the rail to be fastened.

In the event that a mounting portion is present on the lower plate, which provided for the attachment of the lower plate to the substrate fastening means can also be used to attach the hold-down when the hold-down with his Attachment portion can be placed on the mounting portion and in the attachment portion at least one through hole is formed, which is arranged in the mounting position in alignment with the passage opening of the mounting portion of the lower plate.

A secure stationary hold of the hold-down on the respective mounting portion of the lower plate can be ensured in a simple manner that are formed on the underside facing the substrate underside of the mounting portion of the hold-down mold elements in the assembled system with correspondingly shaped at the top of the holding-down associated top of the mounting portion formed form elements interact positively. Moreover, by forming the openings of the mounting portion or the downholder as elongated holes, adjustment of the position of the bottom plate with respect to the rail to be fastened and the hold-down with respect to the bottom plate can be easily made possible.

The positionally correct arrangement of the hold-down on the respective mounting portion can additionally be assisted in that a positioning opening is formed in the mounting portion and a pin is formed on the hold-down, which engages positively with the assembled system in the opening of the mounting portion. By a correspondingly clear arrangement or shaping the positioning opening or the pin can be designed in a simple manner so that the hold-down can be mounted in each case only in one position on the lower plate.

The top plate or the bottom plate of a system according to the invention can be made in a conventional manner from a steel or other metal material. However, in terms of weight saving, it may also be appropriate to manufacture at least one of the plates of a plastic material, which is optionally fiber-reinforced.

The weight of the top plate can also be minimized by the fact that in the background of the underside of the top plate a recess is formed. In order to be able to interpret this recess with a view to maximizing the material and weight savings associated therewith, but also to ensure a sufficient load-bearing capacity of the top plate, it may be expedient to install in the recess below the contact surface on which the rail to be fastened fully assembled system is to form at least one reinforcing rib.

The bracing of the spring element required for holding down the rail to be fastened can be simplified by using a conventional tightening screw or a suitably designed bolt as the tightening means. This allows, for example, in the prior art often proven clamps to use as spring elements. In order to mount the clamping screw for clamping the spring element in a simple manner, at least one receptacle may be formed on the top plate, is supported on the peripheral walls in the assembled system, the head of the screw or a correspondingly shaped counter-holder of the clamping element used in each case.

The lateral guidance of the rail to be fastened can also be improved in a system according to the invention by forming a rib in a known manner on the upper side of the upper plate facing away from the substrate, which forms a lateral guide for the rail foot of the rail to be fastened.

In principle, it is conceivable in each case to associate an inventively designed system with each longitudinal side of the rail to be fastened in an attachment point. An easy and inexpensive to carry out installation while optimally functioning results, however, when the top plate, the elastic layer and the bottom plate are mirror-symmetrical to the longitudinal extent of the rail to be fastened, if at the same time the top plate, the elastic layer and the bottom plate in fully assembled system each projecting in equal parts over the two longitudinal sides of the rail to be fastened and when each longitudinal side of the rail to be fastened is assigned in each case a hold-down.

The system 1 for fastening a rail S for a rail vehicle not shown on a formed for example by a threshold or plate made of concrete, wood or steel substrate U comprises a lower plate 2, which rests with its underside 3 on the free surface of the substrate U.

The lower plate 2 has, viewed transversely to the longitudinal extent L of the rail S, an elongated, rectangular shape. In the lower plate 2 formed as a passage opening, centrally arranged and also rectangular elongated receptacle 4 is formed, whose corner regions are each rounded.

The recording 4 limiting inner surfaces 5 of the receptacle 4 surrounding walls 6 of the lower plate 2 are in the direction of the lower, the underground U assigned Opening 7 of the receptacle 3 aligned funnel-shaped converging.

At the parallel to the rail S extending narrow sides 8.9 of the lower plate 2 each have a mounting portion 10,11 is formed. In the mounting portions 10,11 two trained as slots, here not visible due to the selected representations through holes for serving as a fastener screws 12,13,14,15 are formed. In the case that the substrate U consists of concrete or a comparatively solid material, the screws 12-15 are screwed into recessed into the ground U, here also not visible dowels. If the substrate is a wooden sleeper or the like, then the screws 12 - 15 can also be screwed directly into the substrate U. In each case one of the through holes for the screws 12-15 is arranged in one of the corner regions of the mounting portions 10,11.

