Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de matriçage et d'incision de pièces (4), comprenant les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - fourniture d'une pièce plate (4),
    - insertion de la pièce plate (4) entre un poinçon (2) et une matrice de coupe (5), le poinçon (2) présentant une entaille (3) qui est opposée à un tranchant (6),
    - pressage de la pièce (4) entre le poinçon (2) et la matrice de coupe (5), un entaillage du tranchant (6) dans la pièce (4) et un emboutissage de la pièce se produisant, à partir duquel la pièce (4) est fabriquée,
    caractérisé en ce que le matériau de la pièce (4), lors de l'entaillage et de l'emboutissage, est au moins en partie freiné et son flux de matériau est guidé.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau, lors de l'entaillage, est guidé à l'écart du tranchant (6) et de manière ciblée dans des réservoirs (10).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise en tant que pièce (4) une tôle d'acier plate.
  4. Outil de matriçage (1) pour mettre en oeuvre un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un poinçon (2) dans lequel est réalisée une entaille (3) pour recevoir un matériau d'une pièce (4) et une matrice de coupe (5) opposée au poinçon (2), qui présente un tranchant (6) qui peut entailler dans le matériau de la pièce (4) de telle sorte que la pièce soit forcée à l'intérieur de l'entaille (3) opposée au tranchant (6), le poinçon (2) et la matrice de coupe (5) pouvant être déplacés l'un par rapport à l'autre,
    caractérisé en ce que des moyens de freinage (7) sont prévus, lesquels retiennent au moins en partie le matériau.
  5. Outil de matriçage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de freinage (7) sont disposés au niveau d'un dispositif de retenue (8) qui entoure le poinçon (2).
  6. Outil de matriçage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la matrice de coupe (5) est entourée par une matrice d'emboutissage (9).
