- System comprising a door, a door frame and a device (100; 300; 303) for preventing the door (600; 900) from closing, wherein the device comprises a blocking means (102) and an actuating means (400), wherein the blocking means (102) is mounted on the door (600; 900) and in a blocking position prevents the door (600; 900) from closing and in a releasing position allows the door (600; 900) to close, wherein the actuating means (400) is designed to trigger a movement of the blocking means (102) from the blocking position into the releasing position, wherein the blocking means (102) is pivotable about a pivot axis, wherein the pivot axis of the blocking means (102) runs parallel to a pivot axis of the door (600; 900), wherein the actuating means (400) is arranged on a first side of the door (600; 900),wherein the device (100, 300, 303) also comprises a further actuating means (400) arranged on a side of the door (600, 900) opposite to the first side,characterised in that the device (100; 300; 303) is designed as a pinch guard such that when the door slams shut, a gap of sufficient size remains between the door and the door frame to prevent a human hand from being injured when the blocking means is in the blocking position.
- System according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the device comprises a first restoring means which exerts a restoring torque on the blocking means (102).
- System according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the device (100; 300; 303) comprises a second restoring means (107) designed to exert a restoring force on the blocking means (102) in the direction of the blocking position when the blocking means (102) is in the releasing position.
- System according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the blocking means comprises a projection.
- System according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the projection extends in the direction of the door frame (601; 901) when the blocking means (102) is in the releasing position when mounted on the door with the door closed.
- System according to one of the two preceding claims, characterised in that the projection, when mounted on the door (600; 900), is arranged on an end portion of the blocking means (102) facing the door (600; 900).
- System according to at least one of the preceding four claims, characterised in that the device (100; 300; 303) comprises a translatably movable means (105) which is translatably movable by the actuating means (400) and by the second restoring means (107), wherein the blocking means (102) is attached to the movable means (105).
- System according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the device (100; 300; 303) comprises a first spacer means (403) for attachment to the door (600; 900), wherein the first spacer means (403) is designed to be resilient or as a damping element.
- System according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the device (100; 300; 303) comprises a second spacer means (700) which can be arranged on a door frame (601; 901), such that the blocking means (102), in the blocking position, strikes the second spacer means (700) when the door (600; 900) is being closed.
- System according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the device (100; 300; 303) comprises a latching means (801), wherein the blocking means (102), in the blocking position, latches onto the latching means (801) when striking the door frame (601; 901) or the second spacer means (700).
- System according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the door (600; 900) comprises a recess and in that the device (100; 300; 303) is partially arranged in the recess, wherein at least the blocking means (102), in the blocking position, protrudes from the recess.