The passage openings are each surrounded by a latching surface 16, 17 formed on the free upper side of the mounting sections 10, 11, whose notches extend parallel to the respective narrow side 8, 9 of the lower plate 2.

In the middle between the passage openings for the screws 12-15, a positioning opening 18, 19 is formed in each of the mounting sections 10, 11.

In order to save material by the weight of the lower plate 2, for example, made of a fiber-reinforced plastic or a cast metal are arranged in the lower plate 2 from its bottom 3 ago at regular intervals, in Fig. 3 Indicated by dashed lines recesses 20 in the surrounding the receptacle 4 walls 6.

In the central recess 4 of the lower plate sits a likewise made of plastic or a cast material top plate 21, on the free, remote from the substrate U top a centrally disposed, over the width B of the top plate 21 extending flat contact surface 22 is formed. On the support surface 22 is an elastic layer 23, on which the rail S is with its rail foot F.

Laterally, the support surface 22 is bounded by in each case one extending parallel to the narrow sides 8,9 of the lower plate 2 over the width B rib 24,25. In the ribs 24,25 each have a laterally and upwardly open receptacle 26,27 is formed in each of which a clamping screw 28,29 sitting with its screw head so that their threaded shaft from the ground U freely aligned from the respective receptacle 26,27 groundbreaking is.

The threaded shanks of the clamping screws 28,29 engage in each case through the middle loop of a used as a spring element for holding down the rail S ω-shaped tension clamp 30,31. By means of the free ends of their spring arms, the tensioning clamps 30, 31 each act on the side of the rail foot F assigned to them. By means of a nut 32, 33, which is screwed onto the respective threaded shank and acts on its middle loop, the tensioning clamps 30, 31 are in this case against the top plate 21 braced. At a distance from the ribs 24,25 in the direction of the respective narrow side 8,9 staggered guides 34,35 support the transition areas between the middle loop and the spring arms of the clamps 30,31 and thus ensure that the spring arms of the clamps 30,31 Even under high clamping forces maintain their optimum shape and the clamps 30,31 are protected against rotation.

Die ineinander übergehenden, der Innenfläche 5 der Aufnahme 4 zugeordneten Außenflächen 40 der Seitenabschnitte 36,37 und der Umfangswand 38 laufen in Richtung der Öffnung 7 der Aufnahme 3 unter dem gleichen Winkel konisch zu wie die Innenflächen 5.Relative to the guides 34, 35 further offset in the direction of the respective narrow sides 8, 9, a respective side section 36, 37 protruding obliquely upward above the level of the contact surface 22 and protruding in the direction of the narrow sides 8, 9 is integrally formed on the top plate 21. In the direction of the opening 7 of the lower plate 2, the side sections 36, 37 continue into a peripheral wall 38 which revolves around the upper plate 21 and surrounds a recess 39 formed in the upper plate 21 by the underside assigned to the lower surface U. The mutually merging, the inner surface 5 of the receptacle 4 associated outer surfaces 40 of the side portions 36,37 and the peripheral wall 38 run in the direction of the opening 7 of the receptacle 3 at the same angle conically as the inner surfaces. 5

On the roof side of the recess 39, three reinforcing ribs 41 are parallel and spaced apart, which extend in the region of the contact surface 22 in the direction of the longitudinal extent L of the rail S across the width of the recess 39. Despite the savings in the area of the recess 39 material, the top plate 21 in this way for the support of the rail S sure sufficient load capacity.

At its the base U associated end is formed on the peripheral wall 38 of the top plate 21 around the opening of the recess 39 circumferential collar 42, at its the bottom U associated underside also surrounding the recess 39 stop 43 in the form of a low height protruding web is formed.

The outer dimensions of the top plate 21 are dimensioned with respect to the inner dimensions of the receptacle 4 of the lower plate 2 so that when arranged in the receptacle 4 top plate 21 between the outer surface 40 and the inner surface 5 of the receptacle 4 a uniform distance is present. This distance is filled by an elastic intermediate layer 44, which has a particularly high elasticity, which is firmly bonded by vulcanization both with the outer surface 40 of the top plate 21 and with the inner surface 5 of the lower plate 2. The rubber material from which the elastic intermediate layer 44 is formed, on the one hand pulled over the side sections 36,37 and covered on the other hand, leaving the underground U associated bottom of the stopper 43, the collar 42. The thickness of the collar 42 lying on the situation elastic rubber material is greater than the height of the stop 43rd

In the finished assembled new condition, the elastic intermediate layer 44 holds the top plate 21 with the rail S supported by it at a defined distance a to the free upper side of the substrate U. The distance a is taking into account the spring properties of the elastic intermediate layer 44 and the height of the stop 43 such that it is greater than the maximum deflection of the top plate 21 when passing over a rail vehicle. In this way, the necessary when unseating liner 44 for their sound and vibration damping effect travel is certainly available.

If the intermediate layer 44 becomes tired due to aging or other external influences, then the upper plate 21 optionally lowers in the direction of the substrate U. However, this lowering movement is limited by the stop 43, so that the rail S possibly endangering excessive oversizing of the top plate 21 is prevented.

A movement of the top plate 21 pointing away from the substrate U upwards is limited by two hold-downs 45, 46, one of which is arranged on one of the mounting sections 10, 11 of the lower plate 2.

The hold-downs 45, 46 each have a fastening section 47 whose width corresponds to the width B of the lower plate 2. In the lateral end portions of the fixing portion 47, a through hole 48,49 is formed, the slot shape and position are chosen so that the through holes 48,49 in fully assembled system 1 each in alignment and smooth overlapping to the molded-in in the mounting portions 10,11 through holes are arranged for the screws 12-15. At the same time, the through-openings 48, 49 surrounding latching surfaces 50, 51 are respectively connected to the underside of the fastening sections assigned to the mounting sections 10, 11 formed, the detents are formed corresponding to the detents of the mounting portions 10,11 formed locking surfaces 16,17. When placed on the mounting surfaces 10,11 down holders 45,46 engage the notches of the locking surfaces 16,17 and 50,51 each form-fitting manner. A centrally formed between the locking surfaces 50,51 to the underside of the mounting portion 47 pin 57 engages in the assembled state in the correspondingly shaped positioning hole 18,19 of the respective mounting portion 10,11, thus ensuring the correct position arrangement of each blank holder 45,46.

On the upper side of the fastening portion 47 of the hold-downs 45, 46, a respective latching surface 52, 53 surrounding the respective through-opening 48, 49 is likewise formed. The detents of these locking surfaces cooperate with correspondingly shaped notches which are formed on the underside of washers, via which the fastening screws 12-15 act with their screw heads in each case on the respective fastening portion 47.

In addition to the attachment portion 47, the hold-downs 45,46 each have a hold-down portion 54 which rises on the mounting portion 47 and has a height and a curved shape so that it is ready mounted system 1 with its front free end portion 55 above the respective Hold-down 45,46 associated side portion 36,37 is arranged. The hold-down portion 54 is characterized by three mutually parallel struts 54a, 54b, 54c formed on the mounting portion 47 and at its end remote from the mounting portion 47 together carry the parallel to the mounting portion 47 aligned end portion 55.

When the system 1 is new, the underside 56 of the end section 55 of the hold-downs 45, 46 assigned directly to the respective side section 36, 37 is arranged at a defined distance b above the free upper edge of the respective side section 36, 37 covered by the elastic material. Like the distance a and the distance b is taking into account the spring properties of the elastic intermediate layer 44 so dimensioned that it is greater than the maximum deflection of the top plate 21 when driving over a rail vehicle. In this way, the necessary when unseating liner 44 for their sound and vibration damping effect travel is certainly available. On the other hand, if loads occur which would lead to an excessive deflection of the top plate 21 in a direction away from the ground U direction, the hold-downs 45, 46 form a stop, by means of which overloading of the elastic intermediate layer 44 is reliably prevented. The hold-downs 45,46 can be designed so that they still prevent lifting of the top plate 21 even if it comes in continuous operation to a large number of touches between the respective downholder 45,46 and the top plate, or they can be designed be that they prevent a breaking of the elastic connection between the top plate 21 and the bottom plate 2 only in a rare emergency.
